Trash on my seat while boarding. Come on now.,.,,

Trash airline. Plane is dirty. Flight attendants rude. No internet. No entertainment. Zero service. Filthy plane. Oh, and the entire side of my flight has broken call buttons. Seriously, get it together. I'm not fussy, but this flight is straight out of Spirit airlines circa 1994 Fly Delta or Jet Blue

Flight cancelled so many times, given so many excuses! Now stuck at the airport till 10am

Absolutely worst airline! Postponed flights, apparently they forgot to bring a flight attendant! So over 50 people are stuck here

Rush??? Took 5 days to get to me plus a lot and f items were stolen from this bag!

Absolutely the worst airlines out there!! I purchased an economy seat.....when I checked in at the kiosks there was an agent there who offered to help, then she charged me for a small carry on $35. Had she not been there I could have gone about my business checked and carried my small bag on without anyone knowing....that being said if you fly any economy seat on United you are not allowed a carry on. Stay far away from this airline! NEVER again!!!

Checked in at the United Airlines ticket counter at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. I had already checked into my flight using the United app on my iPhone, but I needed to drop off my bag. There was no one in front of me in the Premier line, used the kiosk to enter my information and the United agent immediately checked my ID, tagged my bag, and I was done! At the Gate Area (Gate T14), we walked up just as boarding was starting. Was in Group 1, boarding was as orderly as it could be, considering many travelers are inconsiderate and clueless. Good job United.

By maintaining Delta Platinum Medallion level, I'm able to purchase a Main seat (not Basic) for me and a companion, and almost immediately upgrade to Comfort+, if they are available. That's been my M.O. for most flights, sometimes (very rare these days) being upgraded to F.C. the day of. So when I got a notification 2 days before our flight to LAX, that we had been upgraded to Premium Select, I was excited, mainly because it was something new (knowing that Premium Select is different than first class). We also got to pre-order our dinner for the 4 hour flight, right on the app. Premium Select was tied to boarding group 2, and had 40 seats. The A350-900 has Delta One lie-flat seating (1-2-1 configuration with total of 32), so after that group 1 boarded, it was our turn. Premium Select is configured in a 2-4-2 configuration, meaning that a Delta One seat is about twice as wide as a Premium Select. Main economy is configured as 3-3-3, so that missing seat's width is distributed across 8 seats: the width is pretty much the same as an economy seat. Where it is quite a bit better is the pitch (the space between you and the seat in front of you) and the existence of manual built-in adjustable leg rests and foot rests. It made a big difference for me, being able to elevate my legs and feet. There are three buttons to control it (with the 3rd button controlling the recline). One negative is that the space in front of you to store a small personal item, is a lot smaller (shallower) than a typical seat. My wife had to put her duffel bag up on top because it wouldn't fit. Other added feature included the aforementioned dinner (similar to what one would get served on a first class seat), noise canceling headphones, bottled water, pillows and blankets for comfort, and a Tumi amenity kit. The seatback screen seemed bigger as well, though there were continuing problems with the playback of movies throughout the trip, with inconsistent sound (a lot of static) from the headphones. Wifi worked fine, so used that instead. This flight had a total of 10 flight attendants to take care of the 300 plus passengers, and they were friendly and attentive. Because of a problem with the flight attendants not arriving on time to the gate, we were delayed 1 hour. But nobody seemed to be in a hurry (LA seemed to be the final destination for most), and the flight ended up being very pleasant. Our checked bags did come, though to the wrong marked carousel. But it was nice to be home, taking a Lyft back to Long Beach.

