The experience I had with the salesman was terrible. I took the truck for a drive and that was not an issue. I asked him for negotiation on the price and he would not work with me. He even had the nerve to ask me to go to talk with his boss himself. I asked him since he was the salesman he is supposed to advocate for me. He did nothing for me. Either his way or the highway. Service department tried to tell me I needed all these things fixed on my car without even looking at it. front end aligned, cabin filter, etc. my car only has 34,000 miles on it. new spark plugs. I declined and will have the dealership that I bought the car from give me a second opinion. They told me I didn't need any of the things that "friendly " recommended. horribly unfriendly. And car wasn't even washed afterwards. Probably because I didn't fall for the stuff they were trying to sell me. Dave is not friendly and is only there to tell you that you need stuff that you don't need. Corporate will be hearing from me and the Ford dealer that I bought the car from. My F150 has an issue with the transmission at 43K miles. They confirmed it was still under warranty and I would have to make an appointment to have a technician take it for a test drive to evaluate. There was absolutely no mention of an fees involved, just they wanted to "check it out" to confirm the issue which would be fixed under warranty. I was encouraged to drop the vehicle off the night before and they would call me after it was looked at. When I got the call after they looked at it, they said it needed spark plugs and a trasnmission re-learn strategy for known shift concerns and said the cost would be $1,610.58. None of the work would be covered under warranty. I declined them doing any work on my vehicle but they insisted on $193.55 for the diagnosis. They 100% led me to believe they just wanted to "test drive" it to confirm a warranty claim. They NEVER made the slightest indication that it could / would result in a $193.55 diagnosis charge. They did "get" me and I wrote it off as a lesson learned. It cost me $193.55 but it cost them a far greater amount because I would absolutely never go back to that dealership again. read more

Came in to get a basic oil change and a tire rotation. usually a job like this would take a competent person 30 minute. but it takes these clowns over 2 hours. on top of that there were multiple times where our estimated time was incorrect. For anybody looking for oil changes I'd suggest going to a specific oil change shop and then to a tire shop to get your tires rotated. You'll probably save 1.5 hours of your day! read more

My first lease here was fine. The second time, they jerked me around. Went through all the paperwork and then told me I wasn't eligible to turn in my first lease yet. Then a few weeks later they say I can, but don't have a vehicle I want and claim they can't get one. I went to another dealership. I had a used vehicle picked out with Caden. I took it for a test drive. Came in filled out paperwork to finance a loan (Wednesday). I asked my salesman to hold the vehicle and he told me not to worry that he doesn't see anybody buying it anytime soon. I then decided to reach out to My own credit Union to see what I could qualify for just in case they would have better rates. I got approved but they wanted the purchase amount to make sure it met the NADA vehicle pricing guidelines. I was not available Thursday or Friday morning (which I explained my circumstances). On Friday after asking for a purchase price, at least four times, I was given every other excuse besides the purchase price. He even wanted me to add my husband on their loan application to get approved which makes zero since to me given the circumstances and I make plenty enough money to get a auto loan on my own. Then I find out he let another salesman offer the vehicle to somebody else but then tells me if the customer doesn't buy it he'll send me the purchase agreement tomorrow (Saturday). I know my credit isn't A++ plus but it's still impacts my credit score and why waste someone's time and how do you do that to a customer. They didn't even give me a chance to use my own bank, which makes me think they were getting a huge deal by using their own lenders or trying to rip me off. Personally, I don't find the service staff friendly. I simply asked where to find the code for the keypad. The service writer was greedy. Quite frankly, I was put off by his attitude and I walked away. I just moved into the area and was looking for a dealer to service my truck. In May I called to schedule a recall repair. I was told it would be a 3 month wait for appointment, but the repair was short and they'd try to have it done by end of business day. So, August comes and I drop it off for repair. I get a call 2 hrs later saying the "inspection" was done and I could come get it. I asked if the repair was done and he said it was not. I would have to come back another day for the repair. I asked why I was not told that an "inspection" needed to be done first and why it took 3 months just to get it inspected. No answer. I asked why I was told that I should have the car back by the end of the day if they didn't intend on repairing it that day. No answer. Since they attached my VIN to their shop for the repair, I can't even take it to another Ford dealership for the recall repair. I asked if I was stuck with them and they said yes. So, if you have to have a recall repair done, don't go here. If you need another type of repair, consider finding a good certified independent mechanic. I've never had this issue with independent mechanics who are very up front with what needs done and when it will be done. This was a typical dealership who thinks that their time is more important than yours. Save yourself some time and aggrevation...go somewhere else! read more

