This was the first thing we did as we started our vacation. I have three boys almost 12, almost 11 and almost 8 and they were in AWWWWW. They didn't want to leave after my husband and I had to drag them out 4 hours later. The first thing that I loved is they give you a wrist band so you can come and go throughout the day from open to close which is really nice!! I can't even begin to tell you everything that you can do because it is one of those places you MUST go to believe. If you or if your children love to climb and jump and crawl and zip line and just play this is an AMAZING place!!!!!!!! We are a family of 5 and paid 100!! We probably would have stayed even longer if we didn't just drive 5 hours!! read more

Almost didn't come because of the negative reviews. My husband and I loved having the opportunity to do the activities with our children. We have a 10yr old, 8yr old, and 5yr old. All had a fantastic time. Came on a Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Stayed for a couple hours, left to have lunch, then came back for a couple more hours. All the staff was excellent and my whole family had an amazing time. Will definitely come again, next time we're in town! read more

My first visit to Fritz's surpassed all my expectations. The place is so cool and they had something for everyone. The workers were great with my kids when they wanted to try new things and even cheered my kids own as they tried the climbing wall. First of all, I want to say a big THANK YOU for allowing myself (military veteran/law enforcement) and my spouse (active duty military) FREE admission on 9/11 and again on Veterans Day. Your support for the military & first responders is very much appreciated. My family enjoys coming here and we love how there's such a wide variety of things to do. There's the laser maze, underground tunnels, slides, wall climbing, silo, suspended airplane.. there's just too much to mention. The price is very reasonable considering the pass is valid the entire day. We usually spend a few hours here being active, then break for lunch/dinner (eat here or go out to eat and visit some local attractions). Then we usually return for a little more fun before departing the Branson area. We typically stop in the gift shop and pick up a few gems on our way out the door to show our support for a business who supports us. And well, because their t-shirts are extremely soft and AMAZING! My husband loves their hammocks and other gear as well. This is a great place for family fun in a clean, safe, indoor environment. I hope to make a lot more memories here! read more

We had a blast! We went on a February Sunday and arrived at noon. We got in and went on many obstacles before it got crowded. I'd recommend completing the waiver forms online just to save time. Veterans. Bring your ID for a discount for you and your spouse. There's much to do for toddlers through semi healthy second childhood folks. The kids had an ok time for a little while, it wasn't anything too special. But the rules and pricing are ridiculous! We have three boys so that's over $90 with tax but here's the crazy part. As a parent who has zero interest in any activities they have to offer. I was told I would have to pay full price just to stand on the ground and watch them climb! So my wife payed full price to do just that and I stayed upstairs at the cafe for the entire time. Then after a bit my wife wanted to trade off with me and go shopping, but of course the "stand on the ground and supervise bands" were not transferable. So she left but I wanted the kids to get a little more time after I had just spend $90 on tickets and $50 at the cafe for pizza and drinks. So I let the boys play a little longer then I wanted to check on them (they were not climbing just playing on the slides and stuff) I went about half way down the stairway to get a quick look at them and some skinny little 19ish year old kid runs down and gets in my face telling me I can't be downstairs. I could tell he really felt big with his managers clipboard and $7/hr job. I told him I wasn't down stairs, there was no sign saying that I couldn't be on the staircase and at any rate I just wanted to peek in on my children real quick to see if they needed one of the many $5 drinks I had just purchased from them. I'm a pretty laid back guy but this kid was extremely rude the way he spoke to me. Anyway beware of rude staff and predatory business practices. Next time I'll find a more family friendly place to spend my money! read more

Warning: do not go when crowded. Great concept and ideas but Extremely poor crowd management. Line for ropes course was a 2 hour wait! No way to know that going in and lots of kids "saving spots" means a very slow line. Great options In the course means no way to adequately get kids through and out. Lots of parents standing around doing nothing at a $30 entry fee. We went back later in the day when there were much fewer people and the experience was greatly improved. I love Fritz's, there is so much stuff to do! My favorite is the laser room. It was such a cool and unique experience!

High cost to have your kids walk around warehouse with ropes. In Addition, each adult must pay $12 to sit and watch.

Fun but so unsafe! And my little girl who has done several ropes courses got frightened and cried at the top but there were no workers anywhere on the course to help and when one FINALLY showed up it was to say we were out of time and needed to go down. My husband paid $21.95 because our kids are 14 and under and he has to be on the floor where they are, even though he doesn't want to participate. A bit pricey but everything in Branson is....my grandsons loved it. Ages 13, 10 and 5. We were there for hours. Left for a show and then returned. Boys were upset when I told them we finally had to leave. Staff at various stations were great with the boys - coaching them on how to accomplish a specific feet, and helping one that was scared to do the zip line but really wanted to. He finally did it and then did it another 20 times... It is a shame you have to pay so much to just watch though. Surely there could be a different level of rist band that limits you. read more

This place is so fun and I loved spending a day here. It is such a great way to let everyone in your party burn off a little energy. The inside of the place is fun for both kids and adults. They have a huge ropes course that is very fun and has many different obstacles. They have the huge climbing wall which is supposed to resemble actual experiences of climbing in urban places. They have other fun things like a real airplane and a water tower. My personal favorite thing was the climbing wall, I spent so much time on it. Fritz also has a mini cafe with plenty of meal choices, this way you don't have to leave in the middle of they day to grab lunch. This is definitely a place that you can spend all day at and still not get bored. I would suggest wearing long pants because if you have shorts climbing on some of the rope attractions hurts. If you want to do the ropes course you will also need tennis shoes or other similar shoes. They also have lockers available for only $5 if that is something you might need. All in all this is a great attraction that anybody in town should consider visiting (Unless you are trying to save money, this place gets pricey). I would give 5 stars, but I gave 4 only because of the such high prices. read more

