First time at Fast5Xpress Car Wash. Right off the bat, the name of this car wash bugs me. Lol What is this the Fast and the Furious car wash?? The name implies "fast" and "express," but unfortunately doesn't really describe the service. It should be called Gone in 20 minutes, because you are gonna wait in slow lines that take forever, just to get up to the wash. The wash itself appears to clean really well and do a good job. We still had spots in the back of my car. My partner took a rag and dried it. They give you wet wipes and air fresheners when you get up to the front. That's a nice touch. If you have a membership, they just check for the sticker. The membership seems like the way to go. The one time pricing isn't worth it. read more

The drive through process takes less than five minutes - hence the name. They also have a number of upgrades, including options for a deeper wash, dry, or wax. You can even become a member to received unlimited washes per month. Not only is the wash great quality, but the vacuum hoses at Fast5Xpress are exceptional. My machine did a great job sucking up the absurd amount of dog hair scattered throughout my car. They even have metal clips to hold your floor mats down for a deeper clean. One thing that is unique to Fast5Xpress is their product vending machines. They offer additional items for purchase including cleaning rags, interior wipes, and air fresheners. Signed up for the Silver monthly wash. The Quality of this place is going downhill. The workers spray water on only half the car, they don't use full hand or arm motions to direct car into tunnel. Drying machine blows water BACK ONTO the Windshield Then Super Dry Smears the run off onto the windshield, roof and the back window doesn't even get touched. This is how my car looked after. One month ago, I went to this car wash and received a 50% off receipt for my next car wash. Today, 5-14-25 I went to the car wash to use my coupon. When I got to the window, the lady told me I already used the coupon which I did not. This car wash does not honor their coupons. I went to five car express car wash down the street and told them how I was turned away by Fast5Xpress. They gave me their top car wash for $10. This was our first time using this car wash. We are visiting from out of town. It was super easy to use. It's Kind of a car wash for dummies. A friendly service attendant helped us pick on of the four service level. We picked the 2nd level for $11. Then, we just had to follow the instructions and go through the tunnel. It was very easy. I bought the platinum car wash for $16 and received a free air freshener. The cashier was quick and friendly and I proceeded around to the entrance of the car wash. The greeter was polite and quickly guided me onto the track and I went through the car wash. The soap was plentiful and they have a lot of dryers! I appreciate that as some car washes only have a couple and your car really doesn't get dry. The vacuum stations are plentiful and clean. The vacuums are pretty powerful as well as the air hose.
