I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Green Leaf's & Bananas inside the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets at approximately 3:21 p.m. on August 20, 2026. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely brought it to the employee's attention, she shook her head and appeared to become upset with me. I believe her name was either Aubrey or Audrey. Another employee may have been named Ivy. Instead of simply correcting my drink and handling the situation professionally, the employees went to the back and spoke with the manager, Mary. I then saw Mary and the other employees laughing and smirking together, which made me feel as though they were making fun of me for complaining about my drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or mocked for asking that an incorrect order be fixed. As the manager, Mary should have addressed the situation professionally instead of participating in the laughing and smirking. Corporate management needs to address the customer-service standards and behavior at this location. read more

Holy expensive. You're looking at spending like 11-12 minimum on a smoothie or juice. Which wouldn't be totally crazy if it was the best smoothie I've ever had. Unfortunately this was not the case. First impressions: The wraps and sandwiches are conveniently premade for quick grab-and-go service. After a morning of shopping at the Outlets, I wanted a light, healthier meal for lunch. Among the options, Green Leaf stood out, with a fresh-looking display of salads, wraps, and sandwiches. I walked up to the display counter and was greeted by a nice lady. The wraps and sandwiches looked delicious. I decided on the Chicken Caesar Wrap with dressing on the side. As I opened the paper wrap to take a bite, it was decent for being pre-made. The croutons were still crunchy, and the veggies were crisp. The chicken and the side dressing were okay. The Caesar dressing was average and much needed to add moisture to the wrap. Overall, my wrap was okay and satisfied my hunger. I would have preferred a fresh-made wrap to order for the price. My family ordered some paninis, which they said were warmed on the hot press. I really enjoyed the smoothies here! It was super refreshing and perfect to get out of the heat. The strawberry smoothie tasted slightly artificial, but it had that fruity sweetness I was craving. The mango smoothie had to be my favorite of the day, it tasted like real fruit and managed to be sweet and creamy at the same time. Delicious! Minus a star for the Panini. I would honestly write the Panini a two out of five if I had ordered justice. It had so so so much mayo, thousand Island dressing. Whhhyyy??? I wish I looked at Yelp reviews of this place prior to grabbing anything. It was super hot and I was waiting for my boyfriend and decided that yogurt sounded nice. I should have gone to the ice cream shop two doors down. The blueberries were fresh and crisp but that's where it ends. The yogurt was overly sweet and gooey. There was no vanilla flavor, no yogurt like texture or flavor either. I ended up paying $7.25 so an additional $2 for a scoop of blueberries. I ate the $2 scoop of berries and tossed the yogurt. Food was pretty decent but service! I get it, they're located in a food court but it doesn't mean that they don't need to have any standards. Some seriously indifferent faces there, no smile, no greeting, no questions, no answers, no information - pretty much no signs of life there - pure zombies working there. We ordered 2 Caesar wraps and 2 small cups of tomato basil soups, then we asked what did they have for drinks, they just pointed to some samples with mango, blackberry, and watermelon stickers - not a word about what those are - fruit water or iced tea. I asked and only then they told me that it's basically flavor that can be added to plain lemonade or iced tea. Well, thanks for informing me right away! So we ordered everything then inserted the card in the chip reader and the girl just left, then showed up, then left again. That entire time were standing there like idiots waiting for our card back. We asked and she was like you can take it - no message on the screen, how were we supposed to know? Then we asked for napkins and they practically threw them in our faces... They never gave us our receipt and before we even had a chance to ask for it, they crumbled it and threw it away. I just don't understand why work there if they all hate their jobs and apparently people? Another thing that I didn't like was that food was overpriced for food court. It's my own fault for not even checking prices before it was time to pay but $11 for a wrap and $5 for a cup of soup - it's not that little. Considering how much we paid, I'm pretty sure my iced tea drink was $4-5 and the drink was really watery with barely any flavor. We ended up paying almost $40 for just 2 wraps, 2 small cups of soups, 1 water and 1 watered drink. This is something you'd normally pay in a sit down full service restaurant. Review for adjacent Banana's Smoothies counter- if you view the receipts posted in pics, the two places are separate lines that merge to one register. Salad counter has cafeteria-style buffet of toppings- four toppings seems to be standard, with $1/additional topping, which is absurdly high. At the least I'd expect the menu to have a few set salads to choose from rather than being exclusively build-your-own. Other counter is smoothies: the superfruit smoothie is my pick, with strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple, for a sweet taste but no added sugar. Price difference from small to large is less than a dollar, so the large makes more sense at just under $6. Service is pretty nonexistent, teens without social skills who toss your drink at you and can't answer menu questions. Typical mall food court restaurant in that regard, but this is probably your healthiest option. read more

Im making a public complaint toward the manager in this location. She is a white female adult with blonde short hair. The cashier made a mistake. But fail to even say sorry. Calls the manager and tells the manager something else. My bill totaled $6.04 I gave $5 Cash and eith that cash I gave my card and asked the cashier "can I put the rest in the card?" She takes them and nods her head yes. Later realized she did something wrong. Tells me "what did you want me to do with the $5 because it went through your card anyway" I smile and try be polite. But am disappointed. She and the manager confront me. Manager says," So you gave her the card first?" I said, "No. I gave her both cash and the card and told her to charge the rest on the card." Very bad customer service and hygienic practices. I was overcharged for my salad at a rate that I would pay at a gourmet restaurant - not a fast food joke of a place that can't take orders correctly. They also didn't prepare one of our wraps correctly even though we had paid extra for some of the additional toppings. Those additional charges are not cheap and given that I was already overcharged for my salad, we will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I didn't bother to go back to the counter to correct these issues because there was a long line of customers who are now probably just as disappointed as we are. The workers don't prioritize the customers to have a more efficient workflow. It's slow. Also, if you do try it out, I'd suggest telling the person about to handle your food to change their gloves before preparing your order. read more

I can't believe you can mess up a wrap. Ok so I didn't realize it's NOT FRESH when he was grabbing me my Caesar and Thai chicken wraps. I said to myself to still give it a shot. Looking through the different food joints at the outlet mall, I was relieved to find this place especially because they served paninis. I ordered turkey cuban panini and being that i used to work at a food joint who serves this sandwhich i knew exactly whats suppose to be in the sandwhich. Just my luck, when i got my sandwhich it was basically a turkey and cheese sandwhich. NO pickles or mustard when its suppose to have those two main ingredients. To make matters worse, i went back with my sandwhich and politely (even with a smile) asked if i could get some pickles and mustard added because there weren't any. The cashier was nice to accommodate me and even offered to make me a new one. She said, "you deserve what you paid for". I appreciated her for that, however, the lady (hispanic middle aged) employee gets mad at me for asking for pickles and mustard, and to top it off looks to her co-workers and starts talking in Spanish. They all glare at me with ugly looks as if i was the one at fault. I just wanted a properly made cuban sandwhich! The hispanic lady rudely drops the pickles at the counter and sends me on my way. She tells the cashier not to make my sandwhich and even argues a bit with her. I lost my appetite after that. I've never experienced such poor service. I paid $12 to get this crap.
