    Horrible. The ticket was $469.96 round-trip. I was going to fly to meet my granddaughter. I was so excited. Frontier was a nightmare. My original flight was for 7:40am. They delayed it until the next day in the middle of the night or I could rebook. So I chose to rebook. The new flight was for 7:11pm on the same day. The flight was delayed 6 more times! I canceled my flight because it was a mechanical issue with the plane. They even began loading people at one point and then unloaded them. So I canceled using their app. They refuse to refund me because I rebooked the flight with them in the beginning. They said I can have a credit of $239. I told them I would never fly with them. I lost my time meeting my granddaughter and my money. I am disgusted with Frontier.

    Here now. First time trying this airline despite all the warnings. This airport is horrible. It's too damn large. There were folks on my flight from Chicago that were late connecting to Tampa (courtesy of Frontier) and had to run through this God forsaken airport to get to a far far away gate. Hope they made it.... Doubt most of them did. Tried to change my plans yesterday to fly out earlier since my schedule changed and the lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me one flight would be 15 hours and the other one will be 18 hours. Really ma'am? I just kept what I had. Both my originating and connecting flights were late, of course. People were arguing with the flight attendants. The flight attendants were giving bad information - double-booking seats and asking people to refresh their website... And yelling at people. They FEE you to death (or try to anyway). This whole airline is a mess - regardless of price. Although it was a "savings" over the $700 everyone else was quoting I clearly gave it all back in time and inconvenience. Despite it all they don't forget for a moment to pitch their rewards card. :/ I won't get home till sometime in the wee hours of the morning. You absolutely get what you pay for every time in America. Fly me from Chicago to Atlanta to fly me up to Baltimore after a 3.5 - 4-hour wait. In their defense, the planes are new, they seat vets early and the pilots appear to be good. Never again though. It's the Waffle House of the sky.

    This is my first time on Frontier, and so far so good. My husband and I mainly fly Southwest Airlines, but Frontier's tickets were really reasonable. So, I decided to give the airline a try. The airline has snacks and beverages that you can purchase, and if you decide to switch seats, you pay before boarding if the they have any. The plane is crowded, but the travelers are boarding fast. The seats are comfortable and it's plenty of leg room. I'll definitely book another flight, if needed. :-)

