I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus 4 months ago and wanted to wait as long as possible before reviewing my experience. Friendly Ford as my second stop while car searching. My first stop was Chrysler Dodge of Monroe, DO NOT GO THERE. I was near tears by that experience due to a pushy, condescending salesman by the name o fAJ Garcia. Friendly Ford of Monroe reassured me there are honest, kind used car salesman out there that will truly go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase even MONTHS after driving off the lot. My salesman was Carlo I highly recommend him. He steered me toward a reliable, fuel efficient vehicle to battle my long commute to/from work, and most importantly, a vehicle I could afford. A month after I purchased my car, my brakes were malfunctioning. I took it to their service department and was shocked to learn my brakes rotors were warped. I as more shocked to learn they replaced all the rotors for FREE. Later, I fell victim to a shopping cart in a parking lot resulting in a dent on my trunk lid. Carlo set up an appointment for me to meet with their "dent guy" who specializes in superficial exterior damage. He has collectively saved me a lot of grief and MONEY. When I learned a friend of mine was in need of a new vehicle, I sent them directly to this dealership and Carlo. My friend purchased a 2009 Ford Escape within two days of test driving. I was then sent a check for $50.00 for referring my friend. Top notch vehicles and top notch customer service. If you need a new or used vehicle, this is where you need to go!! read more

I am very happy with my new edge! The service was perfect! Laura Kern is one of the best sales person that I have ever dealt with! She knows the insides and out of whatever we ask or need! We had an issue with the car I was supposed to pick up one day and by the time I pulled in to pick it up she was already on the phone with my husband telling us the problem with the leak from the windshield and that she didn't feel comfortable putting us in that vehicle so her and her manager worked very hard to try to find me another car and put me in it within a week later I am very happy with my vehicle and very happy with the service that I received thank you so much to Laura Kern you are the best!!!! read more

Took my Ford Edge in for a needed dent and paint repair after a minor parking accident. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and working seamlessly with my insurance company. The work was completed on time and looked great. My only negative comment is that they hinted that it would be difficult to get me a loaner vehicle even though they had to have my car for six days. As a customer who has leased cars from Friendly Ford for two decades, I thought I should qualify for a loaner. Worked around the problem by taking it in before I left for an eight day vacation. Everything else was excellent and I would still highly recommend the Friendly Ford Body Shop. read more

This dealership is SHAMEFUL and CORRUPT. They let an elderly woman (in her 90's) with a very noticeable case of DEMENTIA purchase an expensive $20,000+ vehicle in their lot for a woman who was a criminal manipulator and was pressuring her to buy it for her. The elderly woman was not related in any way to the person she bought the vehicle for and the dealership did not question this transaction or try to contact family members of the elderly woman to let them know what she was doing. FRIENDLY FORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED. They have no decency or conscience and only care about $$$$$$. read more

I took my 2014 Focus in due to a recall on part of the software components and, of course, that was done. I bought the car new from this dealership and what "wowed" me about my visit was: I had another issue, maybe minor yet had bothered me for some time and that was fixed by replacing parts! Maybe this wasn't a big deal for them but it sure was for me! No charge. Let's see, I've purchased (not leased) 6 cars from Friendly Ford over the years and if/when I need another new car it will be from Friendly Ford and Dave Stolkey who has helped and advised me in every purchase. read more

I'm in dealerships all day for my business, so I get a little more of the behind-the-scenes glimpse of used car departments than the average consumer. James, the used car manager, invests in the vehicles that go onto his lot by fixing what needs to be fixed and catching the vehicles up on their maintenance before putting them up for sale. This review is more for the auto repair zone of the dealership. Every time my fiancé and I take our cars in for a simple oil change they always say we need new tires or a new part that costs crazy amounts of money. I also had my car taken there after the battery dies a couple years ago and someone lost the wheel lock to my car. I had to pay a different dealership to beak the bolts off of my car and replace them. When I called about it they just said they assume it was left in the car. read more

I needed a burned-out headlight replaced. Drove in without an appointment shortly after lunchtime and in about an hour the headlight was replaced and I was out of there. Not too long ago the warning light indicated I had a low tire pressure. Drove in, again without an appointment, and they immediately checked all 4 tires, brought them ALL up to the proper pressure and I was on my way .... NO CHARGE. Horrid parts department. Will routinely send out the incorrect part 3 or 4 time in a row. The irony is that they require a VIN when ordering in order to match the engineering number to the build sheet and then they still send the wrong parts. If your a hobbyist who doesn't mind dragging out a couple hour job for 4 or 5 days then this may be the place for you, but if you are running a business and need reliability and competence you should look elsewhere. read more

We have gone to Larry for all of our vehicles. He is low pressure and lets the vehicle sell itself. He also works to get you s vehicle you want and that best fits your budget. All the staff is helpful and we will be going to Larry and Friendly for all our future vehicles. The only issue i had was the new Ford app doesn't lock and unlock and start my car like we thought it would. We needed a higher end model of the Fusion but that's not a big deal. read more

Had my EDGE in for the 7,500, Service. Service was completed and I was called in a short time and informed my Edge was ready to be picked up. When my wife dropped me off to p/u my vehicle I told my wife I don't see it setting out front. My vehicle had been washed and I didn't recognize it. Not very happy with out come of last service , rear window defrost quite working first time I went to use it this year , said I need new rear window but truck is 3000 mile out of warranty, but service tech said they get at least 1 like that a week .$ 820.00 out of pocket sounds like it should be a recall. read more
