Took my truck for an alignment and they scratched my rims. They promised to fixed them but drug it along for over a year with excuse after excuse. Last time I went there for an oil change, when I drove off my wife was driving behind me and stopped me because my under carriage shield was hanging on one bolt. I was lied to through text and promised a price, but when I drove two and a half hours to the dealership, they refused to honor what they had promised. They then told me that, to offset the price increase they had lied about, they could beat my bank's financing terms. I let them run my credit because they said they could beat my bank, but they couldn't beat my bank's interest rate, resulting in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report. I refused to pay more than the price I was promised and left, only to get stuck in a tropical storm during 5:00 p.m. traffic--all because this dealership is full of liars. I would strongly recommend getting any pricing commitments in writing and confirming they will be honored before making the drive. 1 star I trusted this dealership to perform a brake job correctly and it has turned into a nightmare. Immediately after the service, the brakes began squeaking and grinding. When we inspected the work ourselves, the pads and contact points were completely dry with no proper brake lubricant applied. The pads also showed clear signs of overheating/burn marks after very little use. Instead of taking responsibility or properly diagnosing the issue, the dealership blamed the AutoZone pads I supplied and told me I would have to PAY AGAIN for the entire job using their parts if I wanted it "done right." That is unacceptable. I attempted multiple times to speak with the service manager and even requested a call from the GM. Messages were left and nobody ever contacted me back. I also filed a BBB complaint and manufacturer complaint, which led nowhere. At this point, it feels like this dealership only cares about getting paid twice instead of standing behind their work or treating customers fairly. I expressed that I wanted it and went ahead and secured financing through my credit union based on that information. The vehicle is still being advertised on both Ford's website and the dealership's website. After that, I called, texted, and followed up multiple times but received no response. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told the owner's wife has been driving the vehicle. When I asked if it was still available, I was not given a clear answer--only that it was being driven by the owner's wife. This is extremely misleading and unprofessional. 1. Martin is, in fact, NOT the EV Manager as he claimed to be during one of my visits to Friendly Ford. He told me he was the EV Manager during one of my visits regarding issues with my vehicle. 2. Damon excused Martin's lie by stating that "his brother went to MIT, so Martin is really smart". That statement was out of pocket and irrelevant to my issues; not to mention it was an underhanded slap to the face when refusing to take accountability for his employees actions and lies. 3. Tessa gaslighted me by refusing to continue service on my vehicle. She said I had no right to be upset or threaten to leave a one 1 star review. Tessa and Damon refuse to understand why I have become so frustrated with dealing with Friendly Ford after I showed physical proof and verbal accounts of the lies I was given. 4. From July to yesterday (09/23/24) I was lied to on what was done to the vehicle. Recalls were NOT completed in July when the vehicle was kept in your service center for a week and a half. Martin called me to inform me that the vehicle was ready and recalls had been done. 5. I was lied to about software updates being borrowed from "Tesla" by Martin for the completion of the recalls that were allegedly done in July. I was also lied to about the programs being available when I called in mid-July to confirm if software for the recalls were available. 6. Damon had the audacity to say that he "doesn't believe I was lied to, more so misled about the software being available". That was his response when I confronted him about why I was told the recalls were completed in July when they clearly weren't as software did not become available until just last week, per Ford's mailed notice. Misled and lied to are essentially synonyms of each other. The blatant disregard to take accountability and brush off the severity of a customer's peace of mind. 7. They returned my vehicle on 09/23, after a second time of being at your facility, with additional issues but are now refusing service after Tessa gaslighted me and stated I have become hostile after I refused to give a 5 star review and cursed at the situation. 8. On 09/23, Phyllis said they would pick up my car again and drop off a new rental as there were new issues from when they dropped off the vehicle earlier on 09/23. I explained multiple times I have a toddler to pick up before 5 or else late fees will accrue, this was clearly not a priority to them. They arrive late, past my time to leave from work to be on the road to safely pick up my daughter. I am certain Friendly Ford was not going to pay the late pick up fees. or were you all? No, instead I was gaslighted and refused service. 9. They didn't even have the decency to charge my vehicle when they returned it yesterday at 40%. 10. Throughout the entire ordeal I was continuously begged to leave a 5 star review, regardless of the deception and incompetence your staff gave me. Phyllis doesn't know what is going on because the service technician doesn't write anything down, no one knows what the status of the repair is and keep pushing off the fix date until the weekend when you now can't get a rental car. They do this on purpose in my opinion. This is a brand new ford explorer that has had to have both sides of the front end struts replaced and they kept the vehicle over a week both times. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never have anything to do with them in the future. Save yourself a headache and don't purchase from them. I had inquired earlier with senior salesperson William Phillips in regards to purchasing a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R model allocation the dealership had. William was extremely professional, in fact, as a way to avoid offending me, he simply told me "The PRICE is the PRICE." Truer words have never graced these surgically altered inner ears. Although his benevolent statement to most would have been clear as crystal, I took it upon myself to ask for clarity on the exact number. Which after all was ultimately going to be coming out of my bank account. I was pleasantly surprised at the extremely modest market adjustment of only $90,000 over the Window Sticker price of $120,000 (a total of $210,000 not including taxes, title, and the more than reasonable doc fee. I giggled with glee at the thought of what this man would do with such a noble commission from this sale. If only I could be there to see the grin on his snaggle-toothed Cajun Bride as he announces the spoils of victory he so righteously earned during a day filled with conquest over the petty blokes like myself, who have no choice but to yield to his sophomoric sales tactics. I purchased a truck from Friendly Ford, including an aftermarket sound system; it constantly drains my battery, died on me over ten times, and sounds terrible. I live out of state, so I took it to a stereo shop to fix it, which cost 1,600$. I texted Jose numerous times just for him to leave me on read. He gave me his mangers number (Travis) but it was a disconnected line. I later spoke to Travis (manager), who said he would look into it and call me back in 5 minutes; it's the next day, and he still hasn't called me back. They want me to ship the car back to Texas, costing over 3k in delivery fees. This is their problem, and they refuse to pay the bill. read more

Worst dealership ever, i had a 2018 f250 and took it in to get a leaking gasket fixed. It took me over 6 months for them to fix the damn thing, i had to take my truck in multiple times over that period of time until they got it fixed. And once that leaked was fixed these fools left the bolts loose to my upper oil pan thus leaving another leak but i fixed that myself. This place is a joke, the only people that were helpful were amy and ashley from the service department and thanks to them for getting me in rental vehicles with no problems. But dont go here you will waste time and money. Dont buy extended warranties either they are useless i rather take my truck to another shop and pay. read more

The sales associates that helped me were miss Debra and Adher he was very helpful not pushy at all like most salespeople. I got a 2015 mustang gt and I have never drove manual before. Adher showed me the basics and said he wanted to make sure that I got to my apartment safe and got comfortable in the car in a open parking lot before going on the highway so he offered to drive the mustang to my apartment and I take his personal BMW after hours so he was not getting paid a penny doing this for me. I offered to give him money and he respectfully declined. Genuine guy and a great salesman. Miss Debra also gave me some pointers on the mustang. She made sure everything went smoothly with my deal very compliant and just such a sweet lady great experience and I highly recommend these 2 sales associates. read more
