I've been to Front Row many times and haven't ever been disappointed with anything I've ordered!

Food is good but service is not very good. I had a to go order and the girls are all huddled talking. I was standing around waiting for my Italian sub and chicken wings I waited 35 minutes I finally asked where my order was and lo & behold , there they were sitting there all that time. Ughhhh I should've called. When I saw this I told them it was sitting there all this time and all they could say was "have a nice day". Not happy read more

I LOVE this place but today was a bummer. I went in solo for my lunch break the host asked me if a table was ok but I asked if I could please do a booth. The store had just opened and I was the only patron on the dining room side. She told me she likes to save those for larger parties. The table was a 4 top as well. I did respond with a comment questioning if she expected to be packed within 20 minutes. She didn't like that question but sat me at a booth anyway. When she returned she continued to berate me about why she didn't want to sit me in booth. Needless to say I got up and left. I understand if they had business my request may not be met but her attitude just made me feel as though I was not welcome. Such a bummer cause the food is fantastic but she was not. read more

Had a good visit with family after a high school D1 football playoff game. We had 6 in our party after 4 couldnt make it last minute from our party of 10. There was plenty of room either way and the place was dead when we arrived and jam packed when we left. We chose Front Row due to the expansive parking snd 5 min location from Exeter High School. The beer list is bigger than expected and the cocktails mustve been strong because my uncle wad certainly feeling good. The greek salads are huge and we easily fed 6 of us while our entrees came out. The dressing to salad ratio is low so i asked for 3 extra greek dressings. The dressing is creamy, delicious, and pairs well with the pizza crust. The veggie pizza was very good and the toppings were definitely not skimpy!! The steak bomb variation at Front Row is humongous!!! A+ value compared to many other restaurants. My uncle enjoyed the steak tips and rice pilaf. He swore and entire box of pilaf was under his steak tips and peppers and onions he added. Meh, nachos needed more cheese, they were wicked dried out and the nacho chips were waaay too thick. Very small sides of sour cream, like really guys, we needed something to add to it since you cheaped out on the cheese!! I make better ones at home, and cheaper. Something I will do next time I want nachos The pizza was like ok, if you like Greek pizza. I wish I knew that's the type they made or I would have stayed away from the pizza fo sure. Do you feel like being treated like smegma? Waiting 10 minutes for your waitress to arrive, who is on her phone texting? Another 20 minutes for your drink? Which was a soda... Oh, there was MORE than enough staff to service the tables, they were just ganged up socializing. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But their clan of teeny bopper waitresses should stay home with their parents rather than waste someone's night who just wants to grab quick bite for dinner. I have known the owners since they were teenagers. So I may be biased. Be that as it may. First, always had great meals & large portions. It is the Best value around. Staff is cheerful helpful especially people with gluten dairy allergies. I must say I was saddened when they had to eliminate fish ie fried clams etc. I know COVID played a part. With most business had to adapt to a new environment We were thrilled this week when they had Lobster Rolls on the menu. Half a pound! The roll was toasted perfectly. Simply delicious. I was visiting from out of town, wanted a healthy salad, and a coworker recommended Front Row. I'm not normally a fan of sports bars so I was hesitant, but glad I got over that. Service was super friendly and the casual atmosphere was welcoming. The salad was great! The Juicy, grilled chicken was really good & the salad was huge, enough for lunch and dinner. The salad was served with some delicious pita. The pepperoni pizza was delish. Tip: you can order cheese or pepperoni pizza by the slice even though it isn't on the menu. As a regular customer, I seldomly have a bad experience here. That being said, our server tonight, Meghan was by far the worst I've ever encountered. She was rude, unapologetic, and oblivious. Myself and one other sat around 5:45pm. After 10 minutes she checked in and took our drink order, which was only water but still managed to take 10 minutes to get. We placed our order, (mozzarella stick app and a large white meatball for the meal) after about 45 minutes we asked if she had remembered to order the pizza, which was greeted with a snarky remark of "duh obviously I did" as she walked by. Now an hour after we placed the order and surrounding tables that sat after us were already finished with their meals, we asked again. She replied with your pizza is coming they're cutting it now.10 minutes go by and the pizza is still not served, we inquired and she said they were still "cutting" it. 5 minutes later and still no pizza, we decided to tell her we were all set and would like the check, she replied "will you relax I'm getting your pizza now". She stormed back and rudely slapped the pizza, along with the check down on the table and walked away... however the pizza was not even the one we had ordered. She did not offer to make a new one, or offer any discount. 5 minutes later she came back and dumped the pizza into a box and didn't say a word. She catered to every table around us the whole time, but neglected to check in with my table, which clearly had empty drinks, and never once said she would check in with the kitchen as our food was taking so long. I am very disappointed in management as I have since heard many other negative experiences with Meghan. The word that comes most to mind is Perfect. The food and service are consistently excellent . The eggplant parm is absolutely the best I've ever had. There food is pretty good. Please put 2 girls at the hostess station who actually care. Waited 15 minutes , my wife and I order a small pizza and Chix parm dinner. Her pizza arrived about 10 minutes before my wrong meal , after waiting 25 minutes for that , I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a replacement. The waitress was very apologetic. The problem is the management hasn't taught the staff how to handle these issues. I can deal with the error but fixing it was the problem. The fix was order a new meal and get the ticket in line in the kitchen. Also I needed some extra marinara because it was sparse, yup got charge a $ 1.00 after waiting almost 50 minutes and my wife's meal was long over. I've read a lot of reviews tonight about Front Row. Common theme seems to be service is lacking. Last thing get some silverware that doesn't make me feel like I'm in a elementary school cafeteria. I should of stuck with my normal grilled chick Caesar because the parm wasn't worth the aggravation. Surprising this place isn't 5 stars all around. I visited a friend who is a local and he said all the locals rave about this place. I am a tough customer ... so, I am pleased to report this place is fantastic. I had the buffalo chicken pizza (fried ... not grilled) and it was some of the best buffalo chicken pizza I've eaten. It was very easy to eat a small on my own, although its because the pizza is so good not because the pizza is small. Normally with buffalo chicken pizza, its either really good or really bad. Many times at other places, the buffalo strips are too crunchy and overcooked and it looks like someone simply poured blue cheese and wing sauce on top of a regular pizza. Not so at Front Row. Everything is expertly blended together and the breaded chicken strips aren't overcooked and too crunchy on the top. Lets talk about the beer ... super selection with lots of different beers on tap. I went with the Allagash and it was so cold that there were those little ice slivers on top. I've never had a colder more refreshing beer poured from a tap before. They must really give the glasses a good chill. It was 95 degrees outside, so it was very welcome and went down smooth. The waitstaff was nice ... I notice it is mostly attractive college-aged girls. Probably because its a sports bar. But they are fun and sassy and appear to be having fun working there which makes the environment a lot better. There were no mistakes and our waitress was terrific. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Air conditioning is nice and I felt like the other tables weren't too close together. I would certainly come back ... would probably get the buffalo chicken pizza again, although my friend had a steak and cheese sandwich and it looked amazing. read more
