After the initial apology, communication stopped, including any follow-up with corporate to work toward a resolution. I was particularly disappointed with how this was handled at both the store and corporate level, including receiving a voicemail from a corporate team member that was clearly intended for the store owner (awkward). This whole situation has been incredibly unfortunate and the handling of it afterwards isn't sitting right with me.
