A Thousand Thanks !! 3rd My husband came in for a rental when his car was in the shop. He never mention me, son, my love for Tay...Tay gave him a new Mitsubishi Full-size SUV. He fell in love in 3 days with the car and after the return, My husband traded his car in for the same model brand new Mitsubishi Tay rented him! Last note: all cars were very reasonable prices and Tay called to let us know when insurance was ended and paying on our cc. Updates saying weekly/ daily as needed. Excellent customer service. One was reserved from Geico. They said they didn't have it. Clearly, and via Oscar here, they should've. Thankfully, I got lucky and they had a pretty blue Chevy Malibu I could rent. Oscar was very kind and easy to talk to and answer any questions. Great car too! Love it to use until mine is fixed. 5/19/25 Car did great getting around until today. SamHunt is healed! Got gas to put it back where it was when I got it. Turn in and they have a return port that you drop it off to. Gave him the key, he checked out the car and came back. Said the car looked good, Geico was handling it, signed to confirm and wished a good day! Great service and car rental! Thank you! Highly recommended!

Tables and chairs are always clean , this time around we got two heaters both with full propane tanks. During the party we had more people than we anticipated so I gave Arturo a call to see if he could deliver extra chairs/tables which he came through. Very great communication from delivery schedule to pick up. Definitely recommend!!

From the front desk to the lot where I picked up the vehicle, the service was seamless and welcoming. Later that evening, I realized I needed to change my drop-off location. I called in, and a wonderful woman returned my call and made sure the change was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond with her customer service--her help stood out the most throughout the experience. When returning the car at the new location, the gentleman at the front desk who checked in the car and finalized the rental was also very kind and professional. He even offered to arrange a ride for me, but I let him know I was taking an Uber, as my destination was likely outside the shuttle range. We shared a laugh about it, and it was a great way to wrap up the experience.
