Just went to Front Row with my wife for a beer and food. Was not that busy. Maybe 1/3 full. Sat next to a large table with a party of people already eating and drinking. After 10 mins of no one giving us a menu, greeting or acknowledging us, we noticed the waitress was sitting talking with the large table the whole time. She was a "Blonde" waitress and saw us staring at her, she gets up gets more beer for the large table and starts talking to them again. We walked to Pelican Harry's. The lady their greeted us right away. And was super nice. Front Row is garbage service. I hope management sees my post and fires her. I don't even think 1 star is a correct rating. Should be 0 stars. Fantastic service. Treeva is awesome. There used to be a dance team of 20 7-year olds that would come in on Thursdays to practice their dance routines in the middle of the bar, upsetting many patrons. The parents would not control their kids and they had the audacity to think it was ok to let 20 screaming kids run loose in the bar. So glad the staff politely put a stop to that as they are not running a daycare. Food and drink are outstanding. Extremely disappointed with the service I have received the past couple of visits. Owners changed AGAIN. The food on the menu is a bit better, however the service is TERRIBLE! Food takes forever to arrived and it seems that condiments are now an extra charge. Waiting staff is really bad. Was charged and extra 19.00 for 2 cheese curds appetizers. My children (11 & 13) asked for cheese curds as a side option with their 13.99 1/2 pound cheese burger and apparently curds are not a side option but rather than the waitress saying that she instead decided to order and charge us for 2 cheese curd appetizers. When I received my bill and questioned the waitress, she did not make any attempts to make it right. I unfortunately have had it with the service and will not be returning. read more

We hosted my son's first birthday party here, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend their private party room for events. It is really nicely decorated, and we used the wall projector to present a slideshow of pictures and play our own playlist. Brooke was our bartender and she was really great and anticipated our needs. For example, just as I was about to ask for dessert plates, she was already putting them out. I booked the private room for my fiancee's and I baby shower. We worked with Brooke, and she was very helpful from the beginning. We were allowed to start setting up the room the night before the event. Most places were only offering to give us 1-hour setup before and 1-hour to cleanup after, but Brooke let us stay as long as we needed after to clean up. The food and service was great during the event. The total price for the party was extremely fair, and we would've spent a lot more money for a similar experience elsewhere (No room booking fee here). I would definitely recommend Front Row for anyone that is looking to have a private party with good food and service. read more

Stopped in for lunch with a friend of mine. We both ordered the fish and chips. They gave us, each, 3 good size portions of breaded cod. They were delicious! We both chose fries instead of chips. The fries were excellent. Will be coming back! Service was excellent. read more

She was amazing she had to tend to the bar and probably 50 other people on her own no help.(Not even a bus boy) Our quick lunch took 2 1/2 hours. Food good. I rated this 3 stars based on the food. We have dined there before COVID and after (yesterday 9/5.) The food is excellent and they have a nice patio. But, if you want to dine at a place and feel safe and comfortable, DO NOT dine here. NONE of the staff-cooks, bartenders, wait staff-were wearing masks. Also, our table was near the back room. The door was propped open, so we could see that the chairs by the small bar were turned over on the bar. Good sign, so we thought. Half way through our meal, a bartender was serving 5 patrons sitting shoulder to shoulder at the bar. Besides no mask, definitely not social distancing. And I guess because the door was open, they considered 'outside.' We were with another couple who frequents this establishment. This place went downhill when owners changed hands when it was mullets then it became front row and we gave it another chance, it started out good and then quickly went downhill again.They kept some of the same people that were the problem before, very rude , unprofessional always on their cell phone instead of attending to customers. Twice they over charged my credit card , I showed them my receipt and statement to prove the discrepancy bartender told me too bad fight it out with my credit card !! Been here several times within the past few months. Food is great, service is great. Used to go here a lot when it was Mullets but everything went downhill so was unsure of what to expect when it became Front Row. We were at Front Row on 8/19, Food was excellent but we were wearing masks because not one waitress or server had a mask on in a place that serves Food and drinks and Covid cases are on the rise. I contacted the owner immediately and they wanted to know what and what day so they could review and they would need to retrain. We stupidly believed they took the appropriate steps. We met another couple last night for dinner, not one worker had a mask on. The bartender came right out with Our Martini and leaned right over our friend breathing right on her to pour it. Two different people came out with our food, no masks, Leaning right over us to put the food down.I would love to see their training program during this pandemic! I was furious and reached out immediately to the owner yet again and didn't have the decency to give me a new excuse, used the same lame one as before. They must not give a crap about their customers not to mandate masks. Must not need our Money, we will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. The bar tender with the curly brown hair busts her ass every time I am there. But I just left & had the worst service I've ever experienced. Two of us sat down after being sat by the bar tender, it then took 15 minutes for our waitress to walk over & then ask if we were doing alright? I was at Front Row on Friday 2/2/2018 with some friends and I have been there multiple times and never had a problem with any of the waitresses. On Friday, we paid cash and then I put the rest on my card. I tipped on my card what my portion was and then the rest of us were giving cash. The waitress (Adrian), came to our table and gave us attitude about not giving a big enough tip and basically stood there like she didn't believe us that we were also going to leave cash. We weren't even done with our drinks yet either. It was very rude and I was surprised that a waitress did that. I have never had an experience like this at any other restaurant before. We even bought her a shot while we were there. I am disgusted at the way this waitress acted. read more
