Peaceful setting and great breakfast. Love this place! Lots of Amish in the area. Joe and Gloria are great host.

We've been going here for fifteen years and love it. No tv but rooms with private baths and the hosts are wonderful!

Today it was yogurt with fresh strawberries and granola, an egg soufflé with local bacon and hash browns. There was dessert: warm rhubarb coffee cake- everything was delicious, homemade and locally sourced! Our room had an en suite bathroom and it was well stocked with local goats milk soap, and shampoo bar! There is an AC in the room so you can sleep comfortably. Plenty of blankets were provided and the sheets and towels were all nice and clean. Towels were plush. Lots of places outside to just sit and watch the world go by. We saw plenty of local Amish all around and everyone was so friendly to us! Great place to have a get-away and some peace!

The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and obviously very proud of what they have accomplished and what they offer. The B&B is clean, neat, well organizes and charming. The breakfasts were very well prepared and delicious. It is also nice when the hosts can tell you the names of the farmers, meat vendors and dairy farms where they buy their food. The location is perfect, close to everywhere. And, one final very nice touch, when we were at the breakfast table on our second day, their 13 year old daughter, a cellist, offered to play music for us, and performed wonderfully. I think her comfort with doing this this is especially impressive. I would, and will, enthusiastically recommend this B&B to my family, friends and anyone else visiting the area.

The breakfast was really good and the conversation there was even better. There was a farm dog named Odie and he greeted us when we first drove up. So many core memories made here.

Downstairs has a sitting area and a tiny kitchenette that's stocked with glassware, a coffee maker. You do get to know your fellow housemates which is really cool! The staff here is fantastic. They're all really nice and friendly. They are running a working farm but still make time for you. And that's really special! Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was nice to have a slice of pie, eggs and coffee. You get to meet the people who stay at the other farmhouse too. Everyone hangs out and chit chats for a while. The morning starts with farm chores if you want to go! The kids loved it. There's a refrigerator for you to put your goodies in. It's not too far from town but you will need a car. Plenty of room to walk, kick a ball, play games. I will warn you, T-Mobile service is terrible there! Not their fault. Verizon seems to work well. This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Kerig, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge all there. It's a simple set up. There is electricity (though two of the lights did not work when we were there so the kitchen was quite dim), a wall unit for AC and heat. No wifi. As the wall unit is in the living room/kitchen, the bedrooms can get stuffy. There are fans in the bedrooms but that's something to be mindful of. Anna brings breakfast between 8-8:30 in the mornings on all days except Sundays. Breakfast consists of yogurt parfait, homemade bread, and marmalade and butter. Anna did bring us some eggs (have to cook them yourself) and orange juice. We didn't have too much interaction apart from that with the family. Anna said they wake up at 5 AM to start farm chores (yikes!!). While we had an overall nice experience, we did spot some creepy crawlers around. Not mice or roaches or anything like that but there are plenty of cobwebs that could use a good dusting and small spiders so either be okay with that or don't look up at the ceiling or at corners. Just subtracting one star for that. Otherwise we had a good time here.
