They had way too much sour cream on them, which took away from the overall flavor of the nachos. While the steak on it was very flavorful and the portion was a nice size, I would have liked to see the fillings on top more evenly distributed so they wouldn't take away from the flavor. The drinks were still perfect, and our service was still good. I would definitely return but would likely not order the nachos. I would order the wings again, though.

I also forgot to say no sour cream.... I was disappointed in myself. I think overall , everyone else was pretty satisfied with their food. Our service was decent. This was my first time dining here. I believe Old Forrester was the top shelf, but hey...you order a Manhattan, and you drink it. It costs half of what it would anywhere else. Definitely a neighborhood place, with a neighborhood crowd. But the handful of times I've been here everyone was as cool as could be. Best beer in the house is Guinness, so don't get all snobby about your beer. Once ordered food arrived promptly. Since it was Tuesday, I chose the taco basket with 2 chicken and 1 beef. The complimentary chips and salsa were good with 2 different salsa options a green and red. I didn't not a significant heat level difference between the 2 and liked both. While both types of tacos were good, I preferred the chicken especially after adding some of the green salsa and sour cream. I found it filling enough for lunch and other than adding a margarita would have been satisfied for dinner as well. The Mexican Pizza I had on previous visit was really good and would order again too. It also took longer than expected for the check and to get change back. The decor inside is pretty typical for Americanized Mexican style restaurants. I probably will return at some point for lunch again just not in a big rush and definitely not if I need a quick turnaround.
