BUYER BEWARE, BUSINESS OWNER HIDES HONEST REVIEWS ON FB AND GOOGLE! They also refused to take responsibility for subpar work by claiming other powder coating businesses "don't do" what I asked for and "nobody will see" the poor workmanship on the wheels so it doesn't matter if the work is good or not. I already spoke to multiple powder coating businesses in Atlanta that stated this work is absolutely abnormal for the industry. I don't know where to start but if you're looking for quality and perfection, I'd take your wheels elsewhere. I will preface my review by saying that my wheels were definitely not in the best condition when I dropped them off, however, if there was a concern from the business owner that the quality would be lacking there should have been a conversation to set expectations. Every single wheel has contamination on the face of the wheel in a few spots. The back side lips of every wheel has the old coating showing through the new coating. The outside barrel of every wheel was not properly coated. There's drips everywhere and 1 wheel already has a chip in the powder coat and all I did was put the wheels in a box and drive them home (at the time these pictures were taken). I could go on. I really wanted to believe the reviews that the work here was stellar which is why I drove an hour just take my wheels to these guys but I was left with nothing but disappointment and dissatisfaction. Keep in mind that all of these pictures were after I used a microfiber to wipe all of the grime they left on the wheels. Any dirt or specs you see in these pictures are embedded in the coating. The only good thing is that the bend in one wheel was repaired, the lips were seemingly smoothed out and there were some gouges that I can't find so I assume they were repaired properly. Please understand that I'm not cheap. I explained to the owner that I knew repairing and coating my wheels would be expensive so if extra work needed to be done I would have paid for it. Instead I was left with wheels that will need to be completely redone at some point.

This family owned business is very professional and courteous. Rayshun, the owner took very good care of my vehicle and did a fantastic job refurbishing my wheels to a gloss black finish. I dropped my vehicle off one day and it was done the very next day. Rayshun kept me updated throughout the whole process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Fresh Wheel Repair for all your wheel repair needs!!!! They are awesome!!!

They did my car with my favorite color and then did my daughter's wheels with her favorite color!!

B & L Tire & Automotive - Oil stick reading where I was broke down

I have been bringing our cars and trucks here for 25+ years. When James sold it recently, I hoped…read moreit would retain the integrity and professionalism he had established, and so far I haven't been disappointed.

My husband and I have been going to B&L since James owned it. We decided to stay and give Jeremy a…read moretry to see if he would keep it the same. The first few years, he did. Jeremy was honest and up front about our vehicles needs. Today- I scheduled an oil change appt 2 days ago. I showed up 5 mins early today and the guy at the counter checked me in and said that my regular $50 oil change will now be $130. I asked why and he proceeded to say "sign of the times changing" spill. I said fine, thanks for letting me know and I sat down. An older gentleman in the waiting room asked the counter man what the $120 charge on his bill was and he said something about mounting and that they "put that on everybody's invoice". The gentleman then asks what if he doesn't want it? Counter man says they can take it off. Once the gentleman pays and leaves, the counter man looks at me, shakes his head and says "old people, right?". I don't respond bc I'm irritated about still waiting. 30 mins later I asked him how much longer until my car would be pulled in and he said he's waiting for his mechanic to get back. He grabbed his phone and walked out into the shop. When he returned several mins later he said his mechanic was about 5 mins away. A female customer walks up to check out and she asks about all the new faces around there, are they new? Where's Jeremy, things like that. Counter man says Don (or maybe Ron?) was new manager and they made some changes. Jeremy was still "in and out" he said. At this point it's been 45 mins after my appt time and my car was still sitting out in the parking lot. I told him he can give me my keys back and I left. He did apologize for the wait..but at this point he made an appt with me 2 days ago for this time slot leading me to believe he had a mechanic on hand to change my oil and bad mouthed a customer to me. I am not interested in this kind of customer service. Things were much better when Jeremy was there. My husband and I will no longer give them our business. I already found at least 2 other oil change places that are cheaper. It's just sad.

This group of guys are just the guys you want to be working on your car. They are knowledgeable,…read morefriendly, and fair. You can tell they not only have 'official training' and all the toys to do a great job on figuring out what is wrong and repairing your car, they have the thing that is harder to measure but much more valuable - experience. They have worked on new cars, old cars, red cars and yellow cars... little humor there. My air condition suddenly stopped working. I was fearful of a big bill. They started with the basics, checking freeon, it was low... so does that mean a leak? Instead of charging me to do all the tests and colored ink to find a leak, they did the simple blow and pressure test, and refilled with freon. So my total was under $200, on what could have been $500 at another garage that was all about testing and labor and driving the invoice up. A week or so later, I started hearing a sound with the air and took it back in. They hooked it up to a machine and did the dye test and refilled with freon again. No charge... 'let's see if it leaks again, if it does, we'll know where". So far so good. I just thought what a great group of regular guys you can trust.

These guys are great. Let me just start off with: They do phenomenal work at very reasonable rates,…read morethey're generous with their time and take responsibility for their work. They are 100% no nonsense. As a walking stereotype of a victim (young/single/female) I am always on the defensive in auto shops, but I've worked a lot on cars from changing a distributor to tearing apart the entire front end of a jeep, so I know nonsense when I hear it. Also, as I have a foreign car, I am particular about who I let work on it (as not all mechanics are familiar enough to do the work efficiently/correctly). These guys completely negate the stereotypical notions of auto shops. They weren't excessively friendly, meanwhile trying to swindle you out of every penny, they were direct, and honest. I like that from a auto repair shop. As long as I am in the ATL area, they will be my go to. One last comment: another review mentioned the state of their establishment as being unsatisfactory. But I appreciate that it is not a posh establishment. If it were, the customer would, in turn, pay for it. They spend money where it counts. Quality mechanics, tools, and parts.
