I wanted to give this place a good rating because when I first came in to be fitted for a rental Tux I had a another female.I can't remember her name but she was so helpful. When I walked in for my final fitting, i walked in at 4:35. They close at 5. The assistant manager Stacey helped me. She didn't try to rush me out even though I was trying to rush. Because I didn't want them to lock up late. It didn't matter. She helped me with everything took her time. And she It gave me another inch on my pants at the bottom. She didn't rush. I couldn't figure what color handkerchief or pocket chief i couldn't figure it out, so I went back out to my car, walked in at 4:59, and she still helped me, didn't rush. My fiance got fitted and purchased a suit for our wedding here along with a vest and white shirt. He picked it up and everything went well until we wanted to exchange the shirt for an ivory one so he called and they ordered it in and let him know when it was ready for pick up. We just tried on his shirt and it is absolutely disgusting, it smells like BO, and the collar is yellow and oily. We are very disappointed, like they just grabbed this used shirt off the dressing room hook or something?? I expect more when it is not a rental and it is for his wedding day. read more
