Do not recommend....the whole experience was awful. We were seated outside and after waiting for about 10 minutes, a server came over and asked if we had been taken care of. We told her no and she said no worries - she would go ahead and help us out. The biggest disappointment was the FOOD. Ordered the guacamole wontons and they came out deep fried. I have never heard of hot/deep friend guacamole and they were awful so I asked to send it back and instead ordered the Mexican flatbread. That was also awful! The hamburger was just that - not seasoned at all - no taste and really bad. My husband ordered a philly cheesesteak and they brought it out with the bun completely soaked though and the meat fell out when trying to pick it up. He asked the waitress to replace the bun and instead of taking his dish back to have it replaced, they made him wait and just brought out a new bun to the table. Love the atmosphere and service and location next to lots of fun other food places and free open parking but definitely do not love the very salty food. I couldn't take much of a bite of my Legends Philly sauced steak bc of the salt. Indoor and outdoor seating was great too. They have healthy options and what's amazing is they also allow you to substitute other sides if you get french fries with a hamburger for example, and instead you could have a chili or a veggie side or Parmesan fries or onion rings for example. The wings were very good (10 wings for $24) and plenty of meat and yummy sauce. The wait staff were very nice and friendly and attentive. Indoor and outdoor seating and close to other restaurants where you have a nice atmosphere of a buzz of people around you. Free and open parking lot. Came in around 8pm and it didn't seem too busy. Got seated right away and took a little to look over menus. The menu selection isn't too big which I appreciated. I had ordered a bruschetta chicken sandwich which came with fries and I also got a side of ranch. Ranch was nicely seasoned reminded me of wingstop ranch. Fries were good and crispy with good amount of salt and pepper seasoning. Sandwich was okay there was something missing with the bruschetta and or maybe it was the pretzel bun with the sandwich couldn't tell. Waited about 20 minutes for food. It's clean inside. We were shocked at how many families were there on a Sunday at 4:30 PM, which impacted how quickly food came out of the kitchen, but our server Mel was so kind and gracious, and could sense we were on a time crunch. Food was fine, with a fairly extensive menu. My kids did not like the kids pizza, for what it's worth, as it was pasta sauce with cheese on a pita (definitely not worth the cost either). We came here at the recommendation of my girlfriend's coworker. It is $0.99 wings and shrimp on Wednesday's. I was a little skeptical that the wings would be really small (looking at you Buffalo Wild Wings). However, I was wrong. The wings are pretty beefy and you get your money's worth. We ordered lemon pepper, parmesan garlic, sweet chili, and honey bbq. The wings come with celery and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese sauce. The wings are crispy especially with the dry rub and very juicy on the inside. There is good flavor on the inside and outside (unlike Wings Time). This is probably the second best place for wings on Wednesday's besides Fast Eddy's. I saw that the shrimp are also big for the price. Service could be a lot better, granted that it was mostly two waitresses. Parking is ample, although it can get busy on special nights. First time here. We got seated right away on a Saturday night. The servers were prompt and polite. Food came out quickly. The Carnitas Rolls appetizer was delicious! The steak sandwich was fine. A sandwich steak is never top shelf. Some bites are not completely tender, but it tasted pretty good. Tots were probably basic frozen tots. Fine. The signature cocktail I ordered was tasty enough but it was an awful lot of ice in a little on-the-rocks glass. That's a tiny little mixed drink for $13. Not cool. I didn't order a shot on the rocks, it was bourbon peach iced tea. I don't expect a glass full of whiskey, but a mixed drink that's mostly tea should be more than a couple of sips in a glass full of ice cubes. The bar is very loud! Not my thing. Went to Legends Woodridge for a pre-movie bite to eat and drink. Mondays offer 1/2 price appetizers which we were ecstatic about! Each appetizer was delicious and the bartender were on top of the fully occupied bar! As soon as my drink was empty, they were by to ask if I wanted another. As soon as we stacked our plates, they were by to clean up. The inside decor was a mix of sports bar, natural brick, and craft beer branding. There was also an outside patio to utilize. We would certainly come back to this location or others! FLAVOR OF THE WEEK There's enough daily specials at this sports pub in Woodridge to keep things interesting across several visits. The Seven Bridges area off of Route 53 has no shortage of restaurants, including Lima Fresca (tacos/mexican), Ike & Oak (brewery), Chef Soon (sushi), Clara's (italian), VIP (thai), plus a Buffalo Wild Wings. Legends fits in well as a bar/grill with tons of TV's and great draft beer. Cheese curds ($10) w/marinara are always a good call. Quesadillas ($8) come with sour cream + salsa, and you can add chicken or steak for $4 extra. Pretzel bites ($10) aren't bad, but I wish they came with honey mustard instead of just nacho cheese. Their mango habanero wings are FIRE, better than B-dubs, Wingstop, or anywhere else, honestly. Really hot and packed with flavor. Spicy garlic were decent, too--wings come 10 to an order for $15. Don't forget to ask for celery and blue cheese or ranch! The house nachos ($11) are merely OK; they're piled high with jalapenos, cheese and chili, which makes them a messy affair. Soggy chips are one of my bar food bugaboos, and