At one point, I even found a cockroach in my food. While I did report it at the time, I chose not to leave a public review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They only replaced the food and didn't offer a refund or any real apology. I tried to continue supporting this place, but being denied service over and over again has made it clear that customer loyalty doesn't matter to them.
