The only issue I have is that if you use insurance (I do), they require you to pay the estimated amount before they even bill your insurance,. IF you overpay, they will then send you a refund. I don't care for that. All my other dentists would directly bill my insurance first and I would pay the remaining patient responsibility amount after it was fully processed. Finally, they don't use nitrous oxide either, which I always have used for a major dentail issue such as a root canal.

I have tried continuously to contact them with absolutely no response at all no acknowledgement or a return phone call. I have called daily at different times and still get no response. YET they still take funds out of my account with NO receipt or statement of account. I received a response via Yelp and instructed me to call in. No one called back quoted from my last review--"I have absolutely no idea of the balance on my account. Nor do I have a treatment plan or the receipts for payments made. I have called several times including today was on hold for 34 minutes while I heard them press a button to keep me on hold. VERY POOR professionals. I will file a claim with the Dental Board and BBB along with the AZAG I wonder how people sleep with themselves at night. Very poor.
