You do have to add salt as is usual for this dish, and there is a jar on every table. The highlight though was perhaps the only non-soup/noodle dish, the tonkatsu. My partner got it and it was HUGE, literally the size of your face. Perfectly crispy with a really nice sauce, no notes on the katsu itself. We did wish it came with more rice and the side salad, as the portions of those felt too small compared to the enormous katsu. However, there is complimentary and UNLIMITED kimchi (both the usual cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi) that you can serve yourself from a fridge, which is a great accompaniment to any meal.
