They come out twice a year for service and every time they check it out and clean the unit and tell me it all looks good and should continue to work fine for the foreseeable future. They are polite and professional and when I do need a new unit they will get my business.

Cool, so they come out that Tuesday morning. We weren't home at the time but our sister in law was so she was able to talk to him. Without giving us the pricing information they went ahead and fixed it and then gave us the quote of $538. We were taken aback because why weren't we told the pricing before hand? My husband was on the phone with the HVAC guy and asked to make payments. He called the office and told them the situation but they said no because we weren't existing customers. (Make it make sense?). So we get off the phone with him and the Laura (office worker) called my husband. She was very rude. Said we shouldn't have got it fixed without having payment and was very condescending. Tried to force him to give her his card number. We didn't get paid until the end of the week so no ma'am we won't be paying today. What kind of company doesn't send an invoice of how much it is before doing the job and then expecting someone to have $600 just to give away. Especially in this economy. Needless to say Laura and I had some choice words for how rude she was. Wont ever recommend this company to anyone. Will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

A technician came out on a Tuesday to look at my system. He said I would receive an emailed quote by the end of the week. The following week I still had not heard anything and called them 3 times, with repeated promises to return my call. After 2 weeks, I never received a call back or a quote. I called another company, received a visit from a tech and an estimate the same day, and my unit was installed the next day. I'm not at all impressed by the current customer service. I would definitely not recommend.

The technician barely inspected under the sink, spent time outside on the phone, and then told us we needed new pipes costing over $1,000. No effort was made to snake or clear the clog, and the explanation given (possible frozen pipes) didn't make sense, especially since other sinks in our home were working fine. He even seemed surprised when we told him our bathroom drains had no issues. Later the day, we hired another plumber who quickly identified the real problem, cleaned the line properly, and fixed the issue completely. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and sales-driven. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work from this company. The classic bad-service/upsell-heavy visit was a major red flag. Will not be using again.
