We bought the family combo with options of 4 different types of fries and a churro ice cream dessert. The fries were not great, we took the food to go due to civil restrictions. By the time we got home from a 10 minute drive the food was cold so it wasn't enjoyable. They put ice cream on top of hot churro sticks also, by the time we got home the ice cream was melted and the churro sticks were soggy and no longer edible. Any time you get a dessert with ice cream to go from restaurants they put the ice cream in a separate container from the other elements of the desert so it doesn't melt and get ruined. I loved the idea of this place, if the fries weren't dried out and cold and they put our ice cream separate we probably would have been regulars. read more

Had the Chili Verde Fries and i cannot say anything but good about them. The fries were cooked perfect and the chili verde had so much flavor. This place is definitely a must stop. I would give it zero stars but that's not an option. Totally over priced. I bought 3 orders and it cost me $60. I could have had a nice dinner somewhere and these are just fries mind you. Long wait. They tasted ok but not $60 worth. The portion size was very small for the price. I've gone to Mexican restaurants and ordered asada fries, paid less and gotten twice the amount that tasted really good. They charged me a meat fee!! I would never go back. Very unsatisfied. Edited to add it was at the truck on bear valley. I know where I went and I will not remove my review. I can send you a screenshot of my bank statement. Your worker there said you charge a meat fee. I bought 2 Philly cheese steak fries and one asada fries. If that's not what you charge your worker ripped me off. The Fries Galore truck was at Hesperia Jr High's Back to School night this evening, so we decided to have dinner there. I got a couple bites in before my daughter devoured the carne asada fries we were "sharing." The fries were nice and crispy, the steak was tender and flavorful, and the toppings abundant, though I could have used a little more cheese. The portion is perfect for a meal or sharing as a snack. Finally had the greatest opportunity to try their food; not only is everything reasonably priced with a such a great amount of filling food, but the amount of creative and impressive options to choose from are remarkable! I was so excited to try Fries Galore after seeing them all over Instagram and Facebook. I read good reviews and heard their fries were to die for. I was able to finally catch them at the Farmers Market and was super disappointed. The prices were too high for the amount of fries they serve and they were not that great. We bought the Macaroni and cheese fries as well as an order of the carne asada fries. The Mac and cheese was so bland it tasted like milk and noodles. The asada was super salty it scalded my tongue. Their fries look nothing like their pictures. They show chunky avocado and a scoop of sour cream and when we got our fries they had a drizzle of both. $20 for 2 orders is absurd when you can't even enjoy your food. read more

Decided to try out fries galore for the first time due to hearing such good things about their fries.. Sadly I was disappointed and was not Impressed. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken fries and my fries were cold and the chicken was cold as well. I expected a lot more and was a bit disappointed.
