What a horrible horrible place! The front desk women? Are amazing! They are what females in the workplace should be! The first young lady that does the X-rays? greets you with attitude n nastiness! She is extremely unprofessional and a liar come to find out! I didn't say 2 words to this young lady besides that I dnt like exposer to radiation! That was it! I guess that was her problem. I didn't make anything about her or give her any attention I guess so ?? who knows! she is in need of some deep therapy! YOU DONT BRING YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES TO WORK! n you dnt lie on o females! And Just so ppl know. numbing only takes 5 minutes to take full affect! I needed an extract! they got me in "as an emergency " which was throw in my face over n over n over again! it was like being in an abusive relationship! So to make up for being able to see a bunch of other patients n make me wait. I was given a shot n told I needed a second dose of novacaine but needed to wait for the 2 I already received to numb me up?? n was left to sit for 1hr and 30 minutes n still sat? it took me all I had to even get to a dentist! I can't stand the dentist! I sat n the anxiety grew. I might add they took complete advantage of the fact that I am on Medicaid! From my experience if a place even ONE BAD REVIEW ABOUT YOUR STAFF TREATING PPL LIKE GARBAGE? you should choose a different dentist! I got up to get something out of my purse n the hygienist came in as if I was going to steal something? what gauze? LEARN HOW TO TREAT PPL! I WAS ASKED WHAT I WAS DOING? as if I needed to answer for going to my own purse! I might also add that when I said I wanted my tooth? I was told hmm I dnt know if u can have it because of the filament? I paid for the filament? ridiculous! if they couldn't take me? then dnt take me. this place will take advantage of the fact that you are in pain n they are doing you A FAVOR? hmm your getting paid! I was so appalled by the way I was treated that I began to cry n had to use the ladies as well so I went n while I was in there I lost control n decided I was not going to be treaTed in such an ill manner! no matter how much pain I was in! I wiped my face n I left! cried all the way home to my ESA pup only to get a vm being told that I was NOVACAINE SEEKING?? what even is that? n was not welcome at that office? well I left a review on google n lol the manager NOT OWNER gets on those with a fake nicely nice message n says " oh so sorry blah blah please call?" its all for looks! I called n was told i was rude? I said to who? she proceeded to speak over me a bunch of times.. cause she couldn't make up anything I imagine! this is a manager! extremely narcissistic rude female! I will not tolerate abuse from a man I most certainly will not from a dental office manager! She told me a bunch of times how "she was watching me on a camera" while I left n laughed when saying it? n that was anger ?? tears n shaking is anger to her? hmm that's what a narcissist would say now isn't it? then she deflected to the X-ray girl! that's who said I was rude. I asked again. what did I say? no answer again. I never got one. so either she is lying or the girl lied n she accepted that with no proof n no correction of this is not how we treat clients! it's all quite ridiculous! then I was told the actual dentist said she refused to treat. well I'm sure she's pissed! if u are trying to make extra $ n fit me in when u couldn't n give me shots n shots n think ppl are actually stupid n dnt know how novacaine works?! n take advantage of the fact that i was in tremendous pain n needed her services n .. im sure everyone gets the picture! i had a friend of mine back in Boston who IS a dentist look n listen to this entire thing? n he himself is disgusted! ALL THE RED FLAGS OF ABUSE ARE LOCATED RIGHT HERE! I am reporting this place to the BBB! n a few other entities! I have also spoken with for employees! n ya wow! what a place! n X-ray girl? yup definitely has issues! ya know I have absolutely no remorse for females that behave this way! it took us so much to be in power positions! now that we have them? you do that as figures of PURE EMPOWERMENT for other women! YOU FO IT WITH CLASS N STRENGTH! You do it better with beautiful feminine energy! or just positive energy! not negative narcissistic toxic behavior! That's all most of these females exude! n it's not empowering it's no attractive it's sad n classl! do better! you have no clue how to treat ppl ! yet alone treat u as an individual! don't go here! there are plenty of good dentists in the area. I called iSmile on Monday morning, literally in tears, due to 2 broken molars. They were very compassionate over the phone and kept reassuring me that it'll be ok and that they'll get me in asap. 24 hours later I was in the office getting them removed. The staff was as professional and kind as can be, every single one of them. The dentist came in and went over my x-ray in detail showing me exactly what's causing my pain and why he's doing what he's doing. I didn't feel an ounce of pain during the procedure and the Dr kept asking if I was OK and to tell if it hurts so he can numb me more. Overall, amazing experience. Good enough that I made the decision to make this my primary dentist office. The woman was extremely rude to the front office and I could here here yelling in the back. Grow up lady!!! I have been going to this office since Dr Collins was their. They are awesome. There is no scam is going on, There prices are the best in town. From the doctor to the assistants everyone is kind and talented. They helped me with my insurance stuff and made everything so understandable. The prices were definately cheaper then most dentists I've been too. I have had an extraction done by Dr Sliders. I was nervous and the staff was wonderful and kind. The experience was awesome. I will take my family there and recommend my friends. I am actually excited to have my implant done. I read the other reviews and they had reasonable prices for services. My brother walked in and had a root canal and crowns place immediately. Easy to get appointment, works with my insurance (Humana Medicare Advantage), excellent staff (including Dental Assistant Chris) and Dr. Spiller did a root canal and crown in about 1.5 hours, made the crown in office with 3D printer, and ABSOLUTELY PAINLESS.
