There was a hot stone massage, paraffin wax, calf massage, oil, it was crazy! For only $65 too. We were there for like 1.5 hours and a lot of it was just massages! I thought that was so relaxing. I have never had paraffin wax during a pedicure before but my feet are so soft right now. I was so happy because I had some calluses that needed to be gone. They were nice to my partner who was squirming around (his first time)! It was a new experience for him so I'm glad it was a good one. His feet are so nice and soft now... I've honestly never seen them like this before. I really only do simply nail polish on my nails and I went with gold and pink! I think it looks cute. I will definitely be coming back here. I did call to say that I would be 10 minutes late when I walked in at 11:15 apologizing from my lateness I was told that she couldn't do my nails as she booked another appointment at 11:30 a.m. just this morning. Well as any one would be, I was quite angry. I said it takes an hour or so to do a nail fill. Why would you book another appointment a half an hour or later?? Are you greedy? Yes, I said that. She didn't have an answer for me. She just smiled and laughed and looked at her coworker and spoke to her in another language.... even more rude. I used to go to the salon years ago and then I moved and came back and I was looking forward to coming here again every 3 weeks but not at this location. Not at Regal Salons Higher management really needs to look into the customer service or rather lack of it at this particular location. This place is all about nails but they have a small waxing room available too. I liked the wax products they used - it's high quality stuff! While enjoying my pedicure, I was offed a Vietnamese coffee, sat in a massage chair, hot stone massage on my feet and legs all while watching a J-Lo edition on MTV... it was a great time. I felt really pampered. I also got gel nails (I was getting an overhaul y'all!) I chose the regular polish pedicure and the girl who did them, did them fine but during the end she didn't even help to dry them out. Usually in my experience with regular pedicures, they let your feet dry with an electric fan or spray the fast drying spray, and check up on you as it's drying. She finished painting them and told me to just sit and wait for it to dry, should be good in 10-15 min. She never once checked up on me since, even as I was leaving. I waited and then after 15-20min I put my shoes back on and headed to go pay, while at the checkout I looked at my toes again and they were ruined. I asked the receptionist if someone could fix it and she said i would have to wait 30-45 min till someone could re do them. Long story short they fixed it and finally dried it with an electric fan, and the second lady who did it, was a lot more considerate when it came to making sure my toes were all dry before I left. This could have all been avoided if the first lady did this to begin with. What should have been an hour and a half experience turned to almost 3 hours. Also I asked the first lady who did my pedicure if there was time to get a manicure today as well. She told me to ask reception cause she only knows her schedule. She never even bothered to inquiry for me, or help me out to see if there was any room for the service. Overall it wasn't the best birthday pedicure experience. I'm very thankful my boyfriend booked this for me but I was unhappy with how the experience turned out. ***Update: Shay the lady who did my pedicure who I referred to on my review called me today upon coming across my review, and sincerely apologized for what happened and was more than eager to make my experience better by offering me to come back and redoing the experience. I never write bad reviews in purpose to get free things out of people but to simply talk about an unpleasant experience in hopes the business can learn from it and never even thought they would reply or reach out to me. Just the fact that they called me back right away to apologize made me feel valued as a customer and feel more than just a dollar sign to them.
