    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT in NISSAN BAYTOWN TX. You get in the mail a paper STATING that you are one of the winners from several prizes (in my case I won a 85" TV) Then they start sending you emails again STATING that no purchase is necessary and to go pick up the prize, just to tell you inside the Dealership that you DO need to purchase a car to get in ANOTHER DRAWING for the TV that says that I won. Seriously?! You can't tell people that they won something and then go to the dealership just so that they tell you that they can't give you anything if you are not purchasing something. Worst experience ever, never coming back here. Nissan Baytown get your stuff together.

    Had a promotion that they supposedly had all these cars for $199/month and a $1 down, I confirmed it with the salesperson 5 TIMES before we drove OVER AN HOUR to this place only to be jerked around!! We got pawned off onto another salesperson then onto another one! They kept insisting that the promo was over or just wouldn't even acknowledge it!! They wanted $4000 down for $500/month payments but we hadn't even settled on a car or even got to look at one!!! Ridiculous!!! COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME!!! We just sat around waiting as they rushed to help this person then this person then this one!! Total bait and switch place!!! They said the promo ended Friday, but THEY'RE ADVERTISING UNTIL SATURDAY!!!!

I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had. Baytown Hyundai will definitely get my business again and great references from me!

    We purchased two vehicles from Big Star Buick GMC within days of each other, a new 1500 Sierra…read moreDenali and a used Yukon XL Denali, a significant investment made in good faith, especially with a baby on the way. What followed was one of the most mismanaged and dishonest buying experiences I have ever encountered. The problems started immediately. The Yukon XL was delivered with a rusted tire imprint on the leather seat, caused by a tire that had been stored inside the car. We were told it would be removed. When we came back to pick up the car, it was still there. We later learned from our own detailer that the damage was permanent, something the dealership almost certainly already knew. Because the trade-in paperwork was not processed in a timely manner, we were forced to make double payments, covering both the new vehicle and the old one simultaneously. That cost us real money due to their administrative failure. When the Yukon XL was presented to us, the brake system was actively alerting that the vehicle needed service. Our sales rep Mike claimed it had been taken back and fixed. It had not been fixed. The alert had simply been disabled. When I called this out, Mike issued a "we owe" document acknowledging the brake system still needs proper service. That document has yet to be presented or honored. We were also promised a second key for the Yukon XL. The dealership's own buyer confirmed there was a second key with the previous seller and that they were in the process of obtaining it for us. Two months later, I followed up and Mike walked back the entire commitment, claiming he had only promised to "locate" a key, not actually deliver one. We have text messages that tell a different story. To summarize: we are still without a second key, and we are still waiting for Big Star Buick GMC to honor their own written commitment so our vehicle can be properly serviced. Both remain unresolved. What appeared to be a good deal turned out to be a series of half-truths, deferred problems, and broken promises. If you are looking for a straightforward, honest car buying experience, look elsewhere.

We checked the website as we always do that it was active and it was. When we went in, Aaron S. helped us. We told him what we wanted, he said sure and tried to upsell us on some other things (this doesn't bother me, I get this is job) and we left. When we came to pick the truck up, THAT is when he notified us that the oil prices has changed and they no longer offered a Works package even though it was listed on their website. Our $49 oil changed went to $106. We also paid more the extra quart of oil. Which I get and is totally fine. A basic oil change and the multi point inspection was literally him pointing a video at my truck and said "It looks good" What a joke. I have told everyone about them for oil changes for years because how could you pass up a $49.99 oil change? I get prices have likely went up. I would've paid more. Maybe not $106 worth. But it was the shady practice that Aaron did. He didn't apologize and say "Oh, hey, sorry, I didn't know." He figured we knew. He then said "Yeah I guess we should update the website but we won't honor it." Only giving two stars because the oil change was fast and so far our vehicle is still running.

My husband drove a hard bargain but they met his offer and gave him what he wanted for his 2016vram trade in. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from. I took the bright white dually in for a spray in bedliner and did not know an after market company was going to pop up a tent and do it. Wheni pucked it up it was COVERED in bedliner over spray. Bayshore service dept managers, sales managers and Dustin promised to remove it all and make it right if it wouldnt come off. Im pleased to say the wonderful detail shop crew was able to remove it all and make her shine bright white again. Great group of folks. I can say when talking on the phone with them , take a name and position of whom your speaking too so yoy know who to ask for. They moved there service dept around so its kinda confusing at first as where to go.we visited 30+ dodge ram dealers and these people were the first to really be willing to make an honest deal. The service department misplaced an item from my vehicle, but to cover their tracks, thensaid it was a mistake that they checked off on the item during an inspection. Basically, because they can't figure out a discrepancy, they will say I'm a liar, and it never existed. They just stole from a customer and can't answer for it, so blame the victim. Trash.
