    I made a reservation at the Fort Belvoir, VA location by logging on www.enterprise.com like any…read moreother time I choose to use Enterprise. I got the confirmation back and was happy that I was able to get the weekend rate. 15 minutes later Marco called from the Belvoir location saying he did not know how I was able to get the confirmation for a weekend rate. I was quite puzzled. He also said he did not have a full size car as I reserved. That part (car availability) I have been through before and I understood that. The part I could not understand is that he was not sure how I got that type confirmation. I asked to speak with his manager Christine. He gave me her number. When I talked to her I thought she would have tried to assist me in finding a location that honors the weekend rate. NO SHE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except ditto what Marco said that she did not know how I got that confirmation for a weekend rate with the undertone as if it was some fault of mine. I don't know how they expected me to answer that. I did the reservation like any other. She said they must have glitches. OK they might have glitches but as a customer who has chosen to use Enterprise time and time again, I was let down this time. I have access to the military base as I am Military so that was not an issue for me. I have never received a telephone call after I have a confirmation stating that they don't know how I got it and that they could not help me. Marco nor Christine did anything to help me. The Enterprise glitch is not the customer's problem. It is an Enterprise problem. What would have made me feel good is if Marco or Christine tried to help this Enterprise customer who had a reservation. Instead they disabled me with no empathy. When there are glitches, the agent and/or the manager should go above and beyond to help the customer. I had to make alternate "Enterprise" arrangements by calling the complaint line. MARCO NOR CHRISTINE DID ANYTHING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER THEY DISABLED. That is not the Enterprise that I have used time and time again. I do not even recall the words "I'm Sorry." They should have tried to assist me. Their actions and position on my issue do not reflect what Enterprise advertises their customer service model to be.
