I found Roxy's on Instagram las year while looking for my daughters perfect quince dress, my daughter was aiming for a pink coquette theme and I just happened to see a post with the most beautiful blush colored dress. We called in for an appointment and left with the most beautifully selected dress my daughter looked absolutely stunning in it and the price was very reasonable. We had a great experience with Roxy and even though she was a 45 min drive away from me she made every appointment completely worth my drive and time. She had a 1 on 1 appointment with Roxy & felt like a princess in the dresses she tried on! I paid close to 2k and they gave me a very wrinkled dress we were condescending when I asked them to re iron it. The lady who charge that day took a solid hour "heating up the steamer." STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. The woman running this place is an incompetent thief! My husband ordered a suit for my daughters sweet 16. Roxy promised my husband a Michael Kors suit. When the suit arrived only the blazer was Michael Kors. To make matters worse, the whole suit was extremely large. The woman kept mentioning how she didn't know why the suit was so large and that she would make it right. Long story short, the second suit she brought for my husband was still not a Michael Kors suit and also did not fit properly. When my husband asked for his money back she said she could only give him back half although he never took the suit with him. My husband had to choice but to purchase a suit elsewhere!
