We were out running errands and planned to stop at Fresh Thyme, but didn't realize this location was here until maps pulled it up. Very convenient and easy to find, with plenty of parking in the lot around back. The store itself was clean and nicely organized, and they had a nice samples table with various dips and cracker, plus make your own pizza dippers (it literally was a large bowl with mini cups of pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and chopped pepperoni with mini dippers - delicious, but hilariously messy to do with a shopping cart! Thankfully, they also have nice clean restrooms to clean up in!) There was a good selection of items, and we found what we were looking for. It's nice to know this location is here for the future!

This is a location of Fresh Thyme Market that I didn't even know existed! Came here to pick up some specialty groceries and supplies for friends who are ill with COVID and who so couldn't come out to shop. They also have special dietary needs in their house and Fresh Thyme is a grocer who can fill those needs. If you've been to a Fresh Thyme Market you know that they have great fresh foods, a huge bulk food and snack section, and excellent produce. This location was no different than any other Fresh Thyme that I have visited in the past and I was very pleased. Don't be fooled by the building being right up on high Street, the parking lot is sizable and is kind of hidden in the back of the building. Very convenient if you live in the north side of Columbus, Clintonville, Beechwold, north Upper Arlington, or Worthington. The location is inside the 270 beltway.

An amazing market. My sister had mentioned this is one of her favorite places to shop groceries, and after visiting for the first time yesterday, I completely understand why. It starts with the physical storefront itself: a massive brick building, it is impossible to miss when driving on High St. in Worthington. Plentiful and easy parking. Upon entering, there was an abundance of shopping carts and cleaning supplies. The interior's openness, high ceilings, and cleanliness made for an outstanding first impression. Excellent selection with neat displays throughout (such as the Rocky Mountain pies and mochi station). Had all the health goods we know and love such as non-dairy milk and kombucha, through some new discovers like watermelon seed butter. Wide selection of produce and meat too. Basically no wait at the register and prompt, friendly service from Gabby. We purchased an insulated bag at checkout which kept our goods fresh until arriving home. Overall, a really awesome experience that I look forward to returning to in the future.

Rotten mangoes although I salvaged the bigger one

Got an Instacart delivery from Fresh Once Upon a Thyme today. In addition to them being out of half of my order, I was delivered rotten mangoes. First, this is on the Instacart shopper who picked them in the first place but second, why, as a store who has Fresh in the name, would you allow rotten produce to be sold??? Especially when your price point is higher than Whole Foods! After reading some reviews, I see this is kind of a common theme here. Will be getting Prime deliveries exclusively now.....super unhappy.

Come get your beer samples here!

Fair warning: I come into this review with some bias as Im not a Kroger fan, but this store is…read moreright across from my mothers home so its her go to spot and she wants me to go "here". So I will at least try to not be biased. Their parking lot...- nightmare. I know, I know... but Im being 100% truthful. It has a weird traffic pattern. People zoom around in it. As if thats not enough to deter me from coming here regularly....The spots are narrow, the traffic lanes are also narrow. My biggest objection: half of it is on an incline (poor grading of a grocery parking lot) why donInsay poor? Well, carts roll around down the incline and cars gets dinged. My car has been dinged here from carts and doors when I dont park far far away. Tip: park closer to the mall and walk a bit further... as strangely that part of the center doesn't use carts and some reason they made it nice and level. Go figure. So weird. The store itself... a typical Kroger. This store: Their tea assortment is limited. Seasonal aisle also limited. Their produce is nice, meat/seafood department was just setting up around 9 so we didnt wait to shop it. (Giant Eagles is set up way before 9 btw) My mom went thru full service to check out. I choose self... which I thought would speed things up. Nope. Their self checkout isnt as user friendly as their competition. It took three calls to the attendant to finish the scanning. The attendant, tho pleasant enough still made me feel kind of "judged" by needing her help 3x's. So there was that. The lady bagging her groceries next to me goes. "Psst, I think this self scanning is difficult too and often think "why didnt I go to the cashier"". Me: exactly!!! Im just not a fan. Im the sole care giver for my mother. Time is valuable to me. However avoiding stress is even more valuable. I get stressed at this store. Even though this is right across the street, I think I will drive up or down the road to the competition as shopping at either location is just so much easier than being at this Kroger and dealing with the lot and the self scanner. Jmo.

When I walked back, nothing was put out. Finally someone was up at the counter for me to ask when they'd be open and they said between 12-1. That just seems insanely ridiculous. Thankfully Polaris opens theirs at 11 but it's frustrating to have to drive all over for groceries.

Now as this was our first time here and we was so taken back by the throw back feel of the place! It gave me small town vibes! I instantly missed home walking into this grocery store! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NEAT! nothing was picked over and smelled so fresh! Until u got to the meat section then the seafood section was over whelming! But there is a spirits section and a local pop section and then local bakery! We seen the deli section and tried EVERYTHING! we took home so potato salad and the broccoli salad stuff can't remember what it was but it's good! lol They had a lot of prepared foods to but a bit over priced but available! Cute store! Only 5 lanes and 2 lanes open! They did take apple and Samsung pay! The cashiers don't really talk and the workers in the back were really nice and answered all of outlet questions! And loved their wine section! Also u can get balsamic vinegar fresh! Love that!

But - It's Tuesday so... Maybe lower your super-high prices (Like $35+ per pound) for Tuna. Maybe you will sell more and actually have some in-stock in case one of your customers want some. I think a "Gourmet Super Market" should stock some gourmet fish - Like TUNA :-) I can buy Salmon anywhere less expensively. I don't know why I keep going back - I guess it's the thrill of the chase now. Edit: I just saw Dan's response. Oh well Dan - losing stock is a cost of doing business and you can write it off - Meanwhile - I'll find somewhere else to shop. I never had this problem - EVER - before you remodeled the store and moved the fish counter to the back near the meat. YUCK