Revisiting major hub airports in America (2 of 2)…read more It would be hard to change Atlanta's rating. ATL is so big that this update is mostly about changes that are incremental. I initially remember ATL as 5 long parallel concourses labeled from A through E. They had gates on both sides and Delta, the hometown airline, seemed to be present in most, if not all of them. Today, the map has two big newer pieces. There's Terminal T and there's the International Terminal. I've never used the International Terminal, but it sits at the eastern end of the airport and is actually connected to Terminal E. However, vehicular access is from the other freeway, after I-75 and I-85 have split off to create that sort of wishbone. International flights are gaining more prominence at ATL, with more carriers coming here. Sadly, the days of the quad-jet seem to be in our rear view mirror and seeing B747s, A380s, or even A340s here is a thing of the past. They are instead coming to ATL with newer and more efficient, but less interesting, twin aisle two engine aircraft. I recently used Terminal T for the first time. I always wondered what it featured. They evidently needed more domestic gates, so they snuggled it up to the roadway closer to the Main Terminal such that you only have gates on one side - so essentially a "single loaded" corridor - with windows looking out onto the roadway on the other side. I used it for a United operated flight. Things are much like they've always been. At first glance, clearing TSA seems to be cumbersome, but they are handling lines more efficiently. You just might be moved to an auxiliary line you didn't know about instead of queuing in the main centralized one. Atlanta's climate is mostly mild, despite a hot and humid summer. That said, delays due to weather are not as common as up north. If they occur, it's because of an unusual system in the Southeast or because of storm activity in adjacent Florida. I'm sure cancellations here can get messy and have a ripple effect given how many flights this airport handles. Most of the action at ATL seems to be improvements in ancillary and supporting functions. There are some large new parking structures. Those structures across from and flush with the Main Terminal just weren't enough. A separate rental car center is now operative, complete with another small dedicated rail system taking customers there. Gone are the days of rental agencies scattered in makeshift buildings in parking lots scattered around Camp Creek Parkway! That said, ATL now has yet another train in addition to MARTA and the Plane Train connecting the concourses inside the airport. Incidentally, MARTA service to the airport is a big asset and I really enjoy beginning and ending my trip to Atlanta with a MARTA ride. Mostly, ATL is a well oiled machine. It works. The train system inside it makes it seem more manageable and even "smaller." The concourses are sort of utilitarian. They make no architectural statement whatsoever. They don't have moving walkways within them ... at least not the ones I've used. There are some quirks at this airport. The people watching ought to be interesting, except that there will be quite a few "golf pukes," given that that is a big deal in this part of the country and these glad handers are typically en route to sell their business customers one thing or another. There will be Chick-Fil-A locations as well as airport-sized versions of downtown's The Varsity. Those ancient neon "Fly Delta Jets" sign that seem to be a staple of this airport are thankfully still there and you might see one from your plane window. Lastly, this airport's code has given the city one of its nicknames - "the ATL!" For a person who used to ride their bike to LAX to watch planes land and take off when a teenager, never did I think this would be my hometown airport for a few years! It may not have LAX's geography and uniqueness, but, in "the city too busy to hate," this is "the airport too busy to take a breather." ATL is just that - big and busy.

ATL gets a lot of grief for being such a massive, busy airport, but honestly, I think it's one of…read morethe easiest major airports to navigate once you understand the layout. The Plane Train is probably one of the best things about it. It's quick, runs constantly, and makes getting between the terminals and concourses incredibly easy. Even if your gate changes or you have to get from one end of the airport to the other, it really doesn't take long. The lounge options are another huge plus. There are Delta Sky Clubs throughout the airport, along with the (AMEX) Centurion Lounge in Concourse, Admirals Club, United Club, and The Club ATL. Depending on your airline, credit card, or lounge access, there are plenty of places to get away from the crowds, grab something to eat, work, or just relax before a flight. There's also no shortage of amenities. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail, duty free, spas, Minute Suites, and plenty of places to grab something quickly before boarding. You could easily spend a long layover here without running out of options. For an airport this large, I find the layout pretty straightforward. The concourses follow a logical pattern, signage is easy to follow, and once you're through security you can access every concourse without having to go back through again. Is it busy? Absolutely. It's ATL. But for the volume of people moving through here every day, the airport functions remarkably well. As a frequent traveler, ease of use matters to me, and ATL delivers. Great lounge options, tons of amenities, a fast train system, and direct flights practically everywhere. Definitely 5 stars for me.

