Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

Over the course of one year, I've hired Home Improvements by Tim Allard on multiple occasions. They…read moreARE the mobile/manufactured "home whisperers." After hiring and suffering through dishonesty and horrible customer service by one of their competitors, I felt hopeless. I called HIBTA and spoke with Donna at the office. Next, Tom K rolled up. I showed Tom the repairs needed, and Tom provided a written quote within the next day or two. I took the next step and engaged by reviewing and signing the agreement. I then prayed to God that these guys would be honest and do good work. I received a call from Donna at the office with the start date and time. Next, Scott and family rolled up right on time, unloaded their tools and equipment, and began work. I could see that they are one with their work (having had a horrible experience with their competitor, I watched Scott & family work). Scott is a perfectionist. Tom was checking in on the job and would also do manual labor (dug a trench and tied in my new rain gutter system to an existing underground drainage system). HIBTA has performed beyond my expectations. City inspector signed off after each job at my home. Are there a few things that have to be dialed in? yes. The key takeaway here for me is that HIBTA PERFORMS and PERFORMS VERY WELL. I don't have to watch every move they make because they work on my home as if it were their own. I've told them, "I'll hand them the keys to the house, and kindly ask: please fix it". They answered my prayers. There is another mobile home business out there that will wreak havoc beneath your home, where you can't see what they're doing (or not doing). This other business actually left many uninstalled parts beneath my home; they didn't even complete the job. I discovered that there was something wrong. I had to call five or six times, and each time someone different would come out and try to sell me more, even though the original job was never completed (a nightmare). Now that I've learned what's good and who is best, the Gold Standard is Home Improvements by Tim Allard and their crew. Thank God. Take this as your green light to step forward with this business. I'm a happy customer. I have one other item needing to be corrected due to the incompetence of their competitor. I pray HIBTA will write a decent quote and be willing to do the job.

It is now Oct. 27th and is still not finished. I was lied to, cheated, and put on the back burner. The wrong size roof was ordered and after waiting 6 weeks for the new roof, it had to be ordered because it was the wrong size. After another 5 weeks the new roof came but they were too busy to replace mine so I waited. I found out when they finally put the roof on Sept.24th it was the original wrong sized one and didn't fit so they had to order a cap to fill the gap. More waiting.....and they needed other materials that they didn't order so I had to wait again. They charged for materials and work not used or done. These people are mobile home specialist and they didn't know they could put the new roof over the old one? They charged me $1,100 for removing the original roof but didn't remove it. I could say much more but you get the idea. Th photo isn't large enough to see the edge. They were going to replace the rain gutter, but didn't. I'm still waiting for the trim that wasn't ordered until after the job was finished. But of course it still isn't finished.... I'm still waiting. The list goes on.

RESPONSE TO BUSINESS REPLY: Integrity Leveling's response to…read moremy review is a flat out lie. I was told in no uncertain terms that the service call fee would NOT be reduced, that was the amount required to schedule the work and for the electrician to accept the job and show up at my house. I was also never told about any vacation schedule. I have texts to back this up. I would absolutely steer clear of this business. Integrity. What a joke of a name. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments.

Usually I have a strict rule where if I change or delete a negative review for a company I will not…read moredo it again.well shame on me because I deleted TWO negative reviews for this company. First back in 2022 I contacted them for leveling estimate. They never showed up. I wrote a bad review, they claimed to give me a free leveling. Flash forward to 2024, I need a leveling again. When they come out for the estimate they claim I need all this foundation repair. I said ok. Lots of petty issues with that work but I'll make this as short and to the point as possible. They sad it would be a one day job - took 2 days. Without even making sure that was ok. Took 2 guys to level my house but only one guy to replace most of the foundation. Dude came and asked what i needed done and said he only was told what parts he needed and not exactly what to do. He also never checked inside that it was level. So my assumption is that something being done under the house tells him it's level. Nope. Days later the same signs that prompted me to get a relevel are still there. Poor communication by the owner especially given my very first experience has them show up when I'm not home. I was told they would reach out to reschedule. They never did. They ignored my messages and never returned my phone calls. So that brings me to negative review number 2. I get contacted and acting like they really care and it was all a misunderstanding. Guys come out. Supposedly take care of the leveling. Now my whole laundry room floor is squeaking and creaking like never before. So they come out again. Becomes apparent that there is no "leveling". There is just putting things under the floor so no noise is being made. Now my main entrance door will not shut properly and lock. It's been a very frustrating experience. And I don't want to have to have them come out again and basically make it worse I'm starting to get cracks in my walls. I don't believe the customer should have to walk around the entire house and shut an lock all the doors to tell if it's level. There should be some type of actual measurement done. And the very least the worker should be the one testing the floors and doors This has been a total waste of almost $4000 and I firmly believe my level issue is worse due to the replacement of the piers and such under my house. Wholeheartedly wish I had never contacted this company. I take my elite badge seriously and I am truly disappointed that I got duped into removing my previous reviews. But I can not in good conscience support or recommend this company. And it makes you wonder how many of these good reviews were actually negative experiences that got guilted into changing by "free services" or fake customer service
