And just recently to repair my floors/subfloor due to a flood from a broken ice maker. I can't say enough about the professionalism this company projects. From the time they got her to the day they left I trusted them 100%. There was alot involved with the floors but each day when they left, I wasn't left with a mess. I will call them again for any of my mobilehome problems and I hope they will send out Francisco and Daniel. The best workers in the business. Call this Company. You won't be disappointed. Thank You Tom, Francisco and Daniel.

Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

Please micromanage your business better. No more Bull. We'd like our money back if you can't do the job. Otherwise, if you'd like better reviews from your customers and you like your company enough you've got to show up. Don't pick up peoples money and abandon them... If this job gets finished I can still change this but.. I'm not having it anymore. I may need to take it further if nothing gets done.

I would never recommend this company to repair of replace a mobile home roof. I singed a contract…read moreon July 9th, 2019 to have Deluxe replace my mobile home roof after a wind blew it loose. It is now Oct. 27th and is still not finished. I was lied to, cheated, and put on the back burner. The wrong size roof was ordered and after waiting 6 weeks for the new roof, it had to be ordered because it was the wrong size. After another 5 weeks the new roof came but they were too busy to replace mine so I waited. I found out when they finally put the roof on Sept.24th it was the original wrong sized one and didn't fit so they had to order a cap to fill the gap. More waiting.....and they needed other materials that they didn't order so I had to wait again. They charged for materials and work not used or done. These people are mobile home specialist and they didn't know they could put the new roof over the old one? They charged me $1,100 for removing the original roof but didn't remove it. I could say much more but you get the idea. Th photo isn't large enough to see the edge. They were going to replace the rain gutter, but didn't. I'm still waiting for the trim that wasn't ordered until after the job was finished. But of course it still isn't finished.... I'm still waiting. The list goes on.

I was also quoted ridiculous amounts to do what Integrity Leveling did for a much more reasonable price. Integrity sent out Rick & Matt to me and they did a great job explaining everything to a person with has little to no knowledge of leveling a mobile home. They came prepared to the worst case scenario in which that was me. I was so happy to no longer feel like I was claiming up/down a hill inside my home. If possible request these guys to help, you won't regret it, not one bit.

I was told in no uncertain terms that the service call fee would NOT be reduced, that was the amount required to schedule the work and for the electrician to accept the job and show up at my house. I was also never told about any vacation schedule. I have texts to back this up. I would absolutely steer clear of this business. Integrity. What a joke of a name. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments.