I initially contacted the company by phone at to ask about availability, pricing, and how soon a technician could visit. The booking process was fairly simple. The person I spoke with on the phone explained the basic service details and gave me an estimated time for the visit. I appreciated that the information was explained clearly instead of having to guess what was included in the service. The technician arrived around the scheduled time and first checked the AC to understand the problem. He explained what he found and discussed the repair before starting the work. I liked this approach because I knew what was going to be done rather than having the work start without any explanation. The actual service took around an hour. The technician was professional and kept the work area reasonably clean. After completing the repair, he tested the AC and explained what had been fixed. The AC was working properly when he finished, which was the main thing I was looking for. One thing I particularly liked was the communication. When I had a question about the service, I was able to contact the company and get an answer. The staff member on the phone was polite and tried to explain the process clearly. There was one area that could be improved. The waiting time was slightly longer than I originally expected, so better communication about the exact arrival time would have made the experience even better. Apart from that, I did not have any major problems with the service. The final experience was positive for me. I found the booking process straightforward, the communication helpful, and the actual service satisfactory. I also appreciated that the technician explained the work instead of simply completing it and leaving. Based on my experience, I would give **Airline Airport Services 4 out of 5 stars**. I would consider using them again if I needed the same type of service in the future. Of course, everyone's experience can be different, but based on my own visit, I was generally satisfied with the service and the way the booking and repair were handled. Overall, the main positives for me were the easy booking process, helpful communication, professional service, and the fact that the problem was resolved. With slightly better timing communication, the experience could have been even better.

We flew to Portugal in May they lost our luggage, I had NOTHING for 5 days of our 6 day trip. We were not in Lisbon there was no Walmart type shops to buy things so I was forced to stay stuck in my room with no clothes or proper shoes because I'd worn comfy slides for the flight. Our trip was ruined and now I'm being told to send more info before they close my case but the emails don't specify what more info they need. When I reached out through chat on their site I was in the queue for fours hours before I got a person who told me there was nothing they could do it had to be done through their customer service department and gave me the customer service email address that I already have. I waited in line two hrs after landing to start this claim. Also I'd left a bag on the plane but remembered before we reached the terminal. I asked the bus driver if I could ride back or what to do he pretended to speak no English he put his hand in my face and by the time I could tell the agent at the counter (who actually was amazing thank you Pedro) he called the the crew for that gate they found nothing because the cleaning crew had already boarded and of course turned nothing in. That was $250 gone. I can't put into words how terrible my experience was and has been since. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN. LONDON HEATHROW BRITISH AIRWAYS IS THE WORST!!

The plane itself was nice and clean and I have to say comfortable and I'm a large size person. There was WiFi on the plane and the option to watch tv or a movie. I watched a documentary about Aretha Franklin. The flight attendant advised passengers in my section that another passenger had an allergy to shell nuts. They advised they would not be providing nuts as a snack and asked if anyone was currently eating any at the time. The passenger seated by the window on my row was already eating a bag of nuts so she alerted them and the flight attendant changed her seat. That meant we could stretch out with no middle seat person. That was awesome since the flight was full. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was on that flight. Also they give a snack that is a full regular size bag. Not a tiny joke of a snack. Our landing at JFK had to be one of the smoothest ever. I have zero complaints about JetBlue and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

