The best wings and green beans I've had in a while, im most def coming back count me as a regular‍‍ service was ok, told it would take 5 mins and it was 15 but it was worth the wait.

Overall, this place needs a little TLC in order for me to leave a higher review. While the food wasn't horrible, the actual restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. The walls, tables, bathrooms, etc were all visibly dirty. The service was good, and the food was as expected. I'd pass if there are other options in the area.

Great place to obtain wonderful food. Even though I had it delivered it was well worth the wait. Most definitely will be getting more of what they offer

chicken wings and rice in a styrofoam container

First off I couldn't wait to get off and place my order. Did that and ended up with 9 drumettes that wasn't cooked throughly. I asked for well done I got soggy.this is the last time. They either fired the cook or he quit because whoever they got cooking now need to go back to the basic if you can't drop wings I a basket and let them cook until done. It's that simple. What a waste

Food was ok, service was good, most things were a bit dirty. Theme was noticeable through out the restaurant in decor, signage & menu.

They are actually more accommodating than BW3's in that they allowed me to have mild wings with a side of honey mustard.

The menu looked amazing, so I drove us there. When we pulled up, I thought we had the wrong place. It is inside of an office building. Tip: Go to the second floor and make a left. The aroma of the food will lead your right to it. When we arrived, they had music playing and chill vibes. You can order and pay through the kiosk. After we placed our order, we went into the dining area. The food came out pretty quickly. I ordered 10 wings and coco bread. For my flavors, I selected the pineapple jerk wings and the honey jerk wings. The owner came out personally and brought my wings to me. The owner is a really solid dude. He gave us the backstory on the restaurant and told us about his homemade sauces. You can tell that he really is passionate about his business. The wings were smoked and sauced to perfection! And they are 10 for $10! Can't beat that price for the quality they are giving you. The coco bread was a nice addition, I used it to soak up the leftover jerk sauce I had in my container! My wife got the jerk salmon with fried rice and jerk yum yum sauce. Yes, you heard me right! Jerk Yum Yum Sauce!!! I had to steal a couple of bites off of her plate, and I shared one of my wings with her. She loved her meal, and the jerk yum yum sauce was phenomenal. We ordered The Hut Punch, which is sugar-free and comes with real fruit pieces. It was very refreshing and flavorful. Lastly, the customer service! We met the owner and his wife. They have managed to bring a piece of Jamaica to Ohio. When we were about to leave to head back to Columbus, I told my wife that I couldn't leave without getting some jerk yum yum sauce to go. I asked if they sold sauces to go. The owner went out of his way to go and purchase containers so that I could take some home. He didn't have to do that, but I am truly grateful that he did. I am now back in Columbus, and I have already started pouring on my fried rice and loving every bite! If you love Jamaican food, you have to try this place! Jerk Wings 1-5=5! Coco Bread 1-5=4. Salmon Fried Rice 1-5=5. Hut Punch 1-5=4. Jerk Yum Yum Sauce 1-5=5! Customer Service 1-5=5! Even though they are Bengals fans. #GoBrowns

Thankfully yelp's search abs reviews put this joint on my radar. I Enough chit chat. Let's talk about Pollo Shaddai. It has the look abs feel of a diner. Our waiter asked if we'd had Guatemalan food before. When we said "no," he took us through the menu and explained everything to us. On his recommendation, we started off with the Garnanchos which were mini fried tortillas topped with an amazingly seasoned ground beef mixture, sautéed cabbage, cheese and red salsa. O. M. G. Delicious!!! Definitely get an order to share when you go. The boyfriend got the Combo Shaddai which is 3 pieces of fried chicken and fries that are topped with Mayo, ketchup, abs a spicy green ketchup. He was a little sketch on the green ketchup and got it on the side. I loved it! He said the chicken was really good... very similar to the type of fried chicken you'd expect from a restaurant, but felt the breading was a little sweeter. I got the Pepian which came with 2 pieces of chicken that were smothered in a tasty curry sauce. Don't let the word "curry" fool you. It wasn't as heavily spiced as an Indian curry, but it was delicious. Mellow and delicious, it came with a side of rice and a salad made with carrots abs green beans in mayo. The waiter said it's a polarizing dish. Most either love it or hate it. I was in the middle. I wanted just a dash of spice to go with it. We both had leftovers, but we definitely didn't have any garnanchos left. We devoured all 5 of those suckers due to their amazingness. Basically, you need to check this place out. It was delightful!!!

Where to start?…read more... Came here for dinner expecting a lovely sit-down restaurant and was sorely disappointed. Imagine getting all dolled up to dine at the newest soul food restaurant in town then realizing you stepped into a souped-up chicken/fish spot. I gave it 3 stars simply for the food as the experience was a solid one. Upon arrival, there was no greeting and so we just found a table. A small group of folks were sitting at the tables near the front door waiting for their takeout. Honestly, that's what this place should be. A takeout joint with tables for those who want to eat their food there. Can you imagine ordering food to dine in and being presented with a set of takeout, cheaply-made plastic cutlery? Yep, that's what we were offered. I had to ask an employee walking by if they had "real" cutlery and he went to the back to grab us a set. The owner was working but unlike a fine dining establishment, did not come over to greet us, the only dine-in customers. That would have went a long way had she done that. The sad part is the food was actually pretty good (tasty yams, mac/cheese, fried whiting, and peach cobbler). However, the cabbage was under-seasoned. Take my advice and order your food to go until the training, customer service, and adequate staffing is present. You won't be disappointed if you do that.
