They ruined my wife's jacket with no apology. The jacket get a lot oil spots after they wash it, it was not even dirty before they wash. The owner is so rude said they did all they can do, feels nothing guilty or shame. They also have a sign said they are not responsible for any damages or color lose, so basically they charge you a lot money and you get the whatever you get, if your cloth get damage, they don't care, if your cloth lose color, they don't care, if your cloth fuckup, they don't care, they only want your money and get out. They don't care about your cloth, your business and you. Don't go this shit place. read more

Laundry: very reasonably priced, friendly staff, and great hours Alterations: I took a leap of faith and had three old suits get altered after losing 30 lbs. I cannot believe the life the skillful alterations lady on staff put into my suits (jacket and bottoms). Slim, athletic, tight fit only you can get at a made to measure kind of place. You cannot tell any of the alterations were made to my suit and would only think I just had them custom made brand new to fit me. To give perspective I had the back taken in, jacket tapered, sleeves take in and tapered, pants taken in tapered, waist adjustments and shortened the length on all three suits. Okay so I tried out this new dry cleaning place called Fresh Scent Cleaners located @1988 wilcrest Drive. Let me tell you they did a superb job on a new Zara coat I bought and wore once. I'm a messy eater so I spilled food and soda on the front of the coat not to mention I sweat profusely so it was pretty smelly & in bad condition. So when I came back for my black Zara coat, they did good, in fact so good that I Decided share and let anyone interested in getting a good clean this dry cleaner really is good. I have never written a review for dry cleaning ever so here it is I finally found a good one! this is a definite place to go if you looking for a good dry cleaning to your wardrobe. Very good pricing too, average. Very detailed cleaning I even saw a nearly iron fold inside corner of my jacket. Yup, they are that good. I am a satisfied customer and will be returning permanently. I moved to this location recently and found this place because it is nearby, but this is definitely a bad choice. When you first come in, the person works there looks very kind. However, everything changed after they destroyed your clothes. There's not any customer service any more. I have lots of tolerance since I work for customer service. And I never write a bad review for any shop before even I am not satisfied. But the lady work in the front who wearing a glass really pissed me off. They made my clothes all with stains after wash there. The lady in the front said that's not their problems and they can do nothing about it. They explained that the problem is that the clothes material is different than normal. I asked her if you don't know how to clean my cloth then don't bother. I wash the same cloth else where and it never have this problem. She said she can do nothing about it. They did even charge me the cleaning fee for destroying it. Thanks a lot. I've been coming here for the past 2 years or more, it was great... apparently now they have new people working, I had to come 3 times to picked up an $180 dress and a white table cloth... the dress is completely ruin and they say that will only pay 30 or 40% with the receipt! The one that of course I don't have and the white table cloth is also ruin, the fabric is out and has stains that didn't had before... I truly recommend not to come here anymore. read more