I went here a few times to get my Focus fixed, because I had some issues a regular auto shop wouldn't be able to take care of very easily. I was having weird electrical problems that I knew the Ford dealership could diagnose (whether I would have them fix the problem or not). I just wanted to know what was wrong. My car was starting sometimes and running fine, but then out of nowhere, the battery would be dead. I explained everything to the dealership, and they agreed to run a full electrical inspection. The prime suspect was the battery. They told me NOTHING was wrong with my car, because it passed all their tests, despite me telling them countless times that something was wrong. They charged me $90 for this service! The guy said it was running fine, and I went there to pick it up. I thought maybe they actually fixed the problem by disconnecting, cleaning, and troubleshooting everything. When I arrived to take my car away, it was dead in the parking lot. They took my car back in the garage and "worked" on it for another two days. In the end, they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong... a Ford dealership that sells and services their own products couldn't fix or even tell me what was wrong with my car. It started when I picked it up the second time, and I left. When I demanded a refund of my $90, I wasn't given one since they insisted they serviced my car as requested and charged the standard rate. I took my car to an electronic automotive shop for a free inspection. They diagnosed the problem in five minutes: the alternator, while functioning, was intermittently faulty and also killed a portion of the battery. I paid them to replace the alternator and picked up a battery a little bit later. My car never had a problem of this nature again... nor did I ever go back to this dealership. Hello we bought a 2015 dodge challenger drove 3 to get hours there and took it for a ride when we got back to the dealership we smelled antifreeze the sales person said we must have spilled it during our inspection it will burn off OK then we said what about the windshield with all the chips in it (5) chips he said take it or leave it angina WOW ok then he said we're closed do you want it or not WOW ok. So we bought the car the next day I called Nichole the owners daughter I told her that the windshield has chips all over it she said oh well there's nothing she will do about it I said we smell antifreeze and she said your techs can fix it under powertrain warranty which it still has. So long story is the timing cover is leaking on both sides which should have been seen from the inspection right ok so I take it in and it also needs a radiator 600.00 to fix it.The timing cover leak is covered under factory warranty but not the radiator or labor So I called Nichole the owners daughter and she said there's NOTHING SHE WILL DO WOW you signed all the paperwork and that's the way it is then she told me to have my Attorney call hers Attorney some kind of customer service right well looks like I buy a radiator and eat the labor to THANK YOU FRINDLY FORD BUYER BEWARE. My son took his F-150 here for service 6/19/17 for SYNC and USB issues. They said it would be done 6/21/17. Today is 6/29/17 and we still don't have the vehicle back. The manager admitted that the car sat for a few days and they just ordered a part 6/26/17, but we still don't have the truck back. I filed a complaint with Ford and their agent took it as dealership feedback so another day was lost. Last night I filed a complaint again and was told to call the manager who already told me the truck sat and wasn't ready. Very dissatisfied. I wish I could put a no star rating. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Here's my experience so far... The actual purchase experience was smooth. I enjoyed my new C-Max for three full weeks before it died in our garage before I'd even made my first payment. The roadside assistance experience was smooth. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional. The car was picked up in a timely manner. I emailed our salesman to alert him to the problem and express my disappointment and extreme unhappiness; he expressed sympathy and said to let him know if there was anything he could do. I had borrowed my husband's car to get to work. Neither he nor I heard from the dealership, so after several hours, I emailed our salesman again to ask about the status of our car. (Have I mentioned it was three weeks old and dead?) He wondered if I'd called the service department. You know, the one located about 100 feet from his desk. When I told him I'd had this crazy notion that someone would contact me, rather than having to chase down information myself, he did say he'd look into it. The car was repaired later that day, but because I had borrowed my husband's car, we were unable to pick it up until the next morning. As I mentioned to our salesman, if we'd wanted to buy an unreliable car with problems, we would have gone with a GM vehicle. The fact is, we respected Ford for not taking a government bailout and wanted to demonstrate that in a concrete way. This could have been handled so very much better. Once our dead three-week-old car had been picked up, the dealership could have called to say it arrived. They could have provided a loaner. They could have called with a repair report and an ETA for completion. They could have offered to bring the car to us so we would be no more inconvenienced than we already had been. They could have apologized for the fact that we had been inconvenienced. None of that happened, and as a result, I'm left feeling rather bilious toward Ford in general and toward Friendly Ford in particular. Will I ever buy another Ford? Too soon to tell. Will I ever buy from Friendly Ford? If this experience is any indication of what I can expect, not on your life. read more

I called the service department to confirm my appointment and was promptly told they don't take reservations.