sadly that's what I get when ordering the nachos here. Burgers are pretty solid. I've had the 'Big Bleu' ($14) that comes with smoked bacon and a serving of seasoned fries, my buddy's ordered the American burger (lettuce, tomato, mustard, $12) and my dad once had the Legends burger (cheddar, bbq, onion straws, $14). All of them got thumbs up. Bread = 4 Circuses = 3.5 Monday's specials are $3.50 domestic pints and half priced appetizers, a great value as beer and apps are all I usually get here anyway. Tuesdays are $3 tacos and $5 margaritas, Wednesdays are 99¢ wings and $14 buckets, Thursdays are $9 burgers and $5 Tito's, and then there's fish fry Friday (fish Fry-day?) Service has been alright, although it's occasionally been spotty. Last visit it took a while to be greeted/get our drink orders in. Atmosphere is sports-centric, with dozens of flatscreens showing everything from baseball to bowling. Their outdoor patio is nice when the weather is agreeable (which in Chicago is usually only 4-5 months. Dang northern climate....) * TL;DR * I've been to Legends several times over the years and like them enough to return again in the future. The daily deals on food & booze are definitely the highlight. Draft brews are varied and reasonably priced, the grub better than average. Sports bars are a dime a dozen so separating yourself from the pack isn't easy, yet I think Legends has managed to hold their own. Came here one night for a late dinner. The service was great with a cute chill outdoor patio atmosphere. The food was not so great for myself. We ordered a modelo and it didn't taste like modelo, we think they gave us a different beer that was water down. The flatbread tasted like lunchable pizza but I did like how it was thin crusted. The Buffalo wings were great size and juicy. Just a heads up: If you want extra ranch, they charge you. The Cajun fries were delicious but it does give you a kick at the back of the throat. I have to say the staff here Is outstanding and friendly. Quick service with impeccable beers on draft. Wings 5/10. More breading than meat in them. Hot rub Is not spicy at all. WOW! Wish I found this place a long time ago. Food was delicious. (We had bruschetta as an appetizer. Two different salads for our meals and the warm brownie for dessert. Everything was fantastic. Portion sizes were decent. Food was appropriate temp and delicious. Warm brownie had not only chocolate sauce on top, but light amount of powdered sugar and a raspberry sauce drizzle as well. Their wings are delicious. This was my first time getting them & maybe my husbands 3rd but the wings are a decent size & they're fresh& crispy... However.. my husband has told me not to go into the restaurant to actually sit & eat. The reason for this is bc the time where he has sat down and ate and even when he's just grabbing take out.. the experience that he receives seems to come off as partial. Saying this to say that there could be some prejudice at play while dining here. No one likes this type of conversation but unfortunately that's what his experience has been. The portion size was good. I would recommend. For lunch I had the California chicken sandwich (grilled chicken breast, hickory smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard served on toasted ciabatta bread). It was good but had way too much honey mustard on it. The sauce over powered everything else. I had tots for my side (up-charge of course), they were on the crisper side which I don't like. I know that's a preference thing. My husband got sweet potato fries for his side (also up-charge), we thought those were tasty. Overall, there's nothing I really crave on the menu to come back. It's already higher priced bar food, I don't think they should up-charge for everything that probably doesn't cost them any extra. Our friend got the veggie flatbread which was mediocre at best. The chicken pesto sandwich had good bread and pesto but the chicken was dry. The barbecue wings were also dry and not very flavorful. Was pretty disappointed because the place looked great and the food looked amazing when it came out. But the flavor just did not meet the expectations. A few friends and I stopped in for drinks on a random weeknight and enjoyed ourselves. We were not there for anything in particular but the ample amount of TVs were featuring entertainment of all kinds, the weekly specials were enticing, and the atmosphere was nice and chill. Our waiter, who bounced back and forth between attentive and absent, did a satisfactory job and took care of us until his shift ended. We didn't require too much hand-holding, all told. For food/drinks we had a healthy assortment of things and I can happily report that everything was great! In particular, I had the boneless wings (delicious sauce/rub options!) and cheese curbs (yum!). The portions were on par and everything left our stomachs full. Updated: We have visited several times since my last review back in early 2020. Since then I believe they may have changed their menu (for the better) and perhaps their management too. Or perhaps they have just made improvements. I do like the variety of salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, wings, shrimp and more. I like that they have an option of spiced wings OR shrimp. You can choose multiple dry rubs or sauces for your wings/shrimp. Their burgers and wraps are really good. And their tater tots are still the bomb. I notice now that each time we come, the manager comes out and visits the tables to ensure that the patrons are satisfied and have what they need. Nice. I also like their outside patio with nice lighting at night time. Lastly, I notice bigger crowds. Keep it up! Legends is now one of our regular Friday night hang outs. read more

I asked to Tabasco, they said sure but how about you try our house special hot sauce, and you get an unexpected 75cent charge on your bill.
