A friend I met after some years for lunch suggested a buffet place. I entered the address and ended at this place. At first, she was disappointed it was not her usual place. Well, we went in and were promptly seated and pleasantly surprised by the set-up and the amount of food displayed. A few trips to sample some known dishes and a few new ones(tiny fried cheese wonton). All delicious, hot and readily replenished. A Hibachi grill is on location. Ice cream machine too. Hard to believe I haven't Yelped Friendly since 2016. Pretty sure I get out there at least once a year. Guess it was Frank's 80th birthday lunch that's telling me to Yelp it now. Still Friendly, after all these years, and a very good Chinese buffet. What was really different this time was some menu changes to the lunch buffet. They had eggplant in garlic sauce-- delicious. They had egg fu yung, with pork gravy at hand. Also very good. Have never seen either of those at a Chinese buffet before. We were there a week ago, so not surprising that I don't remember the third item that was new to the buffet scene. But I have to mention that the green beans, a buffet staple, were perfect. The only fish, however, was a fried fish, tilapia, I think. Frank, a mostly vegan guy, enjoyed a lot of shrimp, but missed mussels and clams. I'm not going to tell him, but if the eggplant in garlic sauce was instead of mussels, I was happy. Every hot dish was hot enough and every cold dish cold enough. One of my favorite places to eat. I love the variety on the buffet and the food is nearly always fresh and hot. There have been very few times that I was disappointed in the temperature of the food, and it was only one small section of the buffet table that seemed not to be working correctly. The service is okay, some of the wait staff is very friendly, while others seem they couldn't care less. The restaurant itself could use updates, I've been eating here for the last 20 years and most things are the same. New carpeting and reupholstered booths would be a perfect start. Buffets suck unless you're a sow. This place, however, really puts out frequent fresh offerings of mostly good to excellent quality food (aside from their friend rice. I don't know how to mess that up). Not sure why I'm writing this since, having lived in several places in the Pac Rim, its obvious to me that Asian restaurants don't care about your opinion. They are my all time favorite place to eat!! They are handicap accessible, I'm in a wheelchair with a service dog and I can get around pretty well, they have two sets of bathrooms one with two stalls one of which is handicap accessible and then private bathrooms back, they also have captions on the tv's. The staff is great they are all very nice and friendly, they're great with clearing dish and keeping drinks filled. The food is always hot and fresh, I love going to the grill to have them cook. They are typically quiet and even when they are busy they aren't that loud! read more

After reading great reviews me and my husband chose to come here to celebrate a friend's birthday. I enjoyed the way the restaurant looked plus we had no issues but my husband ended up finding hair on his chicken. He then went to address it with the woman running the register but she chose to give him half off on his meal but then proceeded to tell him not to do it again and that they have a camera so we need to stop! We were more than ready to get another plate because accidents happen but the way they chose to blame my husband ruined the entire experience! drove a hour to eat here. read more

This month we just did take out but have eaten here many times. Food is always good quality. We just ordered white rice, sweet and sour chicken and Mei Fun shrimp noodles. The Chicken was so good and large pieces. We ended up eating everything for lunch the next day! Part of the reason we order out for the leftovers and it was crazy busy for dining in. Hence the 5 stars everyone loves this place. They have a wide variety in their buffet and that is why it is so good. There is always something for everyone. read more

Probably my favorite Chinese buffet . Very clean and friendly service (I mean it's in their name so it better be!) The selection of choices goes on forever ! $15 for a holiday buffet is an excellent price . My only complaint was that the crab clusters were hard to open ! But everything is replenished regularly . They even have hibachi service included in the price . There is something for everyone there (it is a bit weird that the Mac and cheese there is one of my favorite items, but it's tasty!) Here's another family favorite! We still patronized the establishment during quarantine as they served takeaway preset bento boxes, but it's wonderful to be able to enjoy the buffet again. Saturday evenings they offer select seafood options. Last night they offered blue crab, crab meat with melted cheese and spring onions, salmon, and a few shrimp options including fried fantail shrimp and battered shrimp in a sweetened coconut sauce. As far as following safety guidelines, we were greeted by serving staff in masks and gloves. We were handed disposable plastic food-grade gloves to use when we went up to the buffet. Also, the former dessert display has been removed to allow for divided seating. Tables in the center of the restaurant (main seating area) have plastic dividers at the ends of the tables, to divide walkways and where customers are seated. Missing one star for no beef & broccoli and much higher dining prices post-COVID. read more

