They said it's because they weren't able to do an exam with me wearing those lenses, but I've been wearing them for 20 years and no other Dr. has had an issue with it. I came in for an eye exam, not to be treated like an inconvenience. The front desk staff in particular were dismissive, a blond older gal showed short-tempered, and made me feel unwelcome. If this is how they treat paying patients, I won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. There are plenty of optometrists who know how to treat people with decency. I suggest looking elsewhere.

When I spoke with someone the second time I reached out I told her it was relatively urgent and she reassured me I would have it the next day. And yet still nothing. I won't be returning which is unfortunate because as i mentioned I was very happy with the care from the doctor but the rest of the staff is completely unresponsive. Do your job.
