Despite over 44 orders coming in for our service, they were incredibly professional and communicative, giving frequent updates regarding the expected delivery time, and letting us know of any substitutions that needed to be made. They worked round the clock for several days on the deliveries for our funeral service, yet every single arrangement used high quality, vibrant flowers and every arrangement was very full--they did not skimp whatsoever. The pricing on the arrangements could not be beat. Compared to other florists, Kim Thu's pricing is easily the best in Houston. Additionally, laminated message cards and embroidered ribbons were complimentary--a great value add. They are a small operation that works out of Winford Funeral Home. I do recommend texting during business hours for a call back if they're unable to answer immediately as they are a small business.
