Young women by the name of Emily was our waitress. We had to ask for silverware and plates. We received our deep fried pickles and they were not completely fried and had some raw batter. We asked politely if they could give us another basket because these were somewhat raw. She took the basket and went to the kitchen. A few minutes later she brings the basket back to the table and tosses and leaves without saying anything, Then 20 mins later we had to ask her if she could take our order. I love the size of the wings served here and their BBQ sauce is a unique, tangy surprise. However, this alone does not make up for the mess going on in this restaurant. The waitresses have far too many tables each to be able to properly meet the needs off all the customers they are assigned. This led to long waits between refills and long waits to have any special requests fulfilled. The food did arrive quickly, delivered by members of the kitchen or potentially someone assigned to this specific tasks. The wings were great, the chicken chunks were equally good despite their hot sauce having too much of a vinegar taste. My wife loves pork tenderloin sandwiches and the sandwich here is at the bottom of the list of local vendors selling this sandwich. Clearly to pounded out and flattened like a traditional breaded tenderloin would be. It was very greasy, taste was questionable, and the toppings were skimpy. Untended children run amuck, people trying to enjoy meals next to the game room had their meals interrupted by errant game balls flying on their tables. The worst part of the experience was the stench of cigarette smoke billowing in the side door every time a customer went oN to their outdoor smoking area. Waitress was slow didn't seem like she knew how to do her job didn't check on you hardly two out of three of our orders was wrong one order had to be sent back twice. Upside is manager took care of one order. I'm really starting to dig this place...I love chicken wings. I love chicken wing places...I have love for Bdubs, Bunkers, Roosters, even Hooters...you get the picture. Anyways, I would hit Frickers occasionally, but they were usually second choice to Bdubs. I don't know what's changed, but I'm hooked on Frickers now...like "I could eat here everyday if I could" hooked. Their wings have suddenly started hitting me better than ever. I always order mine a certain way and this Frickers gets them perfectly. Service is wonderful too. I've been in the hospital and a nursing home physical rehab center for two months. When I got out, I was craving wings like crazy after months of bland hospital food that tastes like cardboard...but I was restrained to a walker and still had problems getting in and out at places. When I called a togo order in, the ladies happily brought my order out to my vehicle, even in the rain. They were absolutely wonderful and telling me they hoped I got better soon. Few things in life better than a pretty waitress bringing you a sack of chicken goodness and then smiling and telling you to get better soon...very good therapy! Anyways, Frickers is a great place. Nice atmosphere, great service, excellent food, cold beer...what more do you need? Try the wings for sure, the barbeque pizza and pulled pork barbeque nachos are delish and their exploding onion ( or whatever their brand name is ) is amazing too...and I don't like onions! You know this place wasn't horrible or anything just wasn't that good either. Our server was very nice and good. I got the ribs and wings. The ribs were average at best.. The boneless wings were great though! I would think if you came here for wings and beer you'd be happy but as a lunch outing I'll skip it next time. read more

My boyfriend and I live very close to this location and come often. You can't beat the price of their cold draft beers anywhere! Food is great, and service at the bar is always spot on as well. Waited over 40 minutes for what I was told would be a 20 minute wait for a to go order. Let it go, staff was friendly and they were apologetic. However, my chicken was only lukewarm, can't quite figure that out with such an extended wait I assumed it would at least be fresh, but no. I also didn't even get the correct sauce I ordered. my wife and I have regularlly visited the Fricker's in Huber Heights, but tonight we were very disappointed, we arrived around 5:30-5:45 . It was not busy at all, we sat down and one of tables and waited almost 15 minutes and were never ever waited on. As I was saying, restaurant was less than half full and waitress walking around but never once did anyone ask if we have been waited on. I will continue to frequent Frickers but it certainly will not be the one in Huber Heights read more

Visited this frickers on 6-14-16. Treated very poorly. Got up to go to restroom and when came back, my table was cleaned off. They even threw away my drink mix I brought in to put in my water. This was very very very poor example of customer service. Will not go back. read more

This is a literally the worst restaurant you'll ever step foot in. I went there to sign my boys up for baseball we all sat down at a table then to eat after that and sat there for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Our group of seven ate their last night, we were very disappointed. We have literally spent hundreds of dollars in the place and I can say that last nights service was the worst we have ever had. Not sure if it was our server, who was newer, or the kitchen! Our food came out in shifts, my husband and I ate almost 90 min after the order was placed. We asked several times what was taking so long with no real answer. They were busy but we have been when it's busier and not had that bad of service. Arrived today at store opening, 1100. Restroom was nasty..... Floor not mopped, toilet gross, since gross, mirror gross....flies in the bathroom (no window in there, not sure how they got it). If it was end of day I would understand after a days use... But start of business... No. Waitress said they clean bathrooms daily; that's a lie.... Food was again eh.... Menu says our buns are the best in town... Flat dried out bun, which fell apart on my pork sandwich. Out of the beer i drink on tap, charged me for a bottle, then notice beer being poured out of the tap of the beer i asked for...lied again. Been here numerous times, and food is always blah... one waitress had her shorts so short, her buttocks we're sticking out of the shorts; all this in front of my kids. This week we had a medical emergency while dining at this Frickers. We frequent this Frickers very often 3-5 times a month during lower peak hours. However, we went in on a Saturday during lunch and the overstimulation caused a person in our party to have a seizure. He fell and hit his head. The staff raced to his aid and the ambulance was there within a minute. They were nothing but gracious and kind to the situation and aided us in anything we needed. Several of the waitresses who know us came over and gave us all hugs. They are kind and invested in their regulars and that is what its all about. A+ customer service and then some. read more