    Hi, I would like to express how disturbing and unacceptable my experience was as a first-time flyer with this airline. My flight from El Salvador to Atlanta was fine; however, once we landed in Atlanta, the experience quickly became a nightmare. I had a connecting flight from Atlanta (ATL) to New York. We arrived in Atlanta around 7:00 p.m. and had a two-hour layover, with boarding scheduled for 10:00 p.m. I located my gate and spoke directly with the gate agent, who confirmed that Gate C7 was correct. Both my printed boarding pass and the boarding pass on my phone also showed Gate C7. I remained at that gate for over two hours. Eventually, an announcement was made that boarding would begin shortly for a flight to Baltimore. Confused, I approached the gate agent, who then informed me that my flight's gate had been changed. No text message, email, or announcement had been made to notify passengers of this change. When I asked what time my flight had departed, I was told it had left an hour earlier. At that point, I was extremely distressed and began to cry. The following day was my birthday, and my son was sick with a fever, which made the situation even more overwhelming. I was then instructed to go to the customer service desk. A staff member told me to take the train to Stop T. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no customer service desk at that location and that I needed to go to the ticket counter in Concourse E instead. After finally reaching Concourse E, I approached a female staff member for assistance. Before I could explain my situation, she stated that her shift was over, walked out of the booth, and pointed to a QR code, instructing me to contact customer service as she was leaving. This experience was incredibly frustrating, stressful, and disappointing, especially for a first-time flyer. The lack of communication, misinformation, and unwillingness to assist left me feeling abandoned and unheard. At this point, I began to panic because I needed to get home. I had not seen my son in seven days and did not want to spend my birthday alone in an airport. While waiting, I was repeatedly approached by men, homeless individuals, and even employees, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I contacted customer service, but it took a long time for someone to answer. When I finally spoke with a representative, I was told there were no remaining flights that night. I was also informed that a refund could not be issued and that certain issues could only be resolved at the ticket counter. By this time, my anxiety had escalated to the point where I needed to use my asthma inhaler, as I felt an anxiety attack coming on. The customer service representative, Chris (who stated he was not permitted to provide his last name), informed me that the next available flight was at 9:00 a.m. from Atlanta to LaGuardia Airport. I had no choice but to accept this flight. I then asked about hotel accommodations, as I did not feel safe sleeping in the airport overnight and also needed access to a shower due to being on my menstrual cycle. Chris advised that he could not assist with hotel arrangements and that this could only be handled by the ticket counter. Unfortunately, the only ticket counter agent available had already refused to assist me, directing me instead to a QR code and telling me to contact customer service. The representative then offered a $50 flight credit, which was of no help, as it could not be used to secure a hotel room or meet my immediate needs. As a result, I was forced to book a hotel room on my own. I then had to travel in the rain while trying to locate the taxi area. I was given incorrect directions twice before finally finding transportation. When I arrived at the La Quinta hotel, the experience was equally distressing. The room was unsanitary, with dirty sheets and a poorly maintained bathtub. I was forced to change rooms twice before being able to settle in. That night, I was emotionally overwhelmed and spent the evening crying. The following morning, I checked my email for the flight confirmation that I was told would be sent to me, but I never received any confirmation or communication regarding my rebooked flight. I never received a boarding pass or any confirmation for the rebooked flight. I contacted customer service again and spoke with a female representative who also stated she was unable to provide her last name. She rebooked my flight, but all of the accommodations I had originally paid for--such as my carry-on bag and Comfort+ seat upgrade--were not properly honored. I was again offered an additional $50 credit, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. At this point, I believed I deserved both a refund and appropriate flight credit. When I arrived at the airport, I spoke with an agent at the ticket counter regarding reimbursement for my hotel stay and the additional expenses I incurred. I was told that the ticket counter no longer had the authority

    so i went to disney for a vacay,and our connection was in atlanta! so our flight was at 12:46, we get on and we end up leaving at 1:40 because the pilots were not there!!!! we get off the flight and we missed our connection!!! now the next flight is at 9:00 and i have school tomorrow!! i wish frontier airlines crumbles while i laugh at it falling Update.. it got delayed to 12:31

    They charged me an extra $90 for my luggage and when I was picking my seat it said it was an extra $28 but after I paid it said it was $37.

We flew to Portugal in May they lost our luggage, I had NOTHING for 5 days of our 6 day trip. We were not in Lisbon there was no Walmart type shops to buy things so I was forced to stay stuck in my room with no clothes or proper shoes because I'd worn comfy slides for the flight. Our trip was ruined and now I'm being told to send more info before they close my case but the emails don't specify what more info they need. When I reached out through chat on their site I was in the queue for fours hours before I got a person who told me there was nothing they could do it had to be done through their customer service department and gave me the customer service email address that I already have. I waited in line two hrs after landing to start this claim. Also I'd left a bag on the plane but remembered before we reached the terminal. I asked the bus driver if I could ride back or what to do he pretended to speak no English he put his hand in my face and by the time I could tell the agent at the counter (who actually was amazing thank you Pedro) he called the the crew for that gate they found nothing because the cleaning crew had already boarded and of course turned nothing in. I watched a documentary about Aretha Franklin. The flight attendant advised passengers in my section that another passenger had an allergy to shell nuts. They advised they would not be providing nuts as a snack and asked if anyone was currently eating any at the time. The passenger seated by the window on my row was already eating a bag of nuts so she alerted them and the flight attendant changed her seat. That meant we could stretch out with no middle seat person. That was awesome since the flight was full. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was on that flight. Also they give a snack that is a full regular size bag. Not a tiny joke of a snack. Our landing at JFK had to be one of the smoothest ever. I have zero complaints about JetBlue and look forward to booking with them again in the future.
