I came here to get my boyfriend's truck washed as a surprise while he was at work. I live nearby so it was convenient. I didn't see an area that it takes card only quarters, so they do have a machine that you can put cash in to obtain quarters. So if you come, just bring cash. $3.00 gets you 5 minutes. I spent $6.00 to wash the whole truck! It's not the fanciest wash but if you're looking for a quick clean that gets more than the drive through washes, definitely recommend coming here. This place is easy for self-car wash. At first I didn't know what I was doing, messed up on the timing and didn't know how to use the equipment, but Jeff provided me with excellent customer service by walking me though the correct steps, and not making me feel like I'm stupid. I'm recently divorced and no I've never washed my own car, my dad or husband did it. But hey every girl has to grow up and this is the place I'll be going to from now on. They have a feature of water that doesn't spot your car, I loved that and needed it, their vacuum goes a really long time for 1 dollar. All in all, I'll be back to this place. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for over ten years. It always works. It's always a fair price. The soap and wax are of a good quality, and so are the brushes. Today I had an issue an there was an attendant who took care of it immediately. I have seen this same attendant at their Long Beach car wash (same owner) and have had a great experience there as well. No business is perfect but on average this car wash is excellent year after year. I have a black car and I like to keep it clean. I am a once a week customer. I would recommend this wash. read more

I've been using this car wash for years and today the attendant asked me to leave because I wouldn't pull thru the bay in the direction he wanted, which doesn't work for me as I have a large truck that doesn't always make the turn when there are cars at the vacuums. I explained that and he would rather loose a customer than compromise. I'll never go back and you can be sure that everyone I know will be informed of the unreasonable business practices in place there. read more

Extremely honest, locally owned establishment!! They have a great prices and stock their washes with great liquid products. The change machine took $.75 out of a bill I placed in it, so I left a note. A few days later, I received a letter I have attached to this review along with a overly generous refund. Based on that, the manager is obviously very cordial and caring to his/her customers. I plan on exclusive going to this car wash as long as I live (around here). read more

I went today to wash my car, put in 5 dollars in coins and it just ate the money and did nothing, it reset and prompted for money to operate. There was no one around and of course I didn't have my phone on me. **Update** I have revised my rating,the company was very quick to reach out to me on Yelp and returning my call from voicemail I left and took all the information about the incident and refunded me the money that the machine swallowed. read more

It's a self service car wash. What else can you say. It's clean for the most part. I am fortunate that everything has always worked when I go. It's cheaper then having someone else do it for me. Why only 3 stars you ask? The vacuums SUCK! They barely pick anything up and only good for big clods of dirt. It's better to just go home and use a shop vac. If they made the vacuums better the place would be great. Oh and because it's behind 711 to many people just hanging around makes it feel dirty. Pulling in and out is hard because only one drive way in and the alley to get out and you might run over the dude or multiple dudes laying about. read more

He could tell that I had some questions regarding the best way to use their awesome 6 step wash system as it was my first time there. He immediately dropped what he was doing and gave me through instructions along with a demo on how to optimize my wash time for optimal results!!! The outcome was amazing... Overall cleanliness and quality of cleaning equipment is good. I have no complaints with the pressure washer or foam. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I tried to swipe 2 credits cards on 2 different stalls and they didn't work. I then put $10 (my smallest bill) and got 16 minutes I think. I only took about 8 minutes but there was no way to get any change back. I know it's only a couple of dollars but it's the principle. The place was super clean and not too busy so there was no wait. All the trashcans were kept empty so you didn't have to worry about stuffing garbage into an already full container. There was an attendant there named Steve who was super helpful and friendly. He let us know that the vacuum closest to the office, prior to the wash stations, has the highest suction capacity. We had used the one on the right, which had made it a little more difficult to vacuum thoroughly. He was apologetic and gave us a free wash because of it. This is also the only station in the area, that I am aware of that has the spray wax option. If you need a good self wash, this is the place to go!!! Thanks Steve, you made our day! read more

I've been coming here for years. Nestled behind a 7-11 known for harboring large groups of day laborers and some other questionable characters, you are definitely in for a car washing adventure. I always love the rush of emotion as I do my best to bang out a car wash in my 10 minute limit ($5). This is a DIY spot, and you choose your own adventure in terms of the order, and your skills will be tested as the automated machine barks out beep beep boop noises that seem to get progressively louder as your time runs out. I've got my routine down: -Get the tires scrubbed and soaked, :-Warn the transient that I'll spray him if he gets any closer, -Presoak the car, hit it with the high pressure soap, :-Shoot a warning shot of the soap at the approaching transient, -Scrub down the car with the foaming brush, :-Aim for the eyes of the transient with the high pressure rinse, -Emit a banshee cry as I triumphantly finish on time with the spot free rinse. While I have trained long and hard on the daytime circuit, I've yet to try my hand during the evening grand prix. Few are keen to brave the darkness, and someday, I will try my hand. 4 Stars. read more

Most dirtiest, disgusting car wash in the area. The entire parking lot is full of water/urine puddles smells awful!!! It smelled so bad I got grossed out from the strong smell of urine. I didn't even bother to detail my car being the detail area might as well be a rest room. I wouldn't go there alone at night. The loiterers and vagrants have become more aggressive. Over near the vacuum stalls, it smells like that's where they relieve themselves. Been coming here with reliable satisfaction for over a year now, but on one particular occasion while vacuuming my vehicle I noticed the vacuum wasn't servicing itself its fullest potential...that's when I noticed a very friendly and helpful associate Steve and I inquired about the vacuum being a little off--he apologized about the inconvenience and simply said lemme make up for it...full detail wash on the house!!!!! Equipment is ok and price is not outrageous, but they put two additional transactions on my debit card last Sunday. I got a $5 charge as expected but also a $10 pending as well as another $15 pending have been placed on my card. I have found it impossible to contact anyone. There are never any attendants and the phone number rings endlessly with no answer. read more

Not great, but it works. It was $2.50 for 4 minutes or $5 for 10 min to wash my car and $1 at the vacuum gets you 4 minutes. Not very clean. Lots of sketchy people. But it works and my car is now clean. read more

I would suggest using cash and not their new credit card machines. I was double charged for my car wash. Good luck trying to talk to a live person on the phone when you call their business number. read more
