You can add one of their 8 sauces as well for flavor you're looking for. Regular size is a good portion size of food, but bento is just OK. They use grilled chicken breast (rather than more commonly used thighs) on their bentos and it tastes just like grilled chicken if you don't add any sauces. Rice was a bit mushy. I do really appreciate the natural flavoring and the quality of ice was good and after a bit I got used to the floral taste. It would be nice to have a couple of flavors to pick from. Not inexpensive but it was a treat.
