Are you trying to be really healthy? Do you have allergies? I think this would be a great place for you. I came here for lunch and only had 45 minutes. I don't know why I thought the food would come out fast, maybe it's because you order at a counter. Either way, it did take about 20 minutes to get my meal. Normally I don't really care about that kind of thing, I guess it was my own fault for not knowing how long it would take. Anyway, I did a build-your-own plate with salmon, couscous and beans. Listen, the salmon was pretty good. The couscous and beans were literally not seasoned at all. Like not even with salt and pepper. I did get a teeny tiny mini little squirt of pesto that came with the meal, and it was almost enough to add some flavor. But if you're expecting anything to be seasoned, you've come to the wrong place. Like I said, people with allergies, or picky eaters who think black pepper is spicy, would appreciate this. Food was very disappointing. Ordered the "All American Breakfast Platter". The scrambled eggs were burnt on the bottom and had no seasoning at all. The diced potatoes were diced so small, they were all dried out and were COVERED in Tajin, which is all you could taste. The only thing worth eating was the bacon, which at least was really good. My partner also ordered the Club Wrap and asked for Avocado to be added to it, they just brought out sliced avocados on a plate. The wrap was also just OK. I also walked to the counter and had to interrupt two young workers who were busy looking at their phones and chatting with each other. When I told them how dissatisfied we were all he said was "oh, I'm sorry". I stood there for a second thinking maybe they would offer to remake it or refund me, but he just stared at me like I was crazy, so we left. I highly advise skipping this place if you're thinking about it. Also, just a footnote, they serve pancakes and French toast, but they don't carry syrup, only Agave. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to Agave, so they really don't have options here if you have allergies to certain products. read more

I've been to most of the G&P in town and this location is the one that seems to have gone down the cracks concerning the quality and freshness of the food. I've been twice now and both times I've had a really bad food experience. On my first visit I ordered their protein pancakes and they weren't cooked all the way through. I had them redone and the same thing happened with the second portion. It looked like the dough in the pancake was the issue. I decided to give them another try today at my husbands urging and sadly they failed again. It seems like this location doesn't know how to do breakfast or even protein shakes. I ordered their egg whites with turkey sausage and avocado. Sadly after trying the turkey patties I immediately noticed a rancid taste. It's as if the meat wasn't good and had expired. I had my husband try it to make sure I wasn't imagining it and he agreed that something was way off. Also the portion of the avocado was totally ridiculous to say the least-- it was the thinnest sliver of avocado I've ever seen. It was more like a garnish and not an actual side. I brought this up to the attention of the cashier and she seemed surprised but decided to offer me something else. The something else was a protein shake that was poorly done as well-- it tasted like only coffee and nothing else. No sweetener or vanilla or anything, it did not taste like it normally does. By then we were in our car and decided to not even complain about that-- what's the point. You had 2 chances to make a simple breakfast and a shake and couldn't do it correctly. So after all of these poor experiences put together, this is my very last visit here. I don't understand how this location is still open when the cooks here can't execute the food properly. Beats me-- but I can not at all recommend this G&P location. It's by far one of the worst locations in Vegas. And needs some serious help. read more

When in Vegas, walk two miles to go to a special protein restaurant! If you know me, you know I jump at any opportunity to try special, yummy healthy food! My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach considering we went there at 10:45 AM and I had already dug into our $15 bag of M & M's. What we ordered: Burger with tofu fries - but they were out of tofu fries :( which I was really sad about because that was one of the items on the top of my list to try. We ended up getting sweet potato fries which were a 10/10. The best item we had! I love when they allow the natural taste of the sweet potato to show up and not be overshadowed by the fried aspect. This dish came out first so I totally ruined anything of my appetite that was left by eating the fries. Custom meal - Honestly, I liked the fries way better than my meal. For the custom, I ordered an impossible patty with spaghetti squash and caulimash with the bbq sauce. I took most of mine home to-go for a late lunch. The impossible patty was satisfying, but the spaghetti squash and caulimash were both a little watery and needed a bit more savory seasoning. The bbq sauce was great. Also I know I didn't get many colors (by my own doing), but the plate it came in looked really large compared to my meal...they need some decoration to make it all come together. Like a piece of lettuce or anything really. You can see the pic. Overall, I appreciate that it was healthy! And I love all of these items in concept. I would have ordered the pizza but it was 10:45 AM and I didn't think it would travel well. The other star of the show besides the amazing sweet potato fries was the complimentary cucumber water! Originally I had wrote a good review for this place but my last visit really had me angry I came on a Sunday on a day they close "early" 3pm I walked in maybe 30/40 min before they close I was greeted by a female worker who was having a convo with someone that was eating there.... she LOOKED at me and said hello I go to the front and wait no one comes to take my order mean while this female employee is just in her convo... I literally stand there for 15 min I timed it!!! Finally I asked is someone going to help me she then turns to me oh it's Sunday we shut down the kitchen 30 min early.... I tell her I've been standing here 15 min you could've told me or said something ANYTHING she then says well I can ask for u see if they will make you something ...... I really wanted to love Greens and Proteins. As I moved in just upstairs in the Juhl, residing mere steps from this restaurant was something I was looking forward to. But over the course of my months over the past year in the Juhl, I was repeatedly disappointed by the food and service here. Sometimes it was the little things: like long delays in the food coming out, missing utensils, or walking in hungry and being unable to find any staff to take your order. Other times it was bigger disappointments, like opening your take-out to discover severely undercooked rice or fries that had been nearly burnt to a crisp. The food is edible. And driven by sheer laziness, and an occasional craving for something not drenched in grease, I kept coming back. But if this restaurant hadn't been literally inside of my building, I doubt I would have ever gone out of my way to return. read more
