Bento Box with beef and shrimp, lo mein noodles and veggies. Sorry but I ate the dumplings which were delicious.

Been a while since I've been here. The food and service still excellent. Always loved the sushi and teriyaki plates they offer. The place is an ok spot, never really ate inside there but mainly take out. Few stools, counter and a couple of tables. Food is always freshly made, well seasoned and a nice serving to satisfy your appetite. The Bento boxes are my favorite. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Eel and Avocado Roll

Our favorite Japanese spot in Harrison! We love to order takeout from here, but have also eaten at the restaurant too - with lots of adequate space, and conveniently next to the Harrison Path train station. We have tried many different menu items in the past, including their bento boxes and bubble tea, which are delicious. Our go-to takeout order though is Chicken teriyaki - which comes with a heaping serving for 2, eel avocado rolls, and shrimp tempura rolls. The food is fairly priced and the service is wonderful. Overall, I would recommend for your next takeout order!

Miami Roll, Dragon Roll

I like it! First time here, got two rolls: Miami and Dragon. I'll definitely be back next time I decide to treat myself to sushi. Inside still closed to dine in, just FYI.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. I came here lat week for a quick bite to eat before the red bulls game. The Harrison PATH station is right nearby I got the beef teriyaki and two eel avocado rolls with a soda for under $20. It tasted the same as if I order it all the mall. I know there owners are not really Japanese so tone down your expectations. I'd come back here but probably won't order any sushi. That guy went for too many smoke breaks. Although he work gloves.

Ordered a 'bubble tea' the bubble was disgusting!! I dont even think it was bubble to be perfectly honest. The sushi was extremely gross. I ordered the spider roll. The only good thing was the seaweed salad! Other than that wish I could get back my $17 back. I'll happily pay the $4 for the seaweed salad.

Chicken teniyaki combo

The Chinese cashier is very nice. But the food is normal . Especially the noodles is too soft.

I've never had to throw away food that I ordered because it was bad. This place is the first restaurant to make me do that. I've eaten takeout from here before and while it wasn't the best it was fine for sushi cravings. What I got today was food that was borderline spoiled, and frozen for god knows how long. You can see in the picture below that the salmon was already a brownish color, and even the seaweed salad looked like it was dying. It's clear that they were just trying to move fish that should have been thrown out. Same goes for the rainbow roll that I ordered. I tried the tuna off the top by itself and almost gagged because despite clearly being frozen fish, it tasted like it was close to spoiled. I strongly recommend that any and all people looking for sushi stay far far away from a place that clearly doesn't care about hitting a minimum baseline quality.

Went here for the first time. Food was mediocre and the salmon looked gray. Prices are extremely reasonable and it satisfied my sushi craving for the time being, but I'll probably opt out next time. If you're driving here, fair warning there is never any parking nearby.

Chicken teriyaki with fried rice, vegetables, and sauce.

When in medical school, you endear medical student struggles like a terrible diet. But damn, the chicken teriyaki from here is just too good. Huge portions for $7. And when the chef asks you if you want sauce? Yes, absolutely you want sauce.

This unexpected combo actually works so well! *Taro French Toast with Boba $16.5 ** If this is your first time here, ORDER THE FRENCH TOAST. I literally get it every time--the milk tea French toast is perfectly brûléed and topped with taro paste, boba, whipped cream, and salted egg yolk bits. All my favorites in one bite. *Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly $16 * Fatty and full of gelatin, giving that sticky-lips feeling after eating it. Go Go Curry prides itself in its Kanazawa-style curry, which differs from your typical Japanese curry because of the addition of molasses. The pork katsu cutlet was breaded and fried perfectly, the pork itself was juicy and tender, and the sauce is to die for! It was rich, aromatic, and had a wonderful consistency that coated each piece of katsu. Joy, the restaurant owner, was so incredibly nice. We talked a bit after I ate and you could tell each order was made with love! The decor was awesome, with wall paintings of their gorilla mascot and Yugioh playing on their TV screen. I would absolutely come back to NJ to try this curry again! Thank you, Joy!
