    I don't really give two star reviews. If I've truly had a poor experience with a business it's usually bad enough that I will put them down for one star. But I'd say in this case the two star rating is on point. It's not an absolutely terrible experience to fly with United compared to other airlines but it's far from awesome. For example, I get on planes knowing full well to expect a lower quality of food than a good restaurant might provide, but I've generally been disappointed with the food even by industry standards. Case in point: My tea was not hot or even really warm on my short flight to Chicago. The time before that, when I was headed from Atlanta to California, the breakfast choices were the type of food: pancakes and eggs that need to be fresh. The entrees were noticeably stale! The other piece that's annoying is that they offer in-flight entertainment from your mobile device, but my experience has been that the signal was barely strong enough to stream music, not strong enough to even initiate the movies or tv shows offered. So basically, you'll just be sitting there for the duration of your flight. I really want to give United a three star review but they just don't make it to average in my opinion. Yes I'll probably fly with them at some point again but I definitely won't go out of my way to choose them, because in my opinion, basically all they do is get ya there haha

    Absolutely the worst airlines out there!! I purchased an economy seat.....when I checked in at the kiosks there was an agent there who offered to help, then she charged me for a small carry on $35. Had she not been there I could have gone about my business checked and carried my small bag on without anyone knowing....that being said if you fly any economy seat on United you are not allowed a carry on. Stay far away from this airline! NEVER again!!!

    Checked in at the United Airlines ticket counter at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. I had already checked into my flight using the United app on my iPhone, but I needed to drop off my bag. There was no one in front of me in the Premier line, used the kiosk to enter my information and the United agent immediately checked my ID, tagged my bag, and I was done! At the Gate Area (Gate T14), we walked up just as boarding was starting. Was in Group 1, boarding was as orderly as it could be, considering many travelers are inconsiderate and clueless. Good job United.

    Alway delayed by a minimum off 1hr . The Wi-Fi is never available. I recommend spend a little more for far superior services

During that transition, I really did not get the chance to enjoy the airport itself because once I arrived, I was in search of the airline gate. Post my short layover, the airline gate was easy to find within the terminal thanks to posted signage, as well as the Plane Train for getting me to the concourse quickly! By the time I arrived at concourse F from concourse B, it was time to board the airplane once I arrived at the Delta Air Lines gate. By then, I swear my anxiety level was nearly at its peak because I did not even have a boarding pass at the time, so I was thinking to myself that I might miss my flight back to Chicago. Near the end of the boarding process, the gentleman that was checking travelers in came over and assisted me, which released that anxiety. The last thing I wanted was to miss my flight, or purchase another ticket, which more than likely would have resulted in a later flight back to Chicago. As for the airplane interior, I loved that the seat area had enough space to where I could adjust my body while seated. I had a decent amount of foot space to where my military-style backpack could fit underneath the seat in front of me. And there were also charging outlets within the seat, thankfully because I burned most of my battery checking the Delta Air Lines website for my boarding pass while enroute to the concourse. While onboard the flight, I ended up watching the movie 'Blade', which put a smile on my face after the commute to get to the gate, and potentially missed the flight. And onboard this flight, the Delta Air Lines attendants gave out refreshments, and snacks which are always a plus. In closing, I am still open to choosing and recommending Delta Air Lines to a friend, relative or colleague even after this experience. My rating given is mostly because of me not receiving my seat until near the boarding process was completed, which is something I never want to experience as a traveler who just wants to go home. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

On my flight today, the last six overhead compartments were empty, though they told me "The crew says all luggage bins are full and you will have to check your bags." JetBlue states that you get one carry on, but you do not unless you are in groups A or B. This is a policy of deliberate lying to force you to buy more expensive seats.

The seat didn't recline, didn't cushion, didn't believe in me emotionally... but it WAS technically a seat. Boarding the plane felt like Walmart on Black Friday: Zone 1. Zone 2. Zone 47. People fighting for overhead bin space like it contained the last Xbox on Earth. The pilot came on the speaker sounding exhausted: "Folks, if this plane starts making noises... just mind your business." And the snack prices??? The flight attendant handed me a Pringles can like it was rare contraband: "That'll be $11.50 and a small sacrifice." But listen -- they got me across the country for less than the price of an Uber Eats order, and the plane only shook twice, so honestly? Elite service. Would absolutely fly Frontier again against my better judgment.
