No problem, we provided our info and number and received a text that we were on the wait list. The good news, it didn't take the full amount of time and we were seated in the bar area. We waited a while before the bartender told us over the bar she would be right with us. It took several more minutes. She was very pleasant when she arrived and we ordered everything. Drinks arrived shortly there after (mostly waters). Then we waited... our side salads came out after about 10-15 minutes and then we waited another 25+ minutes for dinner to arrive. We ordered the beef sandwich, chicken pasta, kids boneless wings, and burger. After that long wait the food was disappointing. The burger had no flavor, and the wings had a weird after taste. The beef sandwich and chicken on the pasta were okay, but we didn't take anything away in boxes. We ended up paying on the kiosk because our server never came back until we got up to leave. Overall, service was extremely slow and food wasn't great.

She did not seem friendly or welcoming at all and gave the impression that she did not want to be around or interact with customers. As my friends were ordering drinks she was very rude asking what do you want and as my friend was getting his card out of his wallet she got very annoyed and rolled her eyes. What made the experience even worse was that she refused to serve me for no reason but served my friends. After serving my friends their drinks, I went to the bathroom, and while I was gone, she spoke very negatively about me to my friends. I find that incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful! Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable and upsetting. I have never been treated that way at a bar before, and based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated!
