They did ok body work on my 2022 Acura TLX, but when I went to pick it up, they just made me sign a receipt, car was dirty, drivers side mat filled with rocks and mud. I thought when you pick up a car from a auto body shop it's supposed to be detailed this did not happen here. Totally unprofessional. Went here to get our car fixed and wanted to help a local business. Sorry we did !! Most collision places help you out with your deductible but not this place !! Since our car is paid off we should have had our insurance company cut us the check but we allowed them to take the check ! Sorry will not be going here and wouldn't not recommend it. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Estimated 2 weeks So I waited those 2 weeks, then I called to check up on 12/6/23 car wasn't ready, with a new estimate day, 12/15/23. Late 12/14/23 I receive a call from body shop stating car was done, due to work I couldn't pick up that day. So I went 12/15/23 to pick it up, as I approached my car I noticed the seam between bumper and body was rather noticeable and the clamps were visible. I spoke with the foreman and showed to him, and he stated that Geico would not pay for the clamps on the opposite side of the accident. So I asked how much the clamps was, and he replied around $50. So I question why would you make a decision of not rectifying that issue and giving me the car back, over a $50 clamp, and told him in any case you should call me and explain the issue with Geico not paying for it, and I would make the decision of buying or not the clamp. So we agreed that the car was gonna get taking care of in the morning of 12/23/23 and that I would drop it off 12/22/23 in the night hours. Next day, 12/16/23 when I drove my car, I notice several things been wrong with it, radio not working, paint stains in wheel and paint foot prints in floor mat, windshield fluid not coming properly and reaching windshield, as it should, and a scratch to the passenger side body. So on 12/20/23 I called the shop over this issues, knowing that they work Saturday half a day, it seem to me I wouldn't be enough time to fix all of it, specially knowing that's a holiday weekend and usually shops are short staffed, Antony responded "I'll be here and make sure everything is taken care of, you only need me here". With the promise of my car to be ready and if not I would be giving a rental car, and against my better judgement and experience, I agreed. In 12/23/23 mid morning I called to find out the status of my car, the lady said she would find out and call me back. No calls back were made. I called 7 times after that and nobody answered the phone. At this point car rentals were closed for me to rent a car. So I was left with no vehicle over the holiday weekend. 12/26/23 I called the shop around 3 pm and spoked with a lady and told her I would pick up my car the way it was, I didn't want them to hold my car any longer, and I would take care of the repairs on my own, Antony was placed on the line and told him I no longer wanted to deal with them, I just wanted my car, so I explain all this to him, plus on Christmas Day I had visitations with my daughter, and I couldn't pick her up since I didn't have a car, also I missed work, base on the same reason, plus my working equipment was inside the car, so even if I manage to get to work I couldn't due to my tools. At this point he started to raise his voice and yelling wouldn't let me finish, he wanted to explain himself. Saying that he work Saturday until 7 pm in my car and that he put "thousands" of hours in it. I told him that wasn't my problem. That I would pick up my car how it was. He then said he wouldn't give me MY CAR, because he doesn't allow cars to go out "unfinished" which they already did, he also claimed that Geico wanted an aftermarket bumper, hence it didn't fit properly, he would have to get an original bumper and replace the existing one. At this point I was so done I just wanted to make them go away anyway possible. I told him I need it my tools to work and that I would stop by to pick it up. And I did. I left under the promise AGAIN that my car would will be ready next day. That day, (12/26/23)He offered me a rental, a bit too late, I would say). I've lost wages, rental expenses and time with my family. It is a great shame the lack of integrity, honesty and professionalism. What's even greater shame is the Saturday he said he worked till 7 pm on my car, I drove by twice with my bike to see what was happening, lights were off and shop was shut. Attempting to manipulate me, with a lie, was cowardly. Horrible place, would give 0 stars if I could. read more

We had been using another local body ship for many many years. He was quite busy so we decided to give Frog Hollow a chance since my wife hears about them on the Bethpage Mom's Group Facebook page. My wife loved Anthony right off the bat and decided to give it a go. He did everything from scheduling the rental, setting up a convienent time and then charging less than he originally quoted. 6/6/2019 - I was parked in my company shared parking lot on when a truck from another company that shared the lot backed up into my car. After filing the claim with Geico, I had the towing company bring my 2011 Honda Accord to Frog Hollow. I had a great experience with them last year back when a passenger van sideswiped me. They did an amazing job then and again did not disappoint. I worked with Drew this time and my car was fixed up a week later by 6/14/2019. I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

I've used this business since 2002 (my parents even longer than that) & my last visit was for $920+ in August 2018. That last visit in 2018 apparently will be my last visit ever bc I recently inquired twice for an estimate to be performed to compare to an estimate I received from a 3rd party from someone else's insurance company. I was told by FH, "we don't just 'do' estimates". They just seemed unwillingly to help & didn't seem interested in my business/keeping me as a customer. I contemplated having my father call to see if they would give a man a different answer, but decided it wasn't worth it, I found some where else to go. My insurance company recommended I use this place and I hated it; I honestly have never witnessed such poor customer service. Anthony the owner, is kind. His employees? Quite the opposite. I dropped my car off and spoke with Joe, who was very brief in explanation and also told me it would take one MONTH to fix my car (ended up taking 3 days). I needed something from my car 2 days later. Stopped by and saw my car parked on the side of a busy street (not in the company's lot). My car was left unlocked with the window down with the key inside, on this street. It was left this way for 3+ hours. I asked Joe, when I stopped to grab something, why my car was left on the side of the street in a position where it could easily stolen for hours on end. He said "That's how we do things, have a nice day" and pointed towards the door, indicating I should leave. His response was short & rude, to basically be ordered to leave was especially shocking. Gill and Tony are great! I had them do body work on my 1987 Buick Grand National. For those that don't know it's a classic car and show car so of course, I was going to be extremely anal with it. My car was hit by a young new driver right in the passenger door on the door crease. Not only did the door come out beautifully but you could never tell it was hit. They also touched up any other little chips the car had gotten due to cruisin. I brought my car in on a Monday afternoon and got it back Friday morning (due to my work schedule I could have got it back Thursday). Not only did the work that they did please me, they were willing to redo anything I was unhappy with (which I wasn't) - they threw in some extra touch up paint for me and beat the price other competitors gave me.
