Reliable, Fast, and Professional Locksmith Service I have a new Marvin door with a lock that needed to be replaced. This is not just your usual lock. Other locksmiths told me they need to take out the door to replace this lock, which was correct. He arrived in about 30 min and voila even though it was complicated and needed several adjustments he was able to replace the lock without taking the door out. I recently moved to a new home around mid/end of July and one night, while my partner was out of town, I ended up locking myself out at 1230am after letting the dog out to potty. I called a handful of locksmiths and wasn't getting much luck until I received a text from Vsevolod! I was so happy that he was only about 20 minutes away and his pricing was the most fair. Outstanding service! Scheduled them for a simple re-keying of a newly installed door in our home. Friendly Locksmiths discovered that the contractor that I had to replace the door and who had installed the lock had done it incorrectly which was preventing the deadbolt from working. Turns out my contractor left out an important part. After following the lock installation instructions he must have thought "oh well extra parts" ) Anyway, I had the part and Friendly service took the part, widened the hole so the missing part could now be installed and 20 mins later voila a perfectly working deadbolt on my beautiful door. Charged me Slightly more than the re-keying estimate which was totally fair for the time and extra work they performed. Next time I'll have contractors stick to what they know and when it comes to locks I'll hire Friendly Locksmith and Security. read more
