Found a great deal at Perry Ellis this afternoon. Most shirts are 50% off but there is a discount rack in the back of the store and I found a nice shirt for $19.98. This store has an online frequent customer program so I also received a $10 discount. For $10 I was able to buy a first class $80 shirt. Love doubling down on sales. Love their clothes. First and for most I wanna say my experience was a great one! I had the pleasure of being help by your employee Chris M. I need to find an outfit for my nieces quince. I tried multiple store here and could find anything. An old employee of yours referred my to Perry ellis where I Chris greeted me and gave outstanding customer service. While browsing through the store he approached me and the gave me some good advice on how to blend colors together and not to always go with the traditional looks. I honestly wanted the same outfit he had on but he convinced me to stay the course on what I was looking for. After we found it I showed concern on not having the right accessories to match or go well with what I picked out. Chris went over and beyond, checked the back stock room and found a belt that matched shoes I had already bought. Perry Ellis is lucky to have an employee like Chris and I recommended anyone looking for something in a hurry to go there and hopefully you are fortunate enough to meet Chris and get his amazing help. Had visited Ontario Mills with the hopes that I would be able to find a pair of slacks and a dress shirt. While the mall experience was good, I was extremely surprised and exponentially happy with the customer service, helpfulness and friendliness of Cynthia. I initially did not desire to be helped, but once I did ask, I felt as though she treated me like family. Christian and Cynthia are both by far great examples of amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in they were very helpful in finding what I needed and making suggestions. Perry Ellis is my favorite store in the mall. Men can go here knowing they're getting high quality clothing and the latest in styles and trends. When you're wearing Perry Ellis, you feel like a million bucks. And I'm happy to say that you'll never pay full price here - all the times I've shopped at this store I've seen no less than 60% off all items. My only feedback would be that the last time I was there, I was asked if I needed anything an obscene amount of times - close to 10. My husband and I set off to look for a last minute suit for him and as we made our way down the mall to another popular clothing store I noticed this Perry Ellis outlet. We weren't dressed "fancy" or anything and I feel as though sometimes you need to be dressed a certain way to be helped in stores like these but much to my surprise we were immediately greeted upon walking in. Not only were the prices very reasonable but they had a wonderful sale on top of the already reduced prices. The selection was very impressive as well. I definitely would say overall this five star review was even more deserved due to the commendable customer service and great team work displayed by the three salesmen: Jorge, Christian, and Jason. They all worked earnestly together to help us leave not only with a suit in our price range but one that fit my husbands taste and size perfectly. Retail me not offer declined at Perri Ellis - Ontario Mills, CA!!!!! Has happened the last 3 times. I have currently put shopping at their store on freeze rather go to other stores that do accept. In speaking with them apparently manager tells them not to accept. She was rude in telling customers this as well. Guys are really helpful and nice. read more

The store is well organized. But I noticed that the shirt designs are still the same as last year. I was going to buy shirts for my husband but everything looks the same as last year. And one thing that I noticed in this particular store is, the store personnel doesn't even greet their customers when they come in. They're were 2 guys by the counter when my husband and I came in, and I t seemed like we never existed in their store. Customer service is lacking. read more