Dates: June 30 - July 8, 2026 BOOKING Code: NWZQMY…read more THE GOOD I purchased a RT trip fare. I travel by wheelchair because of a mishap occurring over 15 years ago, when I was knocked down onto the floor at an airport by a rushing traveler. When, "Going", (flight to Seattle) my pillow and blanket pack did not make it onto the plane. I was unaware that it was not with me until I had boarded and was unable to locate the items. The packing cube generally stays attached to my carry-on luggage. I was very concerned because I recently had neck surgery and I'm also challenged with intense and wide-spread arthritis. The planes, generally, are kept VERY cold during flights. I voiced my concern to one of the crew members and all tried, in vain, to locate the items. They were wonderful! The air was kept moderate the entire trip and a neck pillow was fashioned out of paper towels and plastic. It worked and I had a very restful and comfortable flight and to my knowledge, there were no complaints concerning the plane's less than frigid air. Thank you! THE BAD I paid for an upgrade, twice, once when I purchased my RT fare and again for my return trip, to have more sitting space and not to be required to walk far to deplane. I have an artificial right hip and severe arthritis in my back and both leg joints, especially knees and left hip. My seatmates were two men. (Full flight, no seats available) The middle seat was occupied by a 6'4, @280 lb gentleman who had no extra space and basically took what little I had sitting in the window seat, "8F". He was just as uncomfortable as I. The man, in front, let back his seat and again the middle seat passenger's knees were cramped with no movement allowed at all. I had lost my pillow and blanket on my initial flight. My daughter bought me a replacement pillow. I just needed a blanket. I tried to grab a blanket when boarding the plane from 1st class, I was told they were ONLY for first class passengers. I tried to explain my circumstances and was quickly shut down and asked to proceed to my seat. Different plane, different crew, different attitudes. When I tell you I suffered, let me tell you, I SUFFERED! The plane was freezing! My seat had no back support and no butt support. The bottom foam padding had separated and was lumpy. It provided no support for my aging and arthritic hip whatsoever. My feet and ankles swelled and my back and hip were in excruciating pain thereby rendering me unable to stand when it was time to deplane. In order to deplane, 2 service people assisted me in order for me stand out of my seat and then to hobble off the plane into a wheelchair. I did not get to enjoy my family that I visited. My activities were limited. The pain in my joints stayed with me the entire stay. I am on a fixed income. Airline tickets are currently extremely high cost expenditures. It will take 6 months to pay off, with interest, the cost of the ticket. My recommendations to ALASKA AIRLINES: 1. Do not count pillows, extra seat cushions and blankets as "extra" baggage. Most seniors need them for medical reasons, not just for comfort. 2. Invest in ergonomic seating for your passengers. We all deserve to be comfortable though you have us packed in like sardines in a can. 3. Train ALL crew to extend quality customer care.

We were told all set not to worry about it. The connecting flight ironically was the same plane? Refueling? The plane departure was 10:40 On time. We went to the restroom Walked to the concession area came back and was told Gate is closed - you missed it 10:28pm The staffing at the gate were less than helpful Supposedly the woman at our gate Didn't catch her name but was very NON-EMPHATIC of our situation. She claimed she called our names We were a party of 4 6 others also missed this flight!!HOW DID 10 PEOPLE MISS THIS FLIGHT tonight??? The man at the adjoining gate tried to stick up for her and said she called your name I heard her Meanwhile his gate was loading and we heard him giving them Last call boarding in 5 minutes Flight # Ft. If it wasn't for Ella at the ticket counter to assist us I'd probably have some really nasty things to say about this airline. Will I fly Frontier again? Probably not unless I had no other options. One last complaint I ordered a vodka and cranberry stewardess took my card and said $ 15 and pointed to leaving a tip Not only was it dark I couldn't see the tip choices Apparently I gave a $ 2 tip So it cost me $ 17.04 I know should have said no tip But they should at least point to the no tip option!!

The seat didn't recline, didn't cushion, didn't believe in me emotionally... but it WAS technically a seat. Boarding the plane felt like Walmart on Black Friday: Zone 1. Zone 2. Zone 47. People fighting for overhead bin space like it contained the last Xbox on Earth. The pilot came on the speaker sounding exhausted: "Folks, if this plane starts making noises... just mind your business." And the snack prices??? The flight attendant handed me a Pringles can like it was rare contraband: "That'll be $11.50 and a small sacrifice." But listen -- they got me across the country for less than the price of an Uber Eats order, and the plane only shook twice, so honestly? Elite service. Would absolutely fly Frontier again against my better judgment.
