To put the cherry on top.. or cherries, the guy left my key on my roof which I didn't see. I drove off and the key fell off in the middle of the street. Who does that? Usually the keys are in the cup holder. As I was looking for my key after I parked my car, I turned my car off. I couldn't turn it back on because of the keyless feature. So I literally had to run into the fkin street to LOOK for the key and retrieve it. AND they placed their equipment on my car trunk as they were working on it. There are scratches. When I see photos of them working on Porsches, they place blankets and sh*t everywhere to protect the car. But I guess my 3 series is just too much of a piece of sh*t to them. Highly unrecommended especially if they're going to charge 1500+ for huper optiks that aren't placed correctly and have bubbles that they just cut to remove. This place deserves 0 stars. Really don't understand all these good reviews. They steal money from hard working folks just so Jessie or whatever his name is can buy his i8 and 7 series. And now this guy responds and talks about opaque markers. WTH? I never mentioned opaque markers. Stop trying to discredit this review when you know your crew screwed up. No, in fact they're translucent but if you can't get your measurements right and charge up the ass, don't charge that much. And if I went back 4 times to try to get the back tint bubble resolved and it hasn't, I think I've given you guys enough chances. And no, stop placing blame on others. This place is absolutely amazing! I had been looking for months for a good place to tint my car and when I called Jose, he did me just right. I didn't know much about tint and my only knowledge regarding window tint was the privacy effect. Jose educated me on all the different grades, types of tints and what each one had to offer. He gave me a good price and had me in an out within an hour and a half. But the best thing about Jose and his shop is the service. You can go anywhere you want and slap some tint on your windows that are done poorly, or you can go to a shop where they treat your car like it is their own. Jose was respectful on the phone which led me to choose Fresh over any other shop. Not only that, but when I came in he was welcoming and assured me that I was in the right place. A day after they tinted my windows, he even texted me to see if everything was okay and if there was anything that he could do to help. I called in on a Monday at 11:25am. He told me that he could fit me in and that I should bring my car in right away. I got there at 11:45 and I was out with a new tint on my car at 1:15. You can go anywhere else. You can get cheaper prices. But there is no where that you can go for this value. Jose and his team put care into your car and provide quality service. I told them I'd be off a little late from work, but they still got me in. I was referred to Fresh Window Tint by Fernando at LA Vista Cleaners. I'm glad I called, and was surprised when Jessi, who I think is the owner, was able to get me in right away the same day! I just purchased a 2017 Honda Accord, and had Fresh Window Tint do the side and rear windows in Autobahn Performa 5%, and the windshield same type at 70%. I believe it's a ceramic type tint that is supposed to provide better UV protection, and last longer than the less expensive types of tint. The car came out looking great, and the work was done in about 2.5 hours. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable, and the restroom sparkling clean! The cost was a bit higher than I expected initially, but if the tint will last a longer time, I think it's a good investment to protect my car and myself, and to give me more privacy in my car. Called to get a quote on a full tint job for my Jeep, automatically said i'm calling the wrong place since he considered it a cheap car I guess, not knowing I also have and 18 Panamera and an 18 Range Rover. And never considered or even spoke of a free job. Either way you guys lost a customer just because your ego was too high. Great tint shop in the South Bay. It was easy to call in and make an appointment. Jessi, who I presume is the owner, was really professional, knowledgeable, nice, and cool all around. He started off by asking what my primary goal was (privacy or heat reduction) and then took the time to explain the different tints he offered. There were 3 primary types we looked at- the starter, the autobahn, the huper. He showed actual examples on his 2 different cars that really helped demonstrate the difference. He wasn't pushy on upgrading to the most expensive product and guided me to the right one. Tint job came out perfect! So I live near this place and always wondered.... checked yelp and the reviews were fire so I messaged the guys (at 6 am, lol) and Jesse hit me back in under 5 minutes. Got me in that day! I had just bought a Range Rover and the front two windows are not tinted from the factory - makes the car look ridiculous. Jesse talked me through my options and told me the most expensive option wouldn't be a great fit (no point in ceramic on only two windows!) $75 per window, out the door the next morning.
