We need someone with something pointy to cut a piece of mat flooring, it won't be that difficult". The workers looked at each other and the one guy reluctantly helped us. Turns out it was a shift change and people were ready to go home. We saw the same guy later in the parking lot going home. Pro tip: Don't go to home Depot at 4 o clock pm if you need service. Folks just want to get outta there.

Went to check out and this was my interaction with cashier --- Cashier : did you find everything you were looking for? ME: No, I didn't. Cashier: Ok What the heck? Do you not train your employees in customer service or at the very least how to interact with buyers. Don't they understand that I am the one contributing to their paychecks. I dropped off my laptop to be fixed. I included its power cord. Their communication was horrible (I…read morehad to be the one to cal them once a week to get status updates) and the repair took three weeks as opposed to one. Once I bought a new power cord and fired up the laptop after their "repair," the laptop was in the exact same state as when I dropped it off (just now missing a power cord!) They said they had to send it out for repair. Hell I can do that myself. In essence, whomever they sent it to was useless.
