Worst nail salon I've ever been too. When I asked how much my set would cost how much the difference is between solid color and design the lady lost her temper and cut my nails off mid-way and said "I can't help you, go somewhere else, None of my clients ask how much their set will cost" and she literally grabbed my hand with force and cut my nails off. And to top it off, when I asked her how much for a solid color, she said $75 and kept adding on $5 for shaping the nails. I'm sorry but what kind of pathetic ran business is this that you charge for shaping the nails. THATS WHAT THE $75 would be for. Never returning. read more

I've been going to Q Nails Greisbach for 7 months now, each time I leave thoroughly impressed. Their prices are awesome considering I get designs and longer nails. The girls take their time and pay attention to detail. They are able to do any design I've asked and I always leave pleased. Any time I've had any issues (broken nail, chipping, wanting colour change etc) they are extremely accommodating and fix free of charge. They're starting to get more popular because of how great of a job they do, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I don't mind. Never go here. If I could give them zero stars I would. First time I went there I went to go get long simple nails although she cut them way too short and I complained. She started to aggressively take the nails off, and was practically saying it was my fault then started talking to her coworkers in an angry tone. As a paying customer I should not feel this way. However, I decided to give them a second chance today. I showed the lady how long , what shape, and nail design I wanted. She told me a flat out price of $65 which was a great price and I was satisfied! She was about to cut the length of my nail but I said I wanted them longer and she randomly added another $15? I will leave the picture down below what I wanted. It's a simple french tip practically but on longer nails. She was acting like it was very difficult task to do although I've gotten the same design before and it was very quick and looked extremely easy... and she told me she was charging me an extra $15 for it? So now I am getting charged an extra $30 when I was told it would be $65? Same lady, very rude. Will never be going back again. read more

The ladies do a great job, taking care to apply any design that I have requested (I like to be fancy sometimes haha) I do wish they had airbrushing equipment, as some designs that I like would be better created using an airbrush technique and it would be less work for them and would also save time. Very happy with the service here so far ;) read more

Went here two weeks ago based on a friends referral. This place is nice, new & shiny. So clean, friendly staff, too notch service. They line their foot bowls with disposable liners which I've never seen before. I cant say enough positive things about them. This will be my go to place for mani/pedis. Unfortunately I was out & about, needed my manicure updated so I went somewhere else out of convenience & the outcome is fine but the service lacked significantly compared to this place!! i've been going to this salon for the past 3 years everytime i needed to fix my nails or anything like that they would just rip them off instead of soaking them off, for the first time i decided to take my own nails off with soaking them in acetone and i've found out that they use MMA which is banned and it's been couple of days i cannot get the nails off. read more

They do very good acrylic nails. There's a wide variety of nail colors and the whole place is very clean.

I have been to this location 3 times since they have opened and each time I have been beyond happy when I left. I still get compliments on my nails, the ladies are all so fantastic there. Beautiful work, and a very clean shop. I will be a loyal customer! read more

I went here on a friend's recommendation and was sadly disappointed. As someone who has gone to numerous different salons to get nails done, I'm always excited to see what a new place can offer. However, I also know what kind of service/experience to expect. The first problem I had was that I initially made it clear that I wanted a single accent nail of another colour on each hand; the problem is that she didn't tell me she was charging me extra for the different coloured nail. The next thing is that my middle finger nail was clearly put on crooked and she acted as though nothing was wrong with it, until I made a comment about it she did nothing. She also followed it up with "your nail bed is crooked because this is your writing hand", really? That is the excuse you're going to use for making a mistake? Not only does she not know what hand I write with but this isn't even a good lie/excuse to make. I got gel and when she told to put my hands in the UV light and didn't mention that it could get extremely hot and borderline painful. As I got home and showed my nails to others they started noticing that a few of the nails are not even straight and some are coffin shaped while others are square. By the end of the appointment I was feeling annoyed and irritated and just wanted it to be over. I will not be returning and do not recommend trying this place out. EDIT: within less than 12 hours my nail chipped. read more

I get my nails done here all the time. My nails are always done well (I'm a perfectionist). I love the selection of colours and types of polishes available. They are very quick but never in a rush (just good at what they do). However I have had to wait several times even when I've had an appointment (15-40 minutes) but I guess if I didn't want to wait I'd go first thing in the morning or go somewhere else. read more

Fantastic service. Three of us were walk ins and they were busy. One dropped what she was doing to seat us all to soak our feet and brought us tea while we waited. The girls clearly explained the prices of each service prior to starting. They were very polite and asked from time to time if we were happy with what they were doing. Manicure and pedicures were perfect. We were very happy and we will return. Highly recommend! read more
