Instantly upon arrival, I was slapped in the face with sweaty odor. The clientele is a bit on the older side, which I don't mind so I decided to try out a beer here only to find out that their last call was before 1 AM and they posted closure time is 2 AM. Easy to say, I will continue looking for a nice Gardena bar.

Everyone had good energy and it appeared to me they love working there. The service was great and so were the drinks especially for the price. Well drinks $3 during happy hour and $6 when it's not. Glass bottled Modelos were reasonable also. Thursdays visit was cool but Friday was better. Had the pleasure of meeting some regulars who had came in after work. Great vibes and conversations. That Saturday night I picked up one of my homies so we could go shoot pool. It's also an event space so when we got there, there was a bs y shower just ending. So we had to wait a min for them to clear out so we could shoot pool. I even saw one of the regulars from the previous night, Friday. No issue at all especially since I was told that on that Thursday when I first visited. I forgot the bartender told me there was going to be a baby shower. In the meantime, I had a whiskey and Pepsi. That's been my go to every bar visit here. We were eventually able to set up and shoot pool for at least a couple of hours without any interruptions. We had a good time. I had a good time every night. If you like local bars with great vibes and conversations from the bartenders to the regulars, this is your spot.

The pics don't help-- it's actually quite nice. It's small but not claustrophobic. The bartender Liza was cool. My biggest complaint: the place smells like diapers! The smell would come in waves too--:( Very odd but I tried walking around to seeing it was where I was sitting (or me!) but nah the whole place smelled like it.