All the food trays were either empty or almost empty, and we got there 2 hours prior to closing. With what was presented, half of it was cheap American food or junk from the dollar store(who goes to a Chinese buffet for mashed potatoes and apple pie and 75% of the desserts were from the dollar store next door ). The waitress was very pushy about clearing the plates. She brought us the bill before I even finished my first plate. I asked a person who was bringing out food where the plastic takeaway sauce containers were for the sushi sauces, and she just rudely flailed her arm. I had no clue what she was trying to tell me. This is hands down the best Chinese Buffet i've ever been to. I've been to many before and none had hot fresh food, nor proper cleanliness like this place! I'd look around and see workers cleaning, workers bringing out hot fresh food. All of the food served here was phenomenal, The size of the general tsos, pineapple chicken etc here was big as well! My favorite buffet in all of WNY! These guys aren't trying to fill you up quick with breading and MSG, nah these guys just wanna feed ya delicious food. Seriously an AMAZING buffet. Pretty much everything from the ribs to the warm apple pie is amazing. They do several chicken dishes that are great including pineapple chicken. The place is large with a ton of booths. The selection is vast. There is a hibachi grill, a sushi bar, a salad and cold dishes area, an ice cream station with like 10 flavors, there is candy. This place is great. My first time here, I will go again! One of the BEST Chinese Buffets in the Buffalo, NY area. The food choices were numerous, and the food was fresh and hot. The desert area was great! Our server was attentive, polite, friendly and very present. He kept our drinks filled, and took away our used plates in a timely manner. I came dad enough good things about this experience. The name of this restaurant caught my attention when I sought for an Asian buffet to eat at today. Employees at others often haven't been that friendly. I believe this one lived up to its name. The workers here seemed to smile more. They had a good variety of foods, a hibachi grill, and eight choices of ice cream (including two of my favorites: cotton candy and cookies & cream). The sushi selection could've been better. I also noticed some of the plates had specks of food on them. I grabbed clean ones underneath to use. Otherwise, this is an OK place to eat. Honestly was slightly disappointed with the buffet here. I have gotten takeout from here for a long time and have previously had the buffet. My grandma and I wanted to go somewhere close for dinner so we opted for the buffet. We went in a Sunday and the whole day it is the dinner menu with dinner price. The buffet itself was 20 dollars each after with tip and tax. I thought it was a little pricey for the quality of the food. Mostly the buffet consisted of classic American and American Chinese food. Some of the items I enjoyed were lo mein. Pineapple chicken and chicken skewers. Although I would've like to try their sushi, To me the food seemed like it had been left out a while and a lot of the chicken pieces were very fatty. Their takeout food seems to be higher quality than their buffet so in the future I think i will stick to takeout. The best Chinese buffet in the southtowns. There is such a vast amount of food choices. The food is always hot. They rotate the selections every once in a while to keep things interesting. Lunch and Dinner Buffets are different also. Friday and Saturday dinner offers all you can eat crab legs but people will actually wait there for 15 minutes at the station waiting for them to bring out more crab and then take it all. That's frustrating but not the fault of the restaurant. I highly recommend the rice noodles (Mei fun), it's so good, especially when you top it with the seafood delight shrimp! They also have a garlic eggplant dish that they only serve at lunch time which is my absolute favorite! They offer so many different desserts including Perry's ice cream. This is one of the only places I know that has Moose tracks ice cream! The best desserts are hidden randomly on the regular buffet station rather than being at the dessert table. Try the apple pie and banana pudding! The prices are totally reasonable and the service is on point. Sometimes the waitresses are too attentive and will try to take your plate before you are done or fill your water right after you take a sip. But can you really complain about that? read more

I'm usually not big on buffets to be honest. A lot of the time the food isn't fresh because it's been sitting around for a while, and a lot of them are pretty expensive and I don't feel like I'm able to eat enough for them to be worth the money. Not this one! We went for lunch and their prices were very reasonable. It's honestly worth going here for 3 things in my opinion: wonton soup (with extra green onion + soy sauce), rice noodles, and fried dough with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is my idea of a delicious meal at this place without overdoing it. The food is always hot and fresh. Me and my boyfriend decided to stop here for lunch (it was actually dinner time according to the price though ) and we were excited to try a new buffet near our new house. First off, there was a decent selection (about 6 double sided serving stands) and a fresh bar to cook on the wok. There were only 2 soup selections and a salad bar along with a decent amount of food. The hot food looked pretty good but we were disappointed by the lack of taste and not fresh taste of most of it. I didn't particularly love anything I tasted other than the rice pudding. There's a decent variety of desserts but we weren't impressed with the taste or freshness of any of those either. There was a good selection of ice cream flavors though. There were some flavors you don't normally see at a buffet and more than the standard chocolate, vanilla, raspberry you usually find. The service was fine but we probably won't be back. I've been to this place a couple of times while working Uber in the city. It's a good quality Chinese restaurant and they have SOME sushi. The wait staff are very friendly and the food has not been cold. I recommend the general tsos chicken and the egg drop soup. As for sushi.
