Worst gyro of my life. 90% lettuce and the 10% meat I'd have to guess was of some rodent species (almost entirely cartilage). I spit up over half of the meat so safe to say I got about 2-5% meat from 100% of the gyro. I've never had such a sad lamb gyro. I could cry. This place is a disgrace.

Be sure to get the iced tea with it. Mint leaves keep the heartburn goodness to a min. I love this place. The pic says it all.

Okay, but I'm not sure why so many 4 and 5 star reviews. I found it to be really good but its located in a not so clean part of town and the food truck looks a bit run down. Had the lamb gyro and kufta gyro. The bread was soft, it was tasty. The lamb was really soft so I think it was mixed with some kind of bread product to make it go farther. You get a lot less meat in the Kufta than the lamb gyro.

    Lamb gyro with sriracha. Uh-may-zing!

Made a stop to get some food in Portland on our road trip from LA to Seattle and found this little gem. The cook had forgotten my ridiculous order and instead of guessing he asked me to recap so he wouldn't get it wrong. Service was awesome and personable. The food was fantastic! The tzatziki sauce was amazing and the lamb gyro was the best I've ever had. Try it with sriracha! The feta cheese, sriracha and tzatziki sauce balanced really well and added an extra kick without the sriracha being overpowering. Everything was made fresh to order so it took a little bit, but totally worth it for the quality.

Lamb gyro. Never knew siracha tasted so well with feta cheese. I'm like 99% sure it goes on everything.

Lamb gyro with tzatziki sauce. They also add the legendary siracha sauce (good on everything). Had it for lunch. Came back and got it again a few hours later (don't judge me :P). Awsome and the two gentlemen that work there (one of them is the owner) are really nice and outgoing. Great experience all around. Hypothesis of the name: Someone was looking for it and couldn't find it. So this person settled for less and ate at another spot. Then they came across the incredible smell of this places food and saw the guys running it and they said "zaaaaaa! Look!"... ok maybe not. Perhaps someone will ask and add it to their review lol.

Garbage philly cheesesteaks. Overpriced and understuffed. Go to the place next to Dante's instead. Wayyy better over there.

We walked all the way to the truck and it was closed even though it was supposed to be open and was showing open in yelp and google.

The platter included half chicken half pork, rice, mac salad, and some sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious. Great flavor from everything, you can tell they use a killer marinade. ( shows kahlua pork photo bc Minion likes kahlua pig). Minion: Ok. Me:( theyre gonna be salty too duh but) ok. This food truck is hidden off TV Highway in the back of Walgreens on the west side. Parking and access are fine. There are outdoor tables. Minion said the man was friendly. Lunch was about $28. Took them 10-15 min to get it ready on the grill so it's made to order. Nice. Half an hour later we were in Minion's air conditioned family room digging into lunch while streaming episode 1of One Piece ( um, not my thing). The food was good. There was surprisingly more rice buried under the proteins. It was a good amount of food. I liked the mac salad, as someone else noted it was grainy. It might have parmesan in it maybe? I have no idea if the " meat" was beef or pork or...?? But it was good. The chicken was delicious too. There was a cup of a sweet soy type sauce. And it was not too salty. I had a bite of Minion's kahlua pig and it was tender and smoky. Overall , it was a win! Give it a try. (* Saw no vegan or veggie options but there is an Indian food truck right next door).

It's located in the food truck pod near the old Big Lots parking area and is easy to find. We noticed there's a covered dining area and decided to dine in. Once you walk to the counter, you will see the menu in front of the cart. Personally, I was very impressed with the menu sign as it was very informative. If you spend 2 minutes reading the sign, it would probably answer all your questions. It has the pictures and price of the dishes, side dishes and average info, stars on the recommended ones, their contact information, social media and the QR code. We noticed many customers called in their orders then picked up their orders later, it's a nice move as it took a while for the food to be made. Thank goodness we were not starving, otherwise it might have been a while. We ordered the steak and shrimp combo with the chicken fried rice. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted good. The portion was also pretty generous. We can see why it's popular. Overall, we like 503 Hibachi and would return. Thought we might call ahead and order first.
