Brought in a Datejust for a polish/cleaning and new crystal. First crystal they put on had a dried water spot on inside of crystal. They replaced it, but then the second one they put on, they broke. I pointed out this fracture in the crystal to them and they told me that it was a hairline scratch from putting it on. I mean just by looking at it you can tell it's a fracture... so I went and got the watch pressure tested somewhere else and, lo and behold it failed pressure test from the fractured crystal. Don't waste your time here. This store is unprofessional and sloppy with their work. Would've been fine if you apologized and put a new crystal on, but lying to my face trying to gaslight me into thinking a fracture is a hairline scratch is just low and scummy. read more

Went in with 3.6 grams of 18k scrap. Was offered $120 that she said was "melt value." When I protested the offer went to $170 with a statement of that is the price minus their 15% fee. The scrap melt value on this day for that amount of 18k gold was around $325. I won't be returning to be insulted and ripped off by this business. read more

FGAS refurbished a bracelet for me and charged me over $500. When I got it back, I noticed the clasp had been reattached backwards. When I went in, I was told they did it correctly. When I disagreed, I was told that I would need to speak with Rick. After 20 minutes - during which he helped people who had come in after I did - he finally came to help me. When I asked him to reverse the clasp he insisted the clasp was on correctly. They (Rick and his sidekick) argued with me. I asked them why - if it was attached correctly - would the bracelet letters be backward? (If I kept the clasp they way they insisted was right, the letters L and E would be backwards!) They continued to yell and insist the clasp had been attached correctly. When I sighed because I was tired of them telling me I was wrong, Rick put his fist toward me and told me to hit him. What? After yelling at me for a few more minutes, they agreed to reverse the clasp - but still insisted they were right. Then they said they would fix it for free - like they were doing me a favor. They screwed up in the first place. So, if you like having 2 men gang up and yell at you (I am a woman) this is the place to go!!! read more
