Like any other buyer I had questions and was looking for a good deal, which I shared from the start. Maria told me "Im wasting her time" after I said Im shopping around for the best deal. And then after finding out I went with another sales person because of a better deal, Maria told me that "going with another dealer is a slap on her face" and the cherry on top was these exact words from her "knowing this you did waste my time. I've had some really unpleasant experiences with this dealership particularly service center in the past and today 4/12/2014 was even worse. I made an appointment to few days in advance to have transmission oil changed and received a date for Saturday 4/12/2014 at 9am. Arrived at the dealership at 8:45am, filled out all the paperwork and was told it would take approximately 2 hours. At exactly 10:46am while walking around outside of the dealership, i've received a phone call from the service manager stating that they cannot perform the service (transmission oil change) because car has 113K miles and they don't change the transmission oils at that milage. My first question was why it took them over an hour and 45 minutes to get to that conclusion and what were they doing with my car during that time? Second question was why not? I change transmission oil regularly and last time it was changed at 88K miles in the same dealership so after 25K miles i figured it would be a good idea to have transmission oil changed. I do all regular maintenances with no exceptions, car runs great and reason i went for transmission oils change was because i still want it to operate without any issues. Dealer could not provide an explanation, only that they do not recommend transmission oil change and when i ask them to do it regardless, and that i'll sign a paper stating that i take full responsibility for this they still refused the service and told me to take the car and leave. Interesting to see so many Yelpers who have given this place 5 stars only have one review on here and certainly not our experience when we came looking for a car. The salesman was slothful, it took me three attempts to get him out of his chair. Eventually he did but there was no get up and go. The first salesman who saw us just shrunk in his chair in his cabin and avoided eye contact. Infiniti present themselves as premium but it was nothing like this, no receptionist to welcome us. No coffee machine or offer of water. I do wonder why so many one review yelpers choose to review about this place rather than a place to eat for example. Good thing is they had color swatches, bad thing is they weren't updated so half the colors were unavailable and no fabric samples either. read more

He spent a lot of time with us to help us get to know the vehicle options upon delivery. For a young family, backup cameras, a third row, AWD, navigation with navtraffic/navweather, voice recognition, bluetooth, rear entertainment for the kids are awesome options to have. We had considered a few other SUVs which we test drove at NJ dealerships near my office, but nothing compared to the great service and pricing we received from Roman. From the time I first called to set up a service appointment to the moment I picked up my vehicle they showed professionalism and great customer care and service. They even washed the car before I picked it up. Most people speak bad about dealerships but I only have good things to say about Kings Infinit, not only was the job but done to satisfaction but the price I was charged was very reasonable. In May of this year, my husband & I leased a 2019 QX50 Infiniti. We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and never had a problem with their cars. This time however, only 7 months into the lease, we heard engine noises and took the car in for service. Incredibly we were told the sounds were the result of there being metal shavings in the engine and even more incredibly the car needed a new engine! We were not happy about that and complained to Infiniti but they said the car was fixed and everything will be fine. We didn't feel comfortable putting a new engine in a new car. After this engine was put in only 2 weeks later the CAR DIES on the HIGHWAY. The car was towed back to Infiniti and they eventually found out there was ANOTHER ISSUE- An ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. Now we tea didn't want the car! We feel very unsafe driving this car given that within a 2 week period, two major, potentially DEADLY SITUATIONS occurred. Even though we conveyed to their US Corporate Offices that we want this car replaced, they hide behind the Lemon Law and dismiss our pleas for help. We don't feel safe in this QX50. It is now a safety issue. DONT BUY INFINITI THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS! We are still fighting with them to take back this car. This is a safety issue. Both Kings Infinti Brooklyn NY and the North American Corporate offices of Nissan/Infiniti should be ashamed of themselves for their calloused treatment of their customers. Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a Test Drive for a new Q50 with Buddy Naipaul. I rush to get there after work, and the guy is like, "Who are you? We had an appointment?" He totally forgot! Then he goes off and comes back a few minutes later, telling me that his manager just sold off the car I was supposed to test drive. Fine, I agreed to come back the next day, no problem. Today (being the next day), I rush to get there on time, again, and he's not even around! Had to hunt him down in his office, after wandering around for about 10 minutes, aimlessly. I sit down in his office, and he immediately starts talking numbers, never mind that I actually want to try the car before deciding to plunk down money. I told him about a very tentative offer I had over the phone from a leasing company. I'm not sure if it's legit, it was just one vague phone call. The guy calls his manager, and tells me he can't match it and I should leave. Seriously!?!? I rushed over after work twice, and he won't even give me a chance to get a test drive? I told him that the leasing offer might very well be BS, and I might end up getting the car from him, but at that point he didn't want to hear anything. Either I sign an agreement letter that I will be buying it from them BEFORE the test drive, or I can get out! So I got out. Is this how you're supposed to treat potential customers? Now, even if I end up paying more somewhere else, I swear Kings Infinity will never see a penny from me, or any of my friends/family. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for an Infinity try absolutely anybody else, these guys are horrible. read more

Kings infiniti service... What can I say? By far the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with if I can give negative stars I would. First of all I got a brand new 2019 Infiniti Q50 Luxe, In new york it is illegal to sell a car without a bracket because according to the state of law a New York car has to have a front plate. I called this trash dealership and told them that my car came with no bracket and then they told me I had to purchase one.. How much? $60 mind you I got a car from them now they are telling me to get a bracket? Is it my fault that the car had no bracket? Both the lady and the mechanic are super nasty.. Getting a bracket $60 then $30 for labor work.. Is this a joke? They are super nasty all they want is money. I am so glad that I did not get the bracket from them and another Infiniti dealership supplied it to me for FREE and also installed it for me for FREE. Do not go here for service also do not go here to lease or buy a car. They will rip you off with a smile on their face. They tried to rip me off with $2,000 down and $500 a month for a car. Go to Jersey do not go to this trash dealership they are so nasty and tell you it's impossible to have a $360 car payment with $1500 out of pocket. This place has the worst customer service, DO NOT BUY OR LEASE from them. Our lease was due to end this week on Friday. When we called, we were advised that they only accept leased vehicles on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 11am. Since we both work we didn't know how to make it happen. We had off from work yesterday and arrived at the dealership by 9:30am. We were then told that we needed an appointment and they couldn't take the car back. We were never told that we needed an appointment when we previously called. We spoke with the manager, Rego, and he stated that there was no space for the car that we were returning, so he couldn't take the car. We explained that it was our only day to return the car, and he said we could just have someone else return the car even if they were not on the insurance. That was bad advice, but we weren't going to listen to him about that since all of our family members also work and therefore there was nobody else to return the car later in the week. He then walked away, no resolution at all, no attempt to work with us. While we were there a woman showed up to return her leased car and had the same issue, and was treated just as badly by Rego as we were. We waited an hour there, being completely ignored by the manager Rego. We then spoke to him again and he said to bring the car back later in the evening. We already had the car there, we already took off the plates, if he could take it back at 6pm, why couldn't he keep it there at 11am? So we drove the 45 minutes back home, and then had to drive again in the evening. Of course Rego wasn't there at 5:45pm when we arrived, and of course they didn't know what we were talking about. That's when Roman appeared, he looked like we just woke him up. I told him about what happened earlier and asked him to call Rego. After a few minutes he came back, rudely handed over tools for us to remove the plates, and 5 minutes later gave us our receipt and we were finally on our way. Kings Infiniti was a total waste of our day, the staff is rude and at least we learned a valuable lesson, we will never get another vehicle from this dealership again! It took four days to get a deal on a car and when I show up to my appointment, the sales rep not only didn't show up, but he denied even having an appointment with me at all and told his coworker to just show me a black car. I just leased a 2015 QX60 touring three months early to get out of the old lease still to this day the last three payments still have not been paid to my account , Roman who sold me the states it's a updating problem I do not see how that can be the for 2 months, that is just one I was informed that Roman was speaking to somebody AKA rep who works somewhere in the US to deal with wiping out the mileage overage on my old lease still same old bull answer still waiting , looks like they giving me a jerk job when I have leased over 250,000 worth of high end automobiles from them well if they did not waive the mileage looks like I will be going to RAY CATENA , I go there any way to get my car serviced kings service department is just as bad.