Terribly disappointed. Kids only wanted to stay 2 hours after we paid $30 each. Parents/spectators not allowed without also paying admission fee. Drove from Springfield- won't be going back. We had a great time. Disregard any negative reviews- well worth the money. Kids played for more than 4 hours stopped to eat lunch in the cafe and back for more. Food was good and reasonable- big portions my husband and I shared a BBQ pork slider entree it was more than enough and only 8.99. Healthy options to eat as well. Parkour rock climbing warped walls tunnels slides our kids ages 11,11, 13 and 13 said it was the best place and funniest place in Branson and we come every summer- this is first time to Fritz's Adventure. For $30 a piece I expected more. The only entertaining thing to do for anyone over the age of 8 probably, is the obstacle course in the air. Waited in line for that for well over an hour, employees are very slow getting people harnessed in and undoing harnesses as their done. There's some slides and things for small kinds to crawl through. I thought it would be bigger and better. Won't go back. read more

Very neat place with lots of activities for kids. This is a great place to take the kids if the weather is less than ideal outside like the day we went. Amazing ropes courses with even a mini ropes course for the young ones that is not very high off the ground. They have a great rock wall for climbing but my kids did not get a chance to do it due to the long line. The only negative here is the prices and the fact there is nothing much for adults like some other places we have visited like Main Event. Adults are welcome though to pay $30 and strap in for the ropes course, zip line, or other activities. You will also want to plan your outing around the fact that they will charge you $12 to watch your own kids if you don't want to participate. read more

Great time for the family. Very unique family adventure. Loved doing the ropes course with my 10 year old son. Staff was very energetic.

We brought our kids: 8,3 and 1. We had a blast! They need more pictures on their website so you can understand all there is to do there but we were told you can go to flickr to see more. Anyway, it's clean-cool industrial feel, we loved everything about it. Climb telephone poles, in shipping containers, super cool underground crawl space. They had a toddler sky line so even my 3 yr Old could feel brave. Not a whole lot for my baby but she still enjoyed the tree house. The "rock" was actually soft for the baby. Everything was awesome! We ate lunch there and the food was fresh and I was happy to see affordable prices and healthy options. Simply go gurts for $1 and hummus with pretzels for $3. Cliff bars and lots of drink options. Their shop had great designs and good price points and their shirts were really soft. Yes, it's expensive but I loved that it gave you access to everything indoor (minus outdoor bldg climb). We will be back and tell all our friends about it!!!! read more

We came here on our Spring break and most surrounding areas were in school. We had a great time, but I absolutely agree with other reviews that paying full fare to observe is a deterrent. If they had better staffing I would have felt better about leaving my child to explore on his own. The facilities certainly can accommodate a free observation area by the cafe which would probably give the snack bar more business. There is a lot to do and so many tunnels, ladders and obstacle courses to navigate, it is an awesome concept, but operationally could be better. My husband, our Granddaughter 18 and I were totally Impressed at our recent visit to Fritz's. We met the designer working hard painting some last minute touches. Her name was Tonya, A beautiful very petite and impressive, she walked us around a bit and we were even more impress with her ability to think outside the box. This is a wonderful place for all ages, from a toddler to the most active Teens and young adults, or friends who just want to hang out with their friends. Talk about a teen hang out. No worries about the weather as it is totally indoors. They had a cement mixer sunk part into the floor for the kids to climb into and start their adventure to go under gound to the lowest maze level of fun. Kinda like those hampster tubes with lots to stop and play with along the way. IT is a huge three story building. Made to look old with a rusty look. She had a stack of railroad cars stacked way high, with a maze for the kids to work through one car to the next, to go up or down a floor or three. There were slides, rock climbing walls, Zip lines. Harness in rope walk ways all the way to the top of the building that went everwhere. An Airplane hanging from the ceiling so the kids could work their way all the way up there and go inside to turn the props and play. So many more things. A Laser light black room to try to work though, a cafe, Pizza, I can't even begin to tell you. Yes we have seen Disney Land, Silver Dollar City, But You have got to see this entertainment Center. Oh to be young again! For moms and Dads you can sat and watch like we did after checking out all the different areas.You can still watch your child go all over the place. There is a party room also. Surprises around each turn, go up or down and for sure all around. Go! You'll be so Glad you did! Nice Job to Tonya Self, Who told me she has been working on this Project for 2 years. It's super awful to say this was a huge disappointment. We came in last night to check it out and was met by a super nice young man that explained everything to us. The girls were so excited to come play today. I was sitting out because I have a knee injury that prevents me from climbing. This place charges you $29.00 to sit and watch your family. I am so tired of businesses trying to make a buck in the most dishonest ways this is no different. I will be sitting in the car waiting for my family. Completely awful and will never refer this place to anyone. The front desk girl had awful customer service skills along with the manager. You should always be striving for awesome customer service and bettering people's experience and days. So bummed that this happened I really didn't expect it after last nights visit. Don't have high hopes and expect to take fun pictures and you won't be disappointed. I would give it 0 stars. read more

I'll start by saying that my kids did have fun here....not a blast, but fun. They were able to do everything in about an hour. I gave it a 2 star because they charged my husband and I a fee to stay and watch the kids. There is no other option but to pay the fee unless you want to drop your kids off and let them play without your supervision. I have never taken my kids to any kid of family fun center that I had to pay to observe my kids. I think this is a pretty poor business model. 90% of the people there were on vacation...lots of parents and grandparents with kids. So all those families had to pay to just sit and watch. I'm not sure if they are trying to take advantage of tourists or not but it seams to appear that way. If your business can't be supported by the participants alone, that you need to charge the parents (which you know are not going to drop and leave while on vacation) then you probably shouldn't build it. read more
